I own a few Rocket jackets and rotate them based on the bike I'm riding. The fit seems fairly consistent between all of them. This removes any concern I may have when purchasing online. I will say this however, the UFO 2.0 fits a little higher around the waist than other Rocket jackets of similar styling. Over all, two thumbs up.

Great jacket for the price
Second Joe Rocket Air mesh jacket that I've owned, both are very functional and provide great air flow during hot summer months.

This was a great product! It is my first riding jacket and I truly love it
The jacket is very stylish and comfortable. I like the style and the comfort of the jacket. The protectors are great and you forget you even have them on when you are riding. The liner on the inside protects against the wind and the rain. Overall this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a reasonably priced starter jacket.

Good summer jacket, lots of flow and protection
Have not had my jacket very long but after taking it for a long ride, I am very happy with it.
I have an XL Teknic leather jacket I bought for some room for a jumper and the L in this Joe Rocket is about the same as a L in Teknic if that helps. a very nice snug fit too with lots of arm and torso adjustment.
the armour covers the vast majority of the jacket with heavy fabric over common drop points. this leaves the majority of the front and back open while sides and armour are everywhere you want.
the pockets take a little getting used to, they are positioned much further back, dead on your sides. this has one big benefit though, the pockets are huge! I can carry a 500ml can of mother in one and a 12 inch burrito in the other for those lunch trips sans bag.
the biggest flaw is that when you remove the winter lining, there is little around the neck which leaves my work shirt collar poking out which looks a little funny.

Awesome jacket that vents a lot, but leaves you feeling a little vulnerable compared to leather
So, let's start off by saying I'd rather give this a 4.5 than a 4, but with no half-points, I'll err on the lower side, just in case.
This jacket is great, but it is very focused. It is a hot weather jacket meant to make the heat bearable, but still give you adequate/better-than-none protection. While I wouldn't really call the protective feel of it great, it gives me peace of mind to know I'm wearing something built to protect me, rather than just hoping.
This jacket ventilates amazingly. Superb airflow through the torso and a surprising amount through the arms. Beware, on even mildly chilly day, you will feel every degree drop in temperature. The liner is pretty decent at blocking it, but somehow it makes me feel stuffy when wearing it, but I think I just haven't gotten used to it. The most I've done is 98 degrees Fahrenheit and while I still feel warm, it's much more comfortable than my leather jacket.
The jacket feels sorta protective, but the material is definitely thinner and feels less durable than leather. The armored joints are definitely a plus and the foam back pad is alright. I have a separate spine protector, so that wasn't a huge deal for me.
This jacket is definitely not all-weather. It's what you get with a summer jacket, but just thought I'd list it. Also, I wear a backpack a lot and that does two things: It cuts the airflow through the jacket severely and I forsee that the straps will do damage to the little rubber decals and whatnot. If the rubber branding comes off, it's not a huge deal, but it is a potential problem.
This jacket is fantastic for the heat and I definitely plan to use it when I move to Arizona. It's more than capable in California, so we'll see how it holds up after I move.
