Great protection and style for a competitive price I chose these because they seem to provide the best protection in the price range, and offer breathability for summer riding as well. I like that the skid plates are all replaceable too. The craftsmanship seems solid as well. October 12, 2015
Great bang for the buck This is an excellent product. the footed is a tad narrow however breaks in nicely. My biggest complaint for "daily" riding is the grip on the sole. It is not sufficient for any surface outside of your welcome mat. September 30, 2015
Great boot for dry riding in triple digit heat Fit and finish is what you'd expect from an expensive boot from Sidi. Tons of airflow and very comfortable after 6+ hours in the saddle while driving through Northern Nevada and Idaho. Highly recommended! July 13, 2015
Incredibly Comfortable and Well Engineered I have a pair of Crossfires for dirt bike riding and they have lasted for 5 yrs now. This is riding trails and racing in Enduro's so they see a lot of miles and terrain that bang the heck out of them. Always feel protected, comfortable, dry and most importantly, NEVER want another pair of boots. This is the same feeling with my new street riding Sidi's Cobras. Easy to put on and take off, well engineered and very comfortable with all the support in all the correct areas. I would NOT want another pair of riding boots. March 16, 2015
Great pair of warm-weather boots for the beginning rider. Lack of lateral ankle protection is an issue. These were my first pair of riding boots and I loved them at first. After getting the SIDI ST Air and TCX S-Speed, I don't think I would buy these again. The biggest issue is the lack of lateral ankle protection (if you can bend the boots sideways, that's bad). If you pay $50 more, the Sidi Vertigo are the best bang for your buck since they work on the street and the track. These Cobra Air are okay for street purposes. What I really like is the air-flow during humid and hot summer (95 degrees plus). Also, they are so easy to take on or off versus the extra 45 seconds for my ST and Mag-1 boots. Also, they are more comfortable to walk in and wear for extended periods because they bend more easily. My other boots are very stiff - yet that protects you more. Decide what you want. I usually wear 9.5D in my dress shoes. I got the 43 and they fit very snug at first. However, after a week they fit fine. You don't want these to be as roomy as pair of comfortable running shoes. That being said, I thought I could get away with the perforated synthetic leather for my region in the winter by wearing thicker socks. First, the thicker socks made these unbearably right. Second, my feet became too cold below 50 degrees at 65 mph. You can buy a 44 to accommodate thicker GORE-Windstopper/GORE-Tex socks, however. SIDI should add reflective visibility panels/piping at the back and front for added safety in low-light conditions. I added some tape, but the gunk from the road sticks to the tape's adhesive so it's messy. If stitched on from the factory, the appearance wouldn't be compromised. January 9, 2015
Nice stylish boots I will have to break in those boots before they become really comfy December 17, 2014
Initial Impressions I just bought these for track days. Good bang for the buck. As always, Revzilla delivered quickly with quality packaging exactly what I ordered. The boots appear well made and fit my wide foot well. My reason for this selection is air flow in addition to protection and I have little doubt of their capacity for either. November 17, 2014
perfect! Great value. Very glad I made this purchase. You will love these. November 4, 2014

A shopper asked: Are these boots waterproof? Oct 24, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Brad D: No, these boots are quite perforated and great for hot weather riding, but don't expect your feet to be dry in the rain. Check out the SIDI Cobra Rain boots instead, or SIDI Cobra Gore Tex if you got the coin. Oct 24, 2013

Peter S: Not at all, but am yet to experience boots that are after an hour or so in heavy rain. I slip a pair of sealskinz socks underneath as a water/wind solution. Oct 24, 2013

A shopper asked: do these boots work in the pants or exclusively outs? Apr 23, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Philip H: Mine work fine inside my riding-suit pants and inside jeans, as longs as they're not terribly tapered at the bottom. Great boots -- but keep in mind that the fit is quite snug, especially in terms of width, and choose size accordingly. Apr 23, 2014
Reply to Philip Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael G: I have regular cut jeans. The leg portion of my jeans easily goes over the top of the boot to hide you are wearing them. Apr 23, 2014

A shopper asked: Hi, could you confirm that these boots (sidi cobra air) has the side ventilation as shown in your video review? The boot pictured has a black cover instead...

RevZilla: The Sidi Cobra Air boot is the perforated version of the Sidi Cobra Boot. It does not have an open/close vent. The Sidi Vertigo Boot has an open/ close vent on the side, while the the Sidi Vortice Boot has it on the toe slider. Jan 17, 2013

nsfugimoto: No. These boots are perforated leather but no lateral air intakes. Maybe it's another model. Apr 1, 2013

A shopper asked: Hi im just wondering ive got a ducati boot at the tcx which is size 11 us. Which is 45 euro....i hve that size for my sneakers....can you tell me what size i should be in these boots ? Will they be smaller size or bigger size ? Nov 4, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Ray C: I would go half a size bigger, they run tight. This is my second pair and for some reason they are tight to the point of hurting my feet. To narrow, I don't have wide feet. So I just packed them with wet news paper for a few weeks, it was a big help. Nov 5, 2014

Konrad S: I'm a size 10 to 10.5 and went with the size 10 for these boots. The fit was perfect. On a colder day i was able to put on 2 pairs of socks on and it did NOT get annoying. btw.. ventilation is great in these boots Nov 5, 2014

Joseph F asked: I'm debating between these boots and the Fusion Air for use as a summer street boot on my Street Triple. I already have Vertigos for more aggressive/track use. Any thoughts how these are for walking around on the street as well as riding? And, are they so close to the Vertigo that I'd be better off going with the Fusion Air?
