Very Nice Boot
The sole is stiff, but it's not a gym shoe. It's very comfortable and doesn't look like a "motorcycle boot." I could wear these as my daily shoes and only another Sidi wearer would notice.

Great for thick legs and wearing to work
I have thick ankles and calves and therefore look for a lace-up boot over other closures. I also ride to work every day and really don't want to change out of bike boots to get into work shoes. Likewise, I don't want to be sorry later for wearing street shoes while motorcycling. The Sidi Doha looked like a great compromise boot that would provide enough protection on the road while not looking dorky at the office. I have been wearing these for two days now and they are great. I did replace the paper thin innersoles with Dr. Scholls athletic shoe gel inserts for $10, which creates a significant comfort upgrade. I have a walking meeting with a co-worker to a coffee place .8 miles away every day, and the Dohas were perfectly comfortable making the 40 minute roundtrip. So I am very happy with them, albeit that they are a bit pricey. But I would say they were worth it. Only time will tell how durable they are. They fit my size 13 EE foot just fine. And like all shoes with a velcro lace guard, my thick ankles make the velcro come undone. However, the lace pattern allows me to place the velcro strap under the laces, which works just fine in terms of looks and function. I would buy these again for both commuting and wearing on the long sport-touring trips I take.

Good Alternative to Boots
Pricey pair of shoes for not being waterproof; however, these shoes provide a happy medium between protection, style and everyday wearability. They are light, comfortable and relative stylish. If you are interested in this type of shoe, I would also recommend looking at the FirstGear Kili Lo. They are about $50-60 cheaper and have a waterproof version.

Good protection in a stylish boot
Stylish. Looks like a shoe. Feels kind of stiff because of the thick sole. Could probably be cheaper, maybe around $120? They are a bit slippy on wet surfaces. Very comfortable when riding, even in cold weather (32 F). A bit too stiff for walking long distances, but good for running errands then heading back home. Overall, I'm very happy with this boot, but I'll probably get the Sidi SDS New York for warmer weather, if the Doha proves to be too hot for warm weather riding. I have more peace of mind riding with this protective boot than riding with my Lowa hiking boots.

Awesome shoe but could use a little more protection
I am very picky so for these shoes to get a 5/5 they would have had to be perfect...
My only complaint with this shoe is that it could use a little more protection, a little more reflectivity, and is a little expensive for missing these two things.
Other than that the shoe is great for rides where you are going to get off the bike and shop, or walk around. I just loosen them up a bit for walking and re-tighten them for the ride. Under my jeans nobody can tell they are riding shoes unless they notice the Sidi symbol or brand name. Very fashionable and a good fit.

Stylish safety
Leave it to Italian designer, Sidi, to come up with a safe, durable motorcycle shoe that is fashionable enough to wear out to a nice restaurant without raising an eyebrow.
I love these boots.

Typical comfort and quality I have come expect from Sidi.
I needed some riding shoe to use in Europe but couldn't afford the space for my boots. After looking at several shoes, I settled on the Sidis due to style and comfort. The soles are a hard compound for durability but it make them not have much cushion for walking. Not a big problem for getting off and walking around but when I walked all day there was considerable foot fatigue. The strap with the Velcro closure that covers the laces should be a half an inch longer. Overall I love them. Comfortable and good looking, would be nice if they were waterproof.
