Great boot for the price.
I was shopping at Revzilla for the Alpinestars Ridge . I had the earlier version for years and they were great. I was talked into trying these TCX boots and loved the fit. After a month of riding , I am very happy with my choice.

Nice looking and easy on-off.
I replaced my lace-up boots with these zipper/velcro closures. These fit well, are comfortable on all-day rides, and are not clunky to walk in. I haven't ridden in rain so I don't know how well they'll do in keeping my feet dry. The zipper tabs have velcro to prevent the zipper from opening while riding and the shin flap velcros over the top to seal the zipper. Very easy and fast to get on or off.

narrow width
The boots fit well with regular white socks, but a little snug with thicker ones. The length runs a little large I ordred 1 euro size smaller than normal and their is enough length in the boot. I have D width feet and found the boots to be snug on the side, but they should break in nicely. The foot bed is stiff enough to make you walk funny, but not too stiff that you need to take them off to run and get the groceries.

Very good boot
I am very satisfied with this boot especially for the price.
The sole is fairly stiff, but does not impede walking around comfortably, especially after some breaking in.
The boot is CE rated (level 1). The protection level seems adequate, especially around the ankle, but obviously the shin is not completely covered.
The only flaw seems to be the zippers: not totally smooth to operate, mainly because they have to follow a contoured path on stiff material.
I cannot yet comment on durability, but the quality of the manufacture is excellent.

Good Overall
Fit is a little large. I have wide feet, so they fit width fine, but are too long for me. I would go a half size up if your feet size normally.
Pretty comfortable for riding boots.
Zipper is a little sticky, but seems to be durable.
Good for riding, but not the comfiest for daily walkers. Definitely wearable for a few hours, but not a pair of boots you want to wear around.

True to size, and a little wide. Very comfortable.
Of the few sets of riding boots I've used, these are in the top two for comfort (and I don't even know what the others were, a friend just wears the same size boot as me and loaned some to me).
They're easy to get on and off, warm enough without being too warm, and reinforced in all the right places.
A note about size: I normally wear a US10.5 shoe (my left foot is larger than my right, or I'd wear 10s) and the size 10 fits me perfectly, very snug, without feeling too tight.

It has the Look and does the Job.
I bought this boot because i wanted a boot that looked good felt good and gave me protection. Mission Accomplished!!!!

Formerly known as Oxtar, TCX Boots are Italian made and manufactured in European sizes, so make sure to look at the size chart below to see the US conversions. We have found them to run typically true to size, but in our experience they typically will fit people with a wider foot better
