We ordered too small

I'm sure this is a good helmet, but it is so tight that my husband gags when he tries it on (he keeps hoping a miracle will happen and it will suddenly fit). His head size was just on the big side of one size, but too small for the next. We got the smaller size because he didn't want a helmet that was too big. I guess we should have gone the other way! I think, really, that my husband is a little relieved that it is too small - my daughter commented that the design of the helmet is a little girly.

GREAT FOR THE MONEY!

my head measures 24 5/8" which translates to a XL in the size chart, but in reading some comments I ordered XXL, I am glad I did because it fits my snug but comfortable. If you have a orund head and have fat cheeks like me make sure to order at least a size larger.

this helmet should be more

Fits great, the visor is great, almost like nothing is there. The vents were great, not too noisy. The extra black light, the bags, and the extra visor make this a steal. Really liked it, would buy again. My only complaint is it was really tight during break in, but hey, a lot are.

Great, but moon helmet look.

Compared to my HJC, this helmet fit great but looked huge on my head. Venting seems great but I didn't ride with it. Overall a great value...I loved the helmet but again it looked like I was heading for the moon. Smaller sizes are probably better (I had xxl)

dont let the price stop you . all what has been said about this helmet is true . the optics are the best i have had to date . the helmet came with a clear and tinted visor plus a red or smoked lens for the leds. visor bag and helmet bag . best bang for the buck period. i am going to buy my wife one now

forgot to mention, fits small mostly because of cheek pads

Meaning that you could possibly make this fit more comfortably if too tight if you can find replacement cheek pads. Still feel scratchy. Also, mouth guard doesn't seem to be removable, and lid fogs instantly. (True on other helmets but seems to do even more so on this one).

Sized small, and scratchy material

I'm a small in Shoei and Arai helmets, but the small Gmax I ordered was too narrow at the top of the head and around the cheekbones. The helmets itself is larger however then most comparable helmet, if you fear a big head look watch out. I haven't ridden in in so cannot comment on ventilation.

A side note & heads-up on Revzilla return policy: not 100% clear when reading their policy page, but if you return an item for an exchange (no matter what the reason, like size too small in my case), you will pay the return shipping charges (Fedex or UPS strongly recommended), and then pay $7.45 for the new item sent to you.
Apart from this, very fast shipping service and great selection on the site.

Nice Helmet

Bought 2 of these a lg. for me the same as my open face. I found it tight but I'm not used to a full face, For my wife I got a small but she found it too tight (she suffers with headachs) so we sent it back for a med. RevZilla had the replacement shipped the same day they recieved the one I sent back, no questions ask. The finish is very nice. Wish I could report on the air flow but I don't have any seat time yet.

My helmet purchase

Awesome helmet, I love the design. I was looking for helmets forever online and this one really stood out from the rest. When I searched for it, revzilla was the best price, free shipping and the helmet came with a smoked shield, shield bag and helmet bag. YOu cant beat that!
