Met expectations. Just what I was looking for at a great price. The Revzilla website was super easy to view my options and purchase the right pair of riding pants for me. April 28, 2014
Waist size was a little big and they are LONG !!! Pants are cool looking and breath very well. If you like a loose fit jean you will like these. April 7, 2014
Overall a good product The waist is true to size. I know the legs will be a little longer to cover boots and stay down when in riding position, but it is a couple inches too long in my case. They are great when riding which is the important part, and they have nice stretchy sections in the knees. But when it comes to walking in them they are rather uncomfortable. They usually just slide right over my heel and under the back of my shoes. I'm 5'8" in a 32 waist for scale. I still like the pants overall though and they do a great job while riding. April 7, 2014
The slide not the ride I bought these pants and they fit right out of the box. However, they are way too long when you are standing around and if you are are going to do some walking around you need to be aware that you will wind up with a redneck hem. I'm a rider coach so I ride then I walk quite a bit and from a comfort stand point I love them. The length is perfect for riding and the hem falls to the heel of my boot. The way they stretch in just the critical areas has made all my other pants seem uncivilized. I have been down in them and I was grateful for the reinforcement in all the right places. I was able to walk away with no injuries and the pants were able to be saved. I recommend these pants for anybody, especially if you are tall. March 20, 2014
Great 3 season jeans with great looks and fit, somewhat long. These are light 3 season pants, will not use on winter riding though. They are very comfortable and they are true to size on the waist. They are a bit too long... Even with riding boots and on the riding position they are long. Difficult to walk without stepping on them. Overall I would still buy these pants. March 5, 2014
Want moar protection These jeans are super comfy--I love the stretch panels. But I really would have liked to see more protection (e.g. CE hip and knee armor. . .would shin armor be too much to ask for?) I crashed in these pants and my left shin was cut up pretty good, plus the right rear pocket started to tear off although that was promptly sewn back up. They do run large (I guess American cut?). I'm a 34 waist but a 30 in these fits me perfectly. For the price these are decent enough pants (more protection than sweatpants!) but there are better options out there if you want to protect yourself. March 3, 2014
Better than just jeans, but not well made The stretch knee is a good idea but offers no protection on knees if sliding, the button fly instead of zipper it just clumsy and not as easy. These pants are way too log, I know it's for riding position, but they are about 8" too long while standing. They look ok, but overall not worth the money. February 23, 2014
Odd size but great product These are my first official riding pants and were a great bargain during closeout. The size chart is kind of odd. I am 6'2" but fairly skinny. I got the 32 Waist, and the length is perfect. They are flaired at the bottom so that boots can go under them. I wear my Alpinestars MX-5s with them and they are perfect. The stretchy parts also help a lot with the groin and knee region. Overall I would recommend. February 21, 2014

Yunfei J: it's hip hop style and long May 23, 2014
John H: I wanted to try out the Kevlar pant concept. May 15, 2014
Dustin A: Turns out they still fit great except just not as tight (thank geebus!) Which is a plus. As others have mentioned they are very long. I'm 6'3 and they cover my boots nicely when I'm in the tuck position. Off the bike though, they will definitely be around your feet. Reward over risk if you ask me. For the ones who cannot stand anything "flapping" when riding, look elsewhere. These are baggy and will by all means flap in the wind at times. I wear somewhat baggy clothes so these were perfect IMO. May 8, 2014
Joshua A: Wanted a pair of riding jeans at a decent price that had abrasion resistant inserts along with a loose-enough fit to wear over knee and shin guards, armored shorts, and my Sidi ST boots.

As a plus these have good ventilation and the stretchy panels are nice too!

Carlos G: Two words... protection and comfort. Aug 23, 2013
carlos p: The only reason why I bought this item is to add safety and protection rather than wearing a normal jeans while riding. Besides you don't want to ruin a perfectly good jeans in case you fall. That's all. Aug 22, 2013

Shawn H asked: What is the long-term durability of these pants? As a commuter, could I wear these pants daily without the need to change into "normal" pants? May 14, 2014

Vladimir M: Absolutely! They looks like a normal pants and feels very solid. I use them whole day and feel even better because of stretch panels on the knees. May 15, 2014

Zwetan K: yeah you can, there are just like any other regular jeans May 15, 2014

Jack S: I would say daily wear is possible. They are quite heavy duty denim and I don't think I would want to wear them all day long if not riding your bike. If it was me I'd have another pair for when I got off the bike for any length of time. I think the weakest part would be the stretchable areas. May 15, 2014

Salvatore D: They are just like any other pair of jeans. The knees are a little more durable than expected for riding jeans. Its a good product for the money. You can wear them as normal everyday jeans. May 17, 2014

A shopper asked: I'm 6'3" and normally wear pants with a 36" inseam. Are these going to be too short for me? Feb 22, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Clayton H: I'm a 30" inch inseam and stand 6', my pants fit like the picture. I would say they'll be a perfect length if not a tad bit short. Feb 22, 2014

Gem E: Yes, most likely. I have got the 38 waist version and I have a 32'' inseam and it fits perfect. I'm 6'00'' with no shoes on. Feb 22, 2014

A shopper asked: Are the reinforcements in these pants Kevlar or something else? Sep 15, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Stacy M: With the exception of the black sections you see, the visible areas of the jeans are all denim. The Kevlar is like a "second skin" and is attached to the denim on the inside of the pants. Although the Kevlar doesnt completely cover the inside of the pants, it is located in all of the important areas. The black sections you see are elastic panels and are extremely helpful in providing enough movement in the crotch and knee areas to make wearing them on your bike surprisingly comfortable. I'm a 6'2" 260lb male. The jeans fit great and wear well. I wear them with a belt and Sidi Adventure boots, the waist and length are perfect. No alterations needed. Wash them in cold and you should have no problem with shrinkage. Love them!!! Sep 15, 2013
Reply to Stacy Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Gem E: There is actually no Kevlar in these pants. I bought them for the comfort, looks, and the cheap price honestly. I have another pair of riding jeans that are fully kevlar reinforced and three times the thickness but they are not as comfortable of course. The Victory does have a low percentage of Aramid on knees and hips that is supposed to be abrasion resistant. Sep 16, 2013
Reply to Gem Good answer? Yes (1) No (1)
Yendis B: There is a fold on the inside of the knees that have a kevlar sleeve the holds a thick synthetic piece of dark foam. I absolutely love these jeans, they are very comfortable. I rode all day, and they had decent ventilation. Oct 2, 2013

Spencer B: Aramid is Kevlar. Sep 26, 2013

Dustin A asked: Do these pants shrink any upon first washing them? I noticed they were 100% cotton on the body of the pants, and most likely things of that 100% material shrink a little bit on the first wash/dry. Has anybody noticed any shrinking over time?

The reason I ask is because I ordered a 32" pair, which fit absolutely perfect (too perfect?). I typically wear a size 32" or 34" in jeans, depending on the brand, so I went with the reviews on most saying "true to size". Well, they fit so perfect that if they were even to shrink a quarter of an inch on the waist I would be struggling to get them on, if at all.

I am needing to know if they will shrink on me after I use them, and then be stuck with a pair of jeans that don't fit. Would it be worth upgrading to the 34" pair, or would 2 more inches (since they fit very snug now) be falling off of me? I don't mind wearing a belt at all, but you know what I mean... If they do NOT shrink even the slightest bit, then I will keep these and wear the shat out of them =}

Thanks ahead of time for your answer(s)!
