Great helmet for the price- average noise/comfort/padding but better than what you would expect, especially at this price. It's light and comfortable, well vented and great visibility. The graphics are sweet and matte- the subtle look is awesome in my opinion. If you're looking at this helmet just get it- you won't be disappointed (I wasn't!).

I purchased a size large based on my head circumference measurement of 59.5cm, and the helmet does fit good around my forhead, but it is very tight and uncomfortable around the face/cheek area and it hurts my ears to get it off. When I put the helmet on without the cheek pads installed it fits great, so I'm just wondering if there are smaller cheek pads available or if I will have to try an XL. Thanks

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Z1R sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.
