perfect size for my F700GS This tank bag fits and looks great on my BMW F700GS March 18, 2013

Sturdy, good-looking and functional! I bought this bag to sit on top of my G650 GS. Fit and finish on the bag is top notch, well thought out closure and solid materials. The base material won't scar your paint either. Look for alternate ways to anchor the bag- simpler and better for me was to go around each frame rail as forward as possible under the seat so only a couple of inches of strap hangs out at the head of the seat, right behind the bag. Spacer keeps things in place. Likewise in front, I just screwed/washered the strap under the 2 screws at the head of my center cover. Much cleaner look and works great. Went on a first ride with the bag last weekend, filled it up with what usually rides in my pockets- phone, glasses cases x 2, wallet, chap stick, do rag etc. Zero complaints after opening and closing the top, which goes over the bag like a lid, and the inner flap and draw string make it secure underneath. Nothin's gonna fall out of there and looks like it will stay dry no problem. Easy to take the whole thing with you if you want to, just pop it loose and go. If you shorten your straps, burn the ends with a lighter and sew or glue the ends down right away. I went a day without doing that and saw a buckle go sailing away in the wind on my commute with the bag left off. Sturdy, good-looking and highly functional product, which is what we want, right?
