What a jacket!
I am 6'2" 215lbs ordered an xlt. I have problems with jackets being long enough in the arms. This one fit the bill perfectly. The leather is thick and durable but not stiff. Has a nice option for when it gets real warm to unzip the sides on the non perf jacket. Flows enough with the side panels in. Kept my upper body warm in high 40's low 50's.
Protection is great an comfortable. It doesn't make u feel like a robot like other armor. If you remove the pads you'll find you still have plenty of padding where the protector pads were. Cons was that it didnt have a full quilted liner as it only had a removable vest liner. More than satisfied tho!

XLT and LT fits a muscular 6'8 230/204cm 105kg proportionate guy.
According to the size charts it would be very big over the chest, a bit too small over the waist and to short in the sleeve (and still be the best alternative to my stature).
None of this is true after careful measuring, I'm sorry I don't have the measurements on me.
With XLT can fit a thick sweater underneath, I doubt I coult with LT though.
All of the protections is removable which they don't seem to mention.

Great for the price
I'm a very big guy (6'3", 300+lbs). The sizing does indeed follow your shirt size pretty close. I have worn this jacket for 1 full season, riding in everything from 50 degrees up through 95. Between the zip-in panels under the arms, and the removable liner, this jacket has done me well from early spring through late fall. Up in the high temps, it does get a bit warm, but the airflow keeps everything tolerable as long as you are moving. When standing still in traffic, you'll get warm (as you'd expect in a leather jacket.)
I would go out of my way to get this jacket again, after I finish giving my bike a rider-upgrade. It's comfortable in most temps, allows for good mobility both on and off the bike, and doesn't look half bad.

Great Jacket
Overall, this is a great product. I feel very protected wearing this jacket. I am 6' 190lbs and initially oreder the XL. It did fit but was tighter then i like. Exchanged it for the 2XL and was much happier with added room. The zip off mesh panels are a great feature. The only con i can say about this jacket is the panels take a few minutes to zip of and not really something i would want to mess with it ride. It would be a more seasonal ajustment, off in the summer and put them back on in the fall.

Great Fit For Me
I'm a short stocky guy and find it hard to find most things that fit well, 5'6", 175 lbs. This is my 2nd Joe Rocket jacket and I find that their products fit me well and look great. I've only worn the jacket in cool weather so far so no idea how cool it'll be in the LA summer heat.

Great jacket for tall guys.
I'm a big dude (6' 5" 270 lbs broad shouldered with a 48-49 inch chest and a bit of a belly) and I've had trouble finding a jacket that's long enough to fit my sleeves and torso without also being made for somebody much rounder than I am. Every jacket I've tried has been too loose and has filled up with air like a big leather balloon while I'm riding. I ordered this jacket in an XL Tall and the fit is perfect for me (I like my riding jackets snug). It feels like it was custom made. Before I ordered I had my measurements taken and the size chart is dead on. If you're looking to layer order a size up. It has a nice zip in liner and is warm enough down to about 45 degrees. There are huge zip off panels that expose mesh vents all along the side and under the arms so I imagine it will stay plenty cool in the summer as well. There are also velcro adjustments around the waist and adjustments in the crook of the arm so there won't be any material flapping around. This is an excellent quality jacket made with nice heavy leather and I'd easily have paid $100 more for it so great value as far as I'm concerned. Overall I highly recommend this jacket, especially for tall guys.

Great jacket
I'm 6'4" 215 and this is the first jacket I've found that fits really well (Large Tall). I also bought a pair of size 36 Speedmaster 5.0 pants to zip with the jacket and the combo is great.
The airflow is nice on the highway but it's not great for puttering around town on a hot day.
