Puma Testastretta II Mid Boots

The PUMA Testastretta II Mid boot mixes the essence of PUMA and moto performance into a street-ready style. The Testastretta II Mid takes performance elements from MotoGP, using the looks of the vamp shiftguard, slider, heel counter and separate aluminum heel to bring authenticity to this moto sneaker. It also has a synthetic upper, injected EVA midsole for cushioning and an oil-resistant, non-slip rubber sole. Whether you're on a bike or on foot, this shoe is all about the motorsport lifestyle.

you get what you pay for the shoe fits pretty small in the zippers on the aRe made pretty cheaply May 13, 2015
Sexiest boots ever I was looking for this boots for almost 2 months (my size was not available at the time), all this waiting time was worth it, boots are comfortable, fits nice, aluminum parts gives you more fixation for gear changing and rear break. All of my friends ask me where I get this... I told them go revzilla! July 20, 2014
Better looking than the Puma Flat V2s, but not as protective. Style wise, this shoe is much better looking than the Puma Flat V2s. I can walk around without feeling like I'm wearing clunky motorcycle boots. However, the protection to them isn't as sturdy as the the Puma Flat V2s. The padding in theses shoes is soft padding and isn't hard like the V2s. They fit well, but make sure you push the two sides of the shoe together when you zip them up. But stylistically, these boots are good to go. If these boots had harder protection, they'd be the best. One last grip is that there is no padding over the top of your left foot, so shifting gears may hurt your foot if you have stiff gears. July 14, 2014
Excellent boot for the price. I've known Puma to be a good brand and these boots are no exception. They fit a little snug but that's what I wanted in a bike boot. They're cofortable for all day riding and for time spent off the bike. I work in a prison and can wear these boots inside as if they are any other pair of shoes/sneakers. I am very satisfied with this purchase. March 5, 2014
Good boots I just have used two times this boots, but are very comfortable. February 17, 2014
Awesome boots I got these boots because they look awesome. They are very comfortable to wear even when walking around. The only thing I wish is that they were a little bit taller on the ankle but not a deal breaker for me. December 30, 2013
love the fit...easy on & off...all it was advertised! Great summer riding shoe...easy on & off yet provides a snug, secure fit. Doesn't detract from my crimson Street Glide. :) November 18, 2013
Fit is on the small side I purchased the shoes upon reading the good reviews here on revzilla's website. I read that you should buy one size larger than your normal shoe size, which is what I did and they fit me perfectly. December 23, 2013

Jeremy P: needed something smaller and more comfortable than a big boot Jul 21, 2014
Matthew M: I chose this boot because I really like the comfort and lightness of puma shoes. The protection is decent as it covers the ankles and I wanted something with less buckles so that I could wear it to work Jul 18, 2014
Robert T: Need for a class. Apr 23, 2014
Toby B: Style and fit. They are pricy but what great product isn't? Very comfortable and not too hot in the summer. Mar 29, 2014

Ingrid E: I have been looking for these boots for my husband for some time in size 44 and finally found them at RevZilla! Nov 25, 2013
Ryan P: Riding with regular tennis shoes right now, have gotten my shoe laces caught on the pegs on multiple occasions while riding. I wanted a real riding shoe with no laces so that it would no longer be an issue. These Pumas look awesome and have gotten good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. Nov 6, 2013
Corinne L: Nice looking boot!!! Sharp and sleek casual everyday wear. Aug 23, 2013
John R: Wanted something casual when just riding to a friends house or the office. Aug 22, 2013
A shopper asked: I've read on other sites that these aren't necessarily riding boots, but are instead just "shoes" not intended for riding. Thanks in advance for your response! May 31, 2011

scuba0100: they are a good hybrid of both in my opinion. They offer some protection while still being comfortable enough to wear off the bike for a while. I wouldn't recommend them for hardcore riding but for commutes and around town they are great. Apr 2, 2012

manbeast84: I've been wearing these shoes for 4 days and they definitely work as riding footwear. I wouldn't call them boots but they are definitely riding shoes. Sep 11, 2011

thwalker: These are definitely, definitely riding boots. You'd be crazy to wear these just for style. Jul 25, 2011

MadMike: They are definately boots, just a low cut. They cover the ankle and offer excellent protection. My only possible beef would be that behind the ankle they dip down, and I could see some concern with achilles tendon exposure. I don't see that as a huge issue, but it is a reality due to it being a low-cut boot. I'd have rathered them take the boot straight across rather than dip down like that, but I still feel very confident in them. Jun 14, 2011

insanitii: These are definitely riding shoes. Very rigid, built in ankle protection, and shifter grips. These are not racing boots, they are just a riding shoe and that might be where the confusion is at. People tend to expect more from products than what that product actually is. Jun 11, 2011

Alberto M: I would say a riding boot gives you a little more protection than this one, it's like a tennis shoe with extra protection in the ankle, also have "cushion like" protection on the sides and reinforcement in the front to add grip when shifting gears and also giving a little more durability. I would recommend you this for a casual ride, like if you go with a girl somewhere close and you like to look great. They are very stylish as well as comfortable but I would say the protection is just fair.

Hope this helps!

A shopper asked: Hey if I wear a size 11 and size 11 is perfect for me, what size should I get for this shoe? I was thinking about getting the 10.5 and was gonna hope it was not gonna be suffocating my foot. Then I saw the 11.5 and I was thinking that might be to big. And my foot would probably slip out of the shoe... Someone please help, thanks! Aug 9, 2013

Leonard R: I wear a size 11 regularly, and I got 11.5 in this shoe. It seems they run a bit tight, so if you are normally an 11 I would say try the 11.5s but definitely don't size down. Hope that helps Aug 19, 2013

Mariano S: good day I'm from Argentina, and do not quite understand English, but I would buy 11.5 this is very personal, but the boot fits very well

Alberto M: This is a classic puma fit so it's like a slim fit, if your foot is wide I would definitelly suggest you to go for the 10. I usually use 9 or 9.5 also depending on the shoe, I also like to use my tennis shoes in 9 because I like them to fit true.

Hope this is useful!

RevZilla: Puma boots in general tend to run a bit narrow. For that reason, we would recommend you to get the Puma Testastretta II in size 10. Apr 5, 2012

SoundOff: These boots offer good protection, but there are better options out there if you are looking for protection. There is no steel toe. I bought them because they offer a high level of style and decent protection. May 22, 2013

Dmitriy: I bought a pair, they offer very good protection, including ankle protection, and I have confidence in them in case of a crash, but they also look very good as a bonus. Dec 10, 2012

A shopper asked: are these boots waterproof ? Nov 4, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: These boots are not waterproof. If you need some waterproof riding shoes, check out the link below which is set up to filter all waterproof riding shoes:

Some of our favorites are the TCX Jupiter 2 Gore-Tex Riding Shoes, the Alpinestars CR-4 Gore-Tex Riding Shoes, the TCX X-Cube Riding Shoes, and the TCX X-Street Waterproof Riding Shoes. Either of the Gore-Tex options would be our first recommendation because of how well Gore-Tex works at being waterproof and breathable (guaranteed waterproof for the life of the product). The non Gore-Tex options will also work quite well, but they won't breath as well and in heavy rain they may leak a little if they become fully soaked.

SgtPdiddy2: Hi Greatchuck,

I've been in two rain storms so far one lasted only 30 mins and foot was still dry by the time i made it back home. The next lasted over 2hours on a trip foot was still dry with these shoes I would recommend these if you want a confy and water proof shoe with some style.

I hope this helps

A shopper asked: Currently ride with AXO Strikers, great boot but the styling is off and there is not much support for the style of riding compared with the style of the boot. So, for something more around town and to walk around in, would the Puma Flats have a narrow heel and toe box? And what about the ankle area is it thin as well? Mar 31, 2011

BoochZilla: Hey K12,

These boots are great for guys with average and narrow shaped feet. The average customer would not consider them overtly different in the fit. Those EEE width guys may have to look elsewhere. Reasonable riding support, but comfortable enough to be worn off the bike.
