Speed and Strength Under The Radar Mesh Jacket
Stylish, no frills, and affordable
I've used this jacket a handful of times now, and it's everything I was looking for. Great style, amazing airflow, decent fit, as well as added protection. I am 5'11" and 160lbs. with a 40" chest, and the medium fits me pretty well. The arms are a little short, and the jacket falls right at my belt, but it doesn't feel to loose or too tight. The large probably would've swallowed me. The airflow is outstanding. I rode on the highway for about an hour yesterday at about 90°F, and felt great the entire time. I will say that the back gets a little hot, but I also wear a backpack when I ride so that adds to the problem. There are only two side pockets, so those looking for more should look elsewhere. I would recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a stylish, no frills, affordable mesh jacket.

Good Summer Jacket
This jacket served me well during the hot KY summer. At speed, it feels like just wearing a t-shirt. With the white color option, sitting in traffic isn't quite so miserable. It's got just about the best protection you can get at this price point.
My only complaint is that it looks a little more "sport bike" than the "cruiser" style I'd prefer.

Ugly and fresh
First of all, I ride Cruiser and Customs, so this style of jacket doesn´t cut it for me completely-- that being said, it´s not that ugly, and with street/sports bike style should look better.
It is really cool in summer days, but an inner pocket would be nice even if it reduces meshed area. Elbow protection moves around a lot, and arm sleeves are too wide, which doesn´t help with the tightening of the elbow pad.

Nice Mesh Jacket
This is my first mesh jacket and the only complaint I have is the lack of pockets. It is entirely mesh so there is no place to put pockets without reducing airflow so it is worth the trade off in my opinion. I'm currently riding in 100+ Texas heat and it does a great job of flowing air when moving. I also like the subdued branding so it fits my style well. I wear this every time I ride, even in the afternoon when leaving the office. You still sweat, but this mesh jacket makes it bearable.

Great looking jacket, heavier than I thought
So ive been looking for a mesh jacket for summer riding ever since I saw someone take a fall in front of me.
I was looking for something that's stylish and able to protect me from a spill. I ride a cruiser so I wasn't really looking for a sport style jacket. Although a tad sporty, I think this jacket works well with most cruisers and naked bikes as well.
Jacket is heavier than I thought. Even without the armor, the jacket itself is sturdy and quite heavy. The mesh is definitely thick and looks like it would be able to protect me from a minor fall.
I did some city riding tonight in 80 degree weather. If I was traveling 30 MPH, you can feel the wind go through and you don't really feel the heat. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic for the most of it and it can get hot. By the time I got home and took off my jacket, the back of my shirt was soaked with sweat as was the liner of the jacket.
Jacket is very simple, not much features. Two pockets on the outside and adjusters as explained in the video.
The silver is definitely shinier in real life. Along with my orange gringo helmet, I'm pretty sure I can be spotted miles away.
Jacket do tend to fit a little on the big side. I am 5'7 at 172lbs with a rather athletic build. My chest measures 42.5 inches and I fit a S. But I do like my jackets to fit snug around me. Just something to think about.
Overall, I am very pleased with the jacket. It is my very first mesh jacket and it definitely lives up to the reviews I've read on here. Solid buy if you're looking for a simple jacket for the summer without all the bells and whistles.

Excellent mesh jacket
I have the S&S Off the Chain textile jacket, which I love, but was looking for a mesh jacket for the summer. I really like S&S jackets, so I ordered this one after watching the video...Wore this jacket right out of the box! Based on your helpful videos, the size large was perfect. ( I have a size 42 chest, and am 5'10", 190 lbs) The flow is nice, especially during these humid MI summers. Not sure about the protection/durability, and I hope I never find out, but the CE armor and fierce mesh seem reliable. It could've had an inside pocket, but I'm being picky. At this price, it's tough to beat.
If you like subtlety with style, and you're looking for a practical mesh jacket with no bells and whistles, buy this now! It truly lives up to its name.

If you're on a budget and need a summer riding jacket this is it.
The hottest temperature I've used this jacket so far is 105 (will eventually climb up to 120), with that said, you now know this is a review for those of you living in extreme conditions. The air flow is decent! you'll feel the air cool you off as you reach up to about 40 mph, (the faster the better). your back and shoulders will sweat because of the back and shoulder padding (which are removable but removing them kind of defeats the whole purpose of the jacket). What I'm trying to get to is that this jacket is wearable no matter how hot it is, you'll survive! the materials seem good and reinforced in hi impact areas. On the looks department this thing is great. its plain solid black, no logos no crazy designs nada! this is what I was looking for cause of the type of bike I have, i'ts pretty standard and I didn't want that super sporty look. The only things that pops on the jacket is a reflective strip that runs across the back. The two pockets on the front are good enough tho carry your wallet, phone, keys, and registration, maybe even a pair of sunglasses (or at least I've crammed all of that in there). So yes buy this! plus revzilla is great about shipping so there you go, get it off here. Side note I've owned the jacket for about 5 months and wear it at least 4 days out of the week for commuting.
