Great shoe! This shoes fit true to their size! They reach about two-three inches above the ankle and they have more than enough protection for your ankles, toes and heel! And they look great with my black jeans whether there under or over. I prefer to let my jeans rest on top. May 29, 2015
good feel to these books Rarely buy forward on line, my feet are just wide and short. Having read the reviews, and with zla returns. I took the risk of getting these boots. They hold my get in comfort, and I can walk around on then for a few hours. Seen a nice solid pair of footwear. Only minor niggle is that the laces are long, to long, but they can tuck away April 20, 2015
Awesome boot Very comfortable boots. Fit was true for me. Breathe well in the hot days and with a good pair of socks they aren't too bad on the mornings with a slight chill. April 6, 2015
Great boots that are safe and comfy I have the waterproof ones as well and they are just too hot for most riding. These boots have good airflow when moving but still get a bit warm when wearing around walking or sitting. The fit is great as I have wide feet and these don't pinch or bind at all. They are comfy to walk around in and have great foot and ankle support when on the bike. I crashed in my wp ones and the held up perfectly and protected me from any injury. I'd assume these would do the same. March 30, 2015
Great boot Pros: Very comfortable on the bike, good sense of protection in ankle, heel and toe areas. Leather protection where the shifter is ,which is awesome. Flows a ton of air, can get cold during night time but two pairs of socks can solve that. Gives good feel to bike controls and fits nicely under a pair of jeans. They fit very snug. cons: not so great for walking around on off the bike. after a while the heel area starts to bug me as it rubs against my foot. Better after breaking them in but still stiff to walk in. I love these boots! No regrets buying them and definitely worth the investment for added protection. January 28, 2015
Great Boot! This is my first riding boot, but I am very happy with it. Pretty comfortable. I commute to work every day and I switch to shoes when I get to work. These would probably be okay to be in for a while but a lot of walking might be uncomfortable. They are stiff but loosen up after a some use. The airflow is pretty good in the summer. I am currently riding in 60 degree weather and they are still nice, my feet don't get cold, just a little chilly some days after 30 min on the freeway. The velcro strap has been a complaint that it doesn't reach across well. I use the extra bit of lace and wrap around the ankle to keep the strap in place and then the laces aren't too long after that. I usually wear a 10.5 to a 11 but in these I have the 44 which says in US it is a 10. Fit perfect November 20, 2014
i love it very comfy aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa October 25, 2014
GREAT VALUE Good value for money. A little narrow for the American foot but they're not hiking boots. I expect they will be fine when broken in. September 29, 2014

David B: Had them before. Loved them. Take them touring as back ups and to wear walking around. Had a crash one time while on tour up in the mountains and bruised my foot badly. Took my touring boots off and couldn't get my swollen foot back in the boot. Used my TCX Cubes but had to cut them to get my swollen foot in. Insurance paid for a new pair!! I Love theses light comfy boots! Sep 3, 2014

JONATHAN N: Fit and comfort superb. Need something lower than my regular touring boots for in/around riding in my armored/kevlar jeans that's also easy to walk in. Jun 8, 2014
T W: My first riding boot, so the price is right. Otherwise I wanted a boot that had summer comfort first and foremost (I don't want to buy gear I don't want to wear), and a fair amount of protection. This boot appears to be a healthy medium, maybe airing more on the side of comfort, but they had a "crash tested" review that helped with my confidence Jun 1, 2014
David B: My second pair. Loved my first ones for hot weather riding but they got torn in a crash. They saved my foot which I was sure had broken bones but great protection helped me walk away. May 20, 2014

A shopper asked: How does the shoe fit for size? Is it true to the chart? I wear a 12 shoe but have found 12 1/2 riding shoes/boots to be more comfortable because a lot of them tend to run small. May 9, 2014

Mark W: I found the shoe runs pretty true to size. I wear a 10.5 to 11. Most of the time an 11. I ordered the 11 and they fit great. They look like a pretty heavy boot but I find them light weight and very comfortable ( I did put a pair of gel insoles in them) and I love the air flows through them keeping my feet cool. If I were you I would go for the 12.5 an add a gel insole.

Mark

John P: I'm a 9 EEE and a 43 euro, and I was surprised to see how roomy the shoe was, considering it's svelte appearance. I suggest you go with whatever your true euro size is. My best guess for you is size 46 euro, and if that doesn't fit, you can send it back for 46.5. May 9, 2014

Piotr T: In my experience, they run true to size, but require some break-in/wear-in as they do feel a bit snug initially, straight out of the box. However, some people do prefer a more loose feel, in which case ordering half a size larger might be the right thing to do. May 9, 2014

Michael L: In my experience the X-Cube Air Boots are true to size. I wear a 10 1/2 to 11 in shoes. I have these in 10 1/2 and they fit well, just slightly snug. A pair of TCX waterproof leather boots in an 11 were too big on me. May 9, 2014

Troy C: Bought these but was weary of European sizes... I wear a 10 1/2 American and the 44 fit perfectly. Air flow is great! Protection seems good but a little difficult to walk around because of the support. May 9, 2014

Michael S: I usually wear an 11-12 4E depending on brand and found a 46 was too large. I shipped them back for a 45 and it fit perfectly. They're very wide for an Italian boot and fit my feet very well. May 9, 2014

Brian C: I wear an 11.5 shoe and prefer my moto boots to be on the roomy side. The size 46 was perfect for me. If I was a 12, then I would go with the 47, but that's just me. May 9, 2014

Hubert S: These seemed to run a bit large. I bought 1/2 size smaller than my regular shoe size and have room for an in-sole if I want. May 10, 2014

Mike R asked: Are these boots CE EN13634:2010, Level 2, 2, 2? Should be marked on the label somewhere within the boot. Jun 18, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
John D: The boots have labels which read: CE, EN13634 ; 2010, 2-2-1.
These are my first REAL pair of riding boots. Ive always just worn my law enforcement boots for either cruising or sport riding. I really like them as they are very comfortable and you can walk around for extended periods. They run pretty true to size. I wear an 11.5 in just about everything and mine are 12 and fit pretty darn good. The only gripe I have and I just found out while looking at the boot to answer your question; the boots are made in China. I do not like the thought of buying Chinese made products because we are only strengthening their economy and assisting them in reaching their goal of global domination.

Kevin K asked: I wear an 11.5 in most shoes. Should i go for the 45 or 46? Jul 17, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jaber I S M: Depends on how you prefer your fit.

I wear a 11.5 and bought the 47 just incase they ran small, as ive had this issue in the past. they don't and they turned out much bigger than expected. My advise, go for a 45 if you like a snug fit or 46 if you prefer more room for an insole.

Hope this helps.

Good luck

CHARLES H: I wear a 10 1/2 in Nike and Asics shoes and in most shoes for that matter. My foot width is borderline C/D. I bought the 44 in the TCX x-cubed which are supposed to be for size 10 American and the boots are borderline too big in length and width. If I had been in a store I would have tried on a pair of 43's. These boots run big compared to the size chart. If I were you I would get the 45's. Jul 17, 2014

Daniel M: I wear size 12 in shoes but have skinny feet. I have Cube Air and another set of TCX boots in 45 and they fit great. Based on the variety of success in the reviews I'd guess that it depends on your foot's width. Jul 17, 2014

Michael m: I got the 44 and wear a size 11 US. They fit tight at first but conform nicely. So far mine always fit tight when first put on but always conform in 10 min or so. With size 11.5 US I would try 45s first. Jul 17, 2014

Garrett W: I am an 10.5 or 11 in most shoes, I went with the 45 and they fit perfect. If you are an 11.5, I would say go for the 46. Jul 17, 2014
