Speed and Strength Under The Radar Mesh Jacket
Nice Mesh Jacket
This is my first mesh jacket and the only complaint I have is the lack of pockets. It is entirely mesh so there is no place to put pockets without reducing airflow so it is worth the trade off in my opinion. I'm currently riding in 100+ Texas heat and it does a great job of flowing air when moving. I also like the subdued branding so it fits my style well. I wear this every time I ride, even in the afternoon when leaving the office. You still sweat, but this mesh jacket makes it bearable.

Great looking jacket, heavier than I thought
So ive been looking for a mesh jacket for summer riding ever since I saw someone take a fall in front of me.
I was looking for something that's stylish and able to protect me from a spill. I ride a cruiser so I wasn't really looking for a sport style jacket. Although a tad sporty, I think this jacket works well with most cruisers and naked bikes as well.
Jacket is heavier than I thought. Even without the armor, the jacket itself is sturdy and quite heavy. The mesh is definitely thick and looks like it would be able to protect me from a minor fall.
I did some city riding tonight in 80 degree weather. If I was traveling 30 MPH, you can feel the wind go through and you don't really feel the heat. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic for the most of it and it can get hot. By the time I got home and took off my jacket, the back of my shirt was soaked with sweat as was the liner of the jacket.
Jacket is very simple, not much features. Two pockets on the outside and adjusters as explained in the video.
The silver is definitely shinier in real life. Along with my orange gringo helmet, I'm pretty sure I can be spotted miles away.
Jacket do tend to fit a little on the big side. I am 5'7 at 172lbs with a rather athletic build. My chest measures 42.5 inches and I fit a S. But I do like my jackets to fit snug around me. Just something to think about.
Overall, I am very pleased with the jacket. It is my very first mesh jacket and it definitely lives up to the reviews I've read on here. Solid buy if you're looking for a simple jacket for the summer without all the bells and whistles.

Excellent mesh jacket
I have the S&S Off the Chain textile jacket, which I love, but was looking for a mesh jacket for the summer. I really like S&S jackets, so I ordered this one after watching the video...Wore this jacket right out of the box! Based on your helpful videos, the size large was perfect. ( I have a size 42 chest, and am 5'10", 190 lbs) The flow is nice, especially during these humid MI summers. Not sure about the protection/durability, and I hope I never find out, but the CE armor and fierce mesh seem reliable. It could've had an inside pocket, but I'm being picky. At this price, it's tough to beat.
If you like subtlety with style, and you're looking for a practical mesh jacket with no bells and whistles, buy this now! It truly lives up to its name.

If you're on a budget and need a summer riding jacket this is it.
The hottest temperature I've used this jacket so far is 105 (will eventually climb up to 120), with that said, you now know this is a review for those of you living in extreme conditions. The air flow is decent! you'll feel the air cool you off as you reach up to about 40 mph, (the faster the better). your back and shoulders will sweat because of the back and shoulder padding (which are removable but removing them kind of defeats the whole purpose of the jacket). What I'm trying to get to is that this jacket is wearable no matter how hot it is, you'll survive! the materials seem good and reinforced in hi impact areas. On the looks department this thing is great. its plain solid black, no logos no crazy designs nada! this is what I was looking for cause of the type of bike I have, i'ts pretty standard and I didn't want that super sporty look. The only things that pops on the jacket is a reflective strip that runs across the back. The two pockets on the front are good enough tho carry your wallet, phone, keys, and registration, maybe even a pair of sunglasses (or at least I've crammed all of that in there). So yes buy this! plus revzilla is great about shipping so there you go, get it off here. Side note I've owned the jacket for about 5 months and wear it at least 4 days out of the week for commuting.

Just saved my skin!!!
First off I never wrote reviews so bare with me.
This jacket is great!! The air flow on it is amazing wore it on a
90 degree day and I was as cool as anyone in a car with ac.
I love the padding on this jacket. I only wish there was an inside pocket or two. Only having the two outside pockets isn't enough.
Now what made me want to write this review is simple. I was run off the road this morning going to work by a redneck in a truck on his phone. I dumped my bike and slid about 50 feet. Yes the sleeve was shredded bit not my arm. The padding on the jacket took most the impact. I am sitting in the WR writing this with only two scratches. It could have been worse and this jacket had a big part to play it that!!
Also a personal shout out to the guys at revzilla! I have gotten every piece of gear from you guys and will continue to great prices and great service keep up all the good work!

Under the Radar
Recently got this jacket and really like it. I'm 5'10" 155 and got a medium. The small probably would have fit but then the sleeves would have been to short. My only complaint about this jacket is the armor not being vented, you would think that on an all mesh jacket there would be some holes in the armor. I ordered a set of Alpinestars bio armor for the shoulders and elbows so hopefully that will make it better. Really nice jacket for the price.

My tailor is forced to retire!
I'm not sure what kind of voodoo goes on at the Revzilla warehouse but these guys have an uncanny knack for delivering gear that seems to be custom fit for me. For me! An old grumpy retired guy. What are the odds? I go online, look for the best quality product at the most cost effective price and what do I get? The Speed & Strength summer jacket like it was molded just for me. In the name of full disclosure, I can not divulge the level of protection and durability this product has, because I just got it and hope not to take a spill while wearing it. Ever! Given my riding habits, I'll probably never live up to the brand name but at least I'll look good trying. My one and only gripe is that this jacket has no inside pockets for me to store my spectacles, Metamucil or AARP ID.
