Okay so I think I overdid it with this bag but I will break it down into pro and con for those interested.
Pro - Very versatile you are really buying two tank bags one medium one large or together GIANT. It turns into a backpack via the large bag, it has a carry handle on each bag, it has a shoulder strap. Lots of reflective piping. Seems high quality. Very soft interior and many pockets. The rain cover is actually taped seams so although I haven't tried it, it seems good and adapts to either bag or both. Magnetic base is very soft to grip and protect paint. Magnets seem strong.
Cons - If you have clipons and are not 7 feet tall using both bags at once fully expanded probably isn't going to be comfortable. I am 5'9" and with both bags together not fully expanded it is tall and starts to obscure my speedometer. Fully packed and expanded I cannot see my tach either and would be in the wind all the time.
Overall its nice and I kind of guessed I would be using it more as two seperate bags than one massive tank bag. I do figure if I ever go out with both and add something to the bag that takes it to far I can bungie one or the other to the back.

Nice bag for the money. Note that it is HUGE when used in the large capacity configuration.

great product. Served me very well on our recent trip to Mid-Ohio
I would recomment this beg to those wanting extra storage at a very good price. Very will consturcted and the rain cover is a great extra.

Great tankbag for a great price
This bag is probably the best deal on the market right now. It's loaded with features and it basically gives you the ability to use just the right amount of storage space. Although, where the "tri-bag" came from, I don't know. It only has two bags, unless you count the map pouch. The magnets on the bottom hold the bag in place securely no matter how much junk I've crammed in there, but it also comes with a tether if you think you might have too much stuff in there.
With both bags on and fully expanded, man is this bag huge. I have "last year's" version with the smaller top bag too. I can't see my gauges when it's loaded down like that, but it's not in the way of steering.
The bags feel like they'll hold up for a long time, and the bottom bag comes with some kind of deal in the sides so it holds it's shape. The included rain cover even comes with two elastic bands so it will be tight no matter how you have the bags arranged, and it folds up nicely into the smaller pocket on the back of the bag.
My only issue is that the safety tether's loop isn't adjustable and can't be opened. So, it means you'd have to take things apart to get it installed permanently. I may flip the base around and put the tether around my tank mount point, since the mount is reversible.
