Speed and Strength Rust and Redemption Jacket
I wanted a jacket for riding when it was colder out that wasn't too expensive or flashy. Overall I'm happy with the jacket.
As far as airflow and temperature goes, I only ride with it using the vest portion zipped in, it is easy to install or remove though. The arms are vented on the undersides which does provide some airflow which can be a bit chilly in the cold. Apart from that it's warm enough for me, I use it with a thick long sleeve shirt down to 40F.
The fit seems right on, I wear a medium in most things and this jacket was no exception. If you wear a thick longsleeve shirt underneath the arms are just a bit tight when bending but comfortable riding.
The protection seems adequate. Elbow, back and shoulder protection stay in place and are comfortable. I'm unsure how durable the fabric holding it all together is. It seems fairly robust.

Good looking and protective (of sorts)
Love the look of this jacket, the amount of pockets, removable liner, etc.
Cons: zippers aren´t super, elbow protection kind of moves around and I´m not sure if it would stay in place if needed.
Without any garment (desides a tshirt) below it, like a hoodie, it does tend to swim around and is kind of uncomfortable in the elbow area.
Otherwise it´s good looking and comfortable, shoulder and back pads are comfortable

Quality with padding, not too expensive or flashy.
I ordered size Large and am 6'2" 200lbs, and it fits perfectly. There's a little room for a bit more barrel chested people but probably not too much more than that. It's very comfortable and even though I can feel the pads (shoulder, elbow and spine) when I put it on, I forget them in about a minute. Super comfortable when riding, sleeve ends zip open for more air, and has removable vest-like liner. Have worn between 45-90 degrees and been comfortable in both. Very plain black with orange stitching that doesn't really show. Super clean looking, and good bang for not too much $$.

This is a great jacket. The fit isn't snug. The Vault armor is better than what some other jackets come with. The jacket was a little warm sitting at a traffic light but I feel that's to be expected with any jacket and no breeze. Once moving though plenty of air circulated through the jacket. The removable liner seems like it'll keep you warm in cooler months. It would be nice if the liner was full sleeve since the sleeves are perforated.

Great lighter/midweight jacket
Not much use of the jacket yet but so far I like it quite a bit - fits very well when riding due to construction. Fairly lightweight while still feeling durable and equipped with armor for those that want it. Decent airflow too. The mesh liner and neck liners are a bit rough, I'm sure they will break in with wear though, and that's about my only complaint. The only other thing that I would have liked on the jacket is a snap back for the throat tab.

S&S has a winner with this jacket. I had originally ordered the Dogs of War jacket in a 2XL, which did not fit (I have a 52" chest), and the 3XL was not available, so I exchanged for the Rust & Redemption in a 3XL, in black. I'm quite glad I did.
It's a very comfortable jacket. The outer shell feels tough, and is beefy and well constructed, but surprisingly light. Texture of the poly/nylon material is reminiscent of a canvas jacket (not quite a waxed canvas, but still fairly similar). I love the heavy-duty brown contrast stitching throughout (everything should have contrast stitching). The armor feels solid, but is slim, light, and flexible; once the jacket is on, I don't really notice it's there.
Styling is simple, but hits all the right points, with some nice details in the quilting, accordion panels, and more. This jacket has enough of a mix of modern and retro flair, that it would be at home on riders on just about anything other than motard or flashy brightly colored sport bikes. Obviously, it's meant to appeal to the cafe, Euro, and bobber crowd, though.
Airflow is much better than I expected, and much better than other jackets I own. A bit stifling in the heat when you're at a standstill, but the perforations in the arms and back really shine once you start moving. I was thoroughly impressed, and think it'll hold up to Texas heat better than I was anticipating.
Honestly, in terms of fit, though I would disagree with the general consensus that S&S jackets run generously cut. I'm 6', 250 lbs., 52" chest, and the 3XL is a snug, but perfect, fit. I normally wear XL-2XL shirts, so this is a bit off for me. Not a big deal, though; I don't care what the tag says, just as long as the actual fit is good, and it is. The way this fits, plus my experience with the Dogs of War jacket, which I ordered to my size based on the size chart, would indicate that the 2XL would fit. Luckily RevZilla's returns and exchanges are a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with the Rust & Redemption jacket.

Amazing Value Jacket
I've been on the hunt for a jacket with minimal logos and a classic look. However, given my small frame I'm left swimming in most jackets that fall into that category. I found this jacket and ordered it on a whim(especially considering the price) hoping it would fit well.
I am 5' 10" & 155 lbs, I generally wear more European cut gear in a 38EU/48US jacket size. Given the sizing chart I ordered a small for this coat. When I received the jacket I was pleasantly surprised that the body did not leave me swimming and the arms were the perfect length. Even with a size small there is room for a sweatshirt underneath. Overall the cut is somewhat generous while remaining trim.
I really like the texture on the exterior of the coat , I think it will age well. The armor is O.K., however, I will probably swap it out for some D30 or Bioarmor from another A* jacket I have around. The back protector is CE level 1 certified but again leaves a bit to be desired. I can't complain too much given the price point of the jacket. The mesh lining is a bit scratchy as well, but I think given a wash or two and some wear it will be better. Overall for the price the quality seems above it's price point and time will only tell how it will age.
