Great pants

By Thomas a C. on October 12, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Fashionable, and Rugged
Cons:
Comments:

I bought the size 38 for my 37 waist and 33 inseam and they fit great but long. The pants fit well over my jeans without the lining and I am good to about 45 degrees. With the lining in and worn as pants they were very warm at 40 degrees F (Almost sweaty). With lining they are very stiff so were difficult to swing my leg over the seat. They have enough pockets for everything I bring with me but the inseam is about a 36 length so will need to be hemmed for fit. The knee pads adjust to fit and it does have hip pads which are just a soft foam. Wish they had more protection at hips. Much better to have rain protection on outside layer. Not the heaviest pants I have used. A little bulky to pack and take with you in side cases. I like these better than my Air Venture pants which feel like they are 90 pounds and have a zillion snaps and connectors. The pants liner for these zip in at top and have one snap for each leg so it is easy to use.

Great stuff

Comfortable, Fashionable, and Rugged

Nicely constructed product. Really nice fit. My waist is 32-33, so I got the 34 to fit over pants. Good move. They're on and off in a minute. The only drag is the velcro down the legs sticks when you don't want it to sometimes, but that's velcro for you. pockets, pads, liner, all very nice.

Excellent Pants! Buy em!

By Scott B. on September 28, 2009
Sizing:
Fits 1 size smaller
Pros:
Comfortable, Fashionable, Rugged, Great Value, Well made, and Easy In - Easy Out
Cons:
Comments:

Overall , these pants kick butt! They fit well, keep me dry and are comfortable. This is my second set of these...the first pair I was given and they were huge on me. So I sold them and bought a new pair, but in my size. I wear size 32 jeans and I bought size 34 pants so I could wear them over my jeans...they fit perfect. Pads are in the right places, etc.

I've worn them in 90 deg heat without the liners and they are not hot at all. On the flip side< I've worn them with the liners in 40 degree driving rain and stayed warm and dry.

The only complaint I have about them is that they are a bit heavy and don't stay on the flimsy hanger in my closest....I had to think of SOMETHING negative. ;)

Very true to size....if you have a long inseam and have a hard time finding pants that don't ride up and expose your calves, go with Olympia. Generous length.

Winter pants = Thumbs up!

By Wade O. From FAYETTEVILLE, AR on January 12, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Fashionable, and Rugged
Cons:
Comments:

Well, like most every riding pant I've tried, sizing is a little askew. I find these to be true in the waist and length but too big in the thigh and rear end. Still, as close or closer than most. Also, the hip pads will "move" a bit. But overall, I'm very happy with them. Well made, I feel protected, they look good etc... Caught them on sale and am happy with both the pants and RevZilla.

Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable and Fashionable
Cons:
Cramped
Comments:

Happy with the pants. With the liner in they are a little tight over jeans, but they also don't fit or look too baggy or lose so I'm happier with th fit.

Good Pants

By Francois L. From BATH, PA on December 04, 2008
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Rugged, and Great Value
Cons:
Comments:

Pants are very warm even when close to freezing. Work also very well as overpants with jeans or even dress pants. Length is good and no need to use the Easy Hem feature. I wish there was a belt on the outer pants. Overall very good pants. Have not had a chance yet to test the crash protection...
