These boots are excellent. They fit great just like my SIDI cycling shoes. Looks are not too bad either. The breathability is great, so great that I'l probably have to buy a different (less breathable) pair when the cooler temps arrive. Rated the protection and durability as average just because I only had the boots for 3 weeks and no crashes. Look great feel great breathe good too. Lots of compliments...

pleasantly suprised by the comfort and fit of these boots. i bought them for the track exclusively but they fit great, very comfortable, great airflow, i may even take them to italy in may for a 10 day tour. very happy with these boots.

Sidi boots are simply brilliant. The feel through the boots to levers and pegs is superb and the fit is great.
The Cobras are a great street boot that would be happy doing track days too.
Sidi = Happy days

As others have mentioned, I bought this as my first motorcycle boot and went with SIDI as I have used their bicycle shoes and they are a good trusted brand.
I'll start with the pros. So far I have put about 2,000 miles (3 months of weekend rides) on them. They are holding up great! I have had no problems with anything even looking like it is going to wear out soon. The term "air" is spot on. I have been riding in 80-100 degree weather and never had a problem with my feet sweating. It was 65 the other night and I wish I had thrown on some wool socks. These things breathe!!! They are also, a fairly comfortable boot to walk around in. I have had them on for an entire without thinking, "Man these boots are irritating".
Now the cons. The biggest concern I have is sizing. These things run about one full size large. I had to send mine back in and exchange them. The second ones I got fit fine in the foot length. Moving up the boot to the ankle, feels pretty good, and I am not too worried abot rolling my ankle in them. However, these are made for people with large calves. For a reference, where the top of the boot is on my leg, I measure a 14 inch circumference. But, as you can see in my picture, I have a full inch of extra room in front of my shin. This makes for a horrible fit, even if I stuff my pant legs in there. Due to the way the zipper is run up the side, you cannot pull the velcro area tight to fit your calf. At this price point, I would like to see some type of cam buckle, or even velcor strap around the top of the boot which allows you to make it fit properly. While this is the only con I have found with the boots, it is one big enough to have me looking at what to replace them with.
Unfortunately, due to this major issue, I would not reccomend them, unless you have exceptionally large calves.

This is my first pair of motorcycle specific boots, coming from steel toed timberland boots. Definitely take a little time getting used to walking in and one the controls on the bike. Better feel for the controls, and you can feel air flow through the boots when on the move. I can walk around all day in them, but definitely no my first choice for that purpose, but a reasonable trade off for the protection level.

My first pair of proper riding boots and I'm very satisfied. The fit is definitely at least one size large. I wear a 10.5 shoe, and a 44 in SIDI's cycle shoes is perfect for me. On these boots I had to go all the way down to a 42 to eliminate the extra room. That being said, the fit is great now. They seem top notch thus far!!

The fit was almost perfect. These boots are easy walk in after you break them in. Good for everyday riding. I'll step up to the full race model when I finish my race bike.
