Burned twice by Speed and Strength
I got these Cruise Missiles to replace a previous, different pair of Speed and Strength gloves that had ripped under warranty after three rides. Well, these ones did even last that long. The first ride out I noticed my left hand middle finger was getting cold; and it was due to me expressing my opinions of other driver's attentiveness during rush hour. Nope. It was that the seam was already coming undone, right at the tip of the finger. I'm disappointed, because even though they were cheaper than the previous pair, they felt better made with better materials. I guess not.

That's the last time I'll get burned by Speed and Strength.

Love the aggressive style
the leather is stitched in all the right places. its padded and protective in all the right places and the glove doesn't feel too bulky. the gel palm is a nice addition.

well rounded gloves
they provide at least 2 layers of leather and sometimes 3 for all the impact zones. the gel pads inside do a relay good job of absorbing impact. (not scientific but I can slam my hands together as hard as I can with no pain, at the parts with gel. the leather is thick but soft and flexible. if I take a spill at 60+ I might have a "well better then nothing" attitude, but 40 or lower I think I will be happy I have them. my only complaint is the trim it is fake leather. it is a small amount of the

Perfect fit and comfort
They were slightly tight when I put them on the first time ( XL size gloves on my 14th size palm). But in few rides the high quality leather became exactly fit my hands. I realy enjoy the riding now at hot summer days and chilly nights as well.

Great value - but get a bigger size
I like these gloves very much. I hadn't previously owned a motorcycle specific glove...just a good old fashioned leather pair. These seem well built and I like the extra padding they have - I assume that might come in handy if I ever go skidding across the pavement (lets hope I don't get to add that to this review later on). I did order the size Large - because generally speaking ...I'm a size Large on everything. Gloves, shirts, jackets (In fact, I bought the Icon 1000 Vigilante jacket from Revzilla in Large). I do have a big head - I need an XL for that ...but everything else is Large across the board. Turns out the Large in this glove is too small for me. Two issues with it. 1. the stitching is inside the glove - so because the glove was slightly small on me, it felt like that stitching was pushing on the tip of my finger/finger nail (it was odd). 2. It was just small enough that it felt like my hand was under constant strain - across the palms, etc. I sorta hoped the leather would stretch ...but I didn't know if it would and didn't want to take the chance (and then not be able to return them). So I ordered the XL - and as the saying go's ... ":they fit like a glove". I've not got about 400 miles in them - and am very happy I moved up the XL. They aren't that much bigger than the L - so if you're concerned that you have a little bigger hands ...just get the XL and be done.

Pretty much perfect!
These gloves fit me so well! (No... I'm not gonna use "that" pun)... I used the chart, and for once it worked. (M) I know we are all different so I won't guarantee that it'll work for you, but I've got no complaints.
I've had a dozen or so gloves in my 10(?) year riding life, and these are by far the best. Icon, Alpine... Good. But these are great.
Don't be fooled by the "perforation", this only cools down the foamy knuckle guard. (But, let's face it, it looks the s***!)
Leather quality is good, feeling from the controls is great, rode through a 10 minute flash storm with dry hands at the end, but I wouldn't say that they're waterproof ... And depending on your tolerance, early spring to late autumn. I'm gonna get heated grips just so I can rock 'em all year!
All in all a great glove. I'd trust them if I went down at mid speed, and I will definitely buy again!

Great Gloves
I picked up a pair of these at my local moto store and wore them all season. Once they stretched out they were a great set of gloves. I did have a crash wearing them and they did their job keeping my hands safe. The airflow on these is perfect for summer but trying to wear them later in the season has been a bad idea.

They have been showing signs of wear on the finger tips but should make it a second season.

The price was very good, I like leather gloves. The glove seem to have good construction especially for the pinky finger.

"Love Speed & Strength gear"....liked the styling & the Revzilla product review was the clincher....last one left in a 2XL as well....purchased the Rust & Redemption gloves recently in the same size & they just fit me (long fingers) & being leather, they should give a bit, so it's all good....did I mention I'm a fan of Speed & Strength?.... Cheers Nik :)))

The online video was very convincing in in me choicing this glove as it is a pick from Revzilla. I'm fairly new to riding and wanted a glove that willh opefully remove some of the vibration and numbness currently I am experiencing as well as provide great protection.

leather, substantial protection, simple look

After reading reviews and doing extensive research on gloves these seemed most appropriate for my riding style. The styling on these gloves is not too over the top either but enough to be differentiated from more plain style gloves.

This is my first pair of riding gloves. I would rather buy them in a store where I can try them on, but you guys have everything and put a lot of work into your site which is very helpful. I am going to give it a shot.

When trying on gloves recently (shorties) they always felt too short. Not just the fingers but where it ends at the wrist. As I went bigger the palm was quite loose. My palm measures 4" across, but I have long fingers. What size should I get in Speed and Strength gloves or is there a better suited company I should try?
A shopper on Sep 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I ordered a large and they fit perfectly - snug and not short. My hand size sounds similar to yours. My palm 4" wide. I have had issues with gloves having short cuffs but these S&S gloves cinch nicely behind the palm. Honestly I have been very pleased with these gloves. i alternate between these and my full race (AStars) depending on what gear I am wearing. Frankly these are more comfortable. Great glove.
