Great shoe for everyday riding Just purchased these as an everyday commuter shoe and they're great! They're stylish and comfortable enough to walk around in at work. Good fit around the ankle. Decent build quality I don't suspect they're going to fall apart anytime soon. Venting only really works for me if I position my feet a certain way. But when I get it right, it's nice and cool. The laces are super long but that could be due to the fact that I have a narrow foot. Which brings up a point about sizing. I went down a size to a 44, I'm an 11 US and should be a 45 EU, but because of my narrow feet, the 44 fit well enough, just a bit snug. I would have liked more of a heel and the sole isn't all that sticky, but for a hundred bucks you really can't get much more. Recommended! May 14, 2013

Nice Summer Boot Fit securely with laces and strap, size 42 fits my 8 ½ foot just fine. Shoes could use a heel strap to help pulling on. A little awkward to tie laces with cinch strap; I leave strap loose and tie under it. Laces are long, but easy to secure under strap. Mid foot well ventilated, but not toe area. Good feel with shifter and brake. Soles seem nice and gripping, but haven’t tried them on wet surfaces yet. Good support and feel on peg, decent when walking. April 30, 2013
Shoe is a shoe Not too impressed with these. I knew going into these that they were shoes and not true riding boots. That said, if all you want is to spend as little as possible on riding shoes, then get some nice high tops. The laces were long. Far too long. I felt no ankle support wearing them and I have zero confidence in these protecting you any better than any other regular shoe you can buy from a local store. Look good, feel good, but no good for a bike. Spend the extra hundred and at least get yourself the fusions. You'll thank yourself later. April 22, 2013
Great summer riding shoes Nice looking shoes, great ventilation at the toes and upper part, comfortable to walk in if the insole is replaced with a better full gel insole, provides little protection to the Ankle. the price is great, the suede leather will be hard to clean. unable to assess durability but expect it to last two years of daily at least, would recommendnd this shoes for summer riding. Great shoe! Everything about the shoe except the strap is nicely done. Only problem with the strap is the excess that isn't held down by velcro just flaps around. Not really a problem since my pants cover that part. Great looking shoe. I don't feel bad about walking around Waikiki in these and that's the best part. Reflective patch above the heel is a nice touch. April 15, 2013

Great Value Ordered a 46 even though I wear a 45 normally. Shoe is a "B" width at most so that was a good choice , Maybe slightly warm in hot weather but excellent ankle protection. April 15, 2013

Hi! I do wear custom fit orthotics, So I need a boot with a removable insole. Are the Sidi New York insole removable? Thank you in advance!

Answer: 
We had a pair of these shoes in our warehouse, so we grabbed them to check on the insoles. They are removable so you can replace the stock insoles with your orthotics.

Yes the insole is removable, I replaced it with a high end full gel insole & it did make the shoes very comfortable to walk in all day.
