Great Women's Helmet
I had a Shoei helmet years ago when I first started riding and they were the first ones I considered when getting back into bikes. This RF-1100 is super-light, has great padding for comfort and has all the Shoei quality I expected.
The vents over the crown as well as at the front were really effective and I am comfortable wearing it for hours at a stretch. The super styling doesn't hurt either.
The visor has a vent setting so you can let just a bit of air in and it seals firmly when fully down. I've had no fogging at all with it.
I am planning on getting a tinted visor for the warmer months. The system for swapping out visors is really easy and quick, so I can swap the clear one back if the weather or light changes while I'm on the road.

Excellent helmet
I love this helmet. It's the most comfortable one I've ever owned. I have a more oval shaped noggin and tried this one on a recommendation. It didn't disappoint. The fit and finish are amazing.
The helmet is well-built and functions well. It's been cold here in Northern Cali so the front vent has been very useful for clearing the fog off the visor. At first I didn't see the point of the pin lock system, but it is quite handy. If you leave the pin lock in the "open" position at speed, though, you'll get a pretty annoying whistle. At slower speeds though (like stop and go traffic) it's perfect for keeping fogging down. I imagine it'll be quite useful in the rain as well.
I haven't tested the full ventilation yet, but if they all work as well as the chin vent, it should be adequate. The biggest bonus is the aerodynamics. The helmet really cut down the buffeting I felt with my old full face. I was very impressed with that and would recommend it just based on that feature. I was a little put off by the price at first but am glad I bought it. I would definitely recommend this helmet.

Great Helmet
i have owned this helmet for a little under a month now, and i must say wow, its the best helmet ive tried on and rode with, plus you can never go wrong with a full face.

Excellent Helmet
I am a loyal Shoei RF fan and rode for many years with my RF 1000 but unfortunately was not able to find any replacement pieces (other than cheeks pads) for the disintegrating internal padding. So I ordered the RF 1100 and have been very pleased with it so far. There is a major difference in noise level between the 1000 and 1100 and I never knew what I was missing. The face shield provides a plenty of openness for great sighting, even for peripheral. This helmet is very comfortable and not too heavy with great aerodynamics for a bike with no fairing. Another great feature of this helmet (finally) is that Shoei has a fully replaceable interior pad kit so I am looking forward to many years of riding with this helmet. Overall, I'm very pleased and would recommend this helmet. Great protection, looks and functionality.

Shoei RF-1100 Chroma TC-1
This is my second shoei. I've owned HJC, Scorpion, and Shoei. I will say this is one of the best helmets that i've owned. Super comfortable (i wear a size small in all) and good amount of air flow. The rides a little loud, but way quieter than my HJC and Scorpion. Got the chrome mirror face shield. So far i'm in love the with helmet, feel confident riding in it.
Pros: Stylish, Light weight, Bang for your buck, DOT/SNELL
Cons: A little loud (but its suppose to be so when you take it to the tracks you can hear other riders...plus i personally dont like a helmet thats toooo quiet...makes me feel like im not riding a bike...and we all know what happens when you think you're not riding a bike...)

I am on my second RF-1100 and I have no complaints.
This is my favorite helmet so far. I just bought my second one and the deal on Revzilla was the best I have seen plus it shipped for free. The fit initially is quite snug but you really need to follow the size chart. The cheek pads do where in after a few months of use. Everything about this helmet is great. The visor literally takes 4 seconds to change.
I would definitely buy this helmet a third time.

Great Style. Great Color. Great Price
I looked around for awhile on a decent full sized helmet. Fitment is important to a person and all our nuggets are different. I have to say that while it was convenient to try on helmets locally for fit, the prices just weren't reasonable.
This was my first purchase on RevZilla and it was great. Great price. Fast delivery. Perfect item. I have since done almost all my purchasing here because their product offerings are so vast, the reviews and videos very helpful and the customer service ridiculously customer centric.
