Great long tread life tires. This tires last a long time, great for commuting, long trips and for hot weather riding states like Florida, but not good for race track or twisty roads because it's a hard compound tire i did 11,000 miles on the rear tire and 12,000 miles on the front tire.Great stability for streit road riding and normal riding conditions. In cold weather condition the tire takes time to warm up due to the hard rubber compound but you can still ride, just don't ride hard on them like a street rossi and you will be O.K. Mediocre tire in terms of grip and staying warm I don't know why people give good reviews on this mediocre tire. The only thing its good for is tread life, other than that its a lame tire. There's a reason why they come stock on some Honda's and Kawasaki's. These tires take forever to warm up and cool down fast, if you're looking for tire with good grip these aren't it. You sacrifice grip for extended tread life. You get what you pay for with these tires. March 16, 2015
Good high mileage tire I got 8,232 miles to the wear bar (2/32") rear stock tire that came with my 2011 CBR250R (140/70-17 66S). The stock tire is rated 66S so if you get the 66H speed rated tire the mileage may be less. My miles are mostly on the highway going to work. I engine break a lot in the city so it eats the rear tread faster then just using the front break only. My front stock tire (110/70-17 54S) has 4/32" tread left. January 27, 2015
All Around Tire I do a lot of commuting with my 2013Honda Cbr250r, these tires are on with factory. Tread life lasts long..they grip pretty well wet and dry traction..they cool down pretty quick which is poor in cooler weather...if your one to take a bike to a track these tires aren't recommend...they do a great job all around other than that... Great Tire for a Very Reasonable Price Have been using this tire since I bought my used 1989 CBR600F1; haven't been able to find other tires that are able to fit this sized rim. Great price for a basic tire that is no to expensive; provides great wet traction and handles very well. Excellent tread life, I have only needed one front and 4 rear tires or so in the last few years and I commute almost every day to work on my motorcycle. June 27, 2013
Oe tire ninja 300 I've got over 4000 miles on my 300 since feb and these tires still look good. But they should since I only have a 300... I'm getting the diablo Rossi 2 now because I got a nail in my rear tire...but it's a good tire just wouldn't buy the same tire if I wanted to. June 14, 2013
ok for a factory installed tire. I bought a 2012 CBR250R and it came with these tires. I think that these tires are ok for a factory installed tires. I think there are better tires but these ones came on the bike and I'm not taking them off until they are dead. But back to the review. All the miles are commuting miles. As for wear life I have 9888 miles on them and the front looks almost new and the rear has 3/32 tread left in the center. the rear is flattened out because of the highway miles. I do expect to get another 3000-4000 miles out of them. Traction could be better in the dry it feels a little slick on this bike. cold traction is bad, that starts around 40degrees F and lower These tires feel like you are running in the rain. simply because they cool down fast they don't hold heat very well at all. Wet traction is ok but i have had previous bikes with other brand tires that hold better in the wet, I have had the rear slip and spin when under low acceleration. I will be replacing these with a different make model tire when the rear tire is dead. May 26, 2013
Good OE tire for Ninjette I rode a Ninja 250 up until a month ago. I bought it with 2500 miles on it and sold it with 12000 miles. At 10500 I finally replaced the stock IRC Roadwinner rear tire that was getting flat. Front tire still looked brand new. 95% of those miles were 70MPH highway commuting, so obviously they were prone to getting flat. But I was very pleased they lasted as long as they did. A shopper asked: I currently have a 250r with these tires on them from stock, I was wondering if there is anything I should worry about if I purchase a new rear tire such as a pilot power or a Rosso 2 and keep this tire as my front? Mar 17, 2014

Jonathan T: I would do both if you're upgrading to radials. These bias-plys make good training wheels, but I wouldn't mix and match them with something that much better. Mar 17, 2014

John K: I've had this front tire on my CBR250R for the last 14000K+ miles and it still looks, rides, and wears great. It's not the best performance tire in regards to Canyon carving, but for all around riding, commuting, touring, and the occasional weekend smash, I'd say it's a great tire for the price. Aug 27, 2014
