great style, and even better to have the choose of full face or open.I had to get the next size up from what I should be wearing, when trying on the 1st helmet trying to get it off nearly took my left ear off, which is still sore to touch after 4 weeks. Sometimes I put the helmet to open face to make it easier to get the helmet off as the changeover is quite easy once you get used to it.
But overall it is a good helmet.Great and quick service from the U.S.A to Australia, unbelievably quick.

I had been thinking about a modular helmet for a long time, and I finally pulled the trigger. I actually first saw the original Shark Evoline helmet on a biker in London when I was there in 2008, and I thought it was one of the coolest and most interesting looking helmets I'd ever seen. Well now that I have the Evoline 2, I'm happy to report that it's even more useful than it is cool-looking.
The chin-bar lifts up effortlessly and locks securely into place with only one hand. It really converts into a very usable 3/4 helmet, much more useful than any other modular design, which will catch in the wind very badly. I find myself riding with the chin bar up in almost any situation below highway speeds. I absolutely love it.
In addition, the pull-down sunvisor (which is becoming a standard feature on most touring-oriented premium helmets nowadays it seems) is *much* better than the one on my old Scorpion EXO-1000, because it's completely analog. That is, there are no detents where the visor will sit. There is no 'down' or 'up', it's completely smooth and will sit exactly where you want it. This is something that no other review seemed to mention when I was researching it, and I absolutely love it.
I don't have the Sharktooth system installed, but I do have the Scala Rider G4 hooked up to it, and the speakers fit perfectly. The only modification I had to make as far as comfort goes was to slightly trim down the cheekpads where they press up near my temples. Other than that, it has been perfectly comfortable.
It is slightly noisy at high speeds, but there isn't a modular helmet on the market that isn't. It just has a few more seams for wind to catch on. But, especially with my stereo bluetooth setup, I really don't mind any level of noise that this helmet has generated, and I do a lot of interstate-speed commuting.
I'm sure there are some things I'm not mentioning, but in summary, I find this helmet to be completely fantastic. I highly recommend it.

I LOVE that fact that this helmet is REALLY convertible. It is rated in either configuration. Driving on roads where the speed limit is 45 or under I go the street fighter mode. Higher speeds or twisty road gets the full face.
One down fall is that the tab to lift the face shield is in the center of the shield on top. Thus, your view of the road is blocked while lifting the face shield.
I use this helmet everyday and I really like all it's features. The finish on this helmet is very nice. I like the white with the dark stripes. White is not a visible as the new yellow/green hight vis helmets but it also does not look as bad.
Get this helmet if you can.

Chose this helmet due to its design and write-up especially from Europe and the multi safety ratings. I do long distance riding and was looking for a modular and with the chin guard that folds down was a plus. Helmet was for my round slightly oval head and was surprised how well it fit the first time. A little pressure point on front of the head but that is doable and no pressure around the temples. This helmet looks to be just the choice for my 4-corners ride this summer.

While the helmet is a little tight - I have an XL and it's a bit more snug than my other XL brainbuckets - I find the Evoline well worth it's price and weight thanks to its flexibility for highway and street riding.
The conversion between full-face and open (i.e. - flipping the chinbar to the back) is quick and easy enough that I can switch in about 10 seconds or less, meaning when I am stopped at the bottom of the off ramp (or at a light prior to getting on the highway) I can quickly switch modes.
I have seen some complaints about the internal sunshade not dropping quite low enough, but I have no problem with it and think when the chinbar is in the down position the shade is perfectly placed anyway. I've ridden with the Evoline for about 1000 miles by now (about 1/3 of that on freeways) and only have good things to say about it. Yes, it's a bit more costly than non-convertible helmets, but the ability to really ride with the chinbar out of the way makes it well worth it.

Shark Evoline 2 ST Moovit Helmet

From GRESHAM
I got this helmet for me and my girlfriend for christmas. I probably have worn it 7-10 times. The fit is good I like the helmet design no other helmet has this feature. It's little noisy but I wear it open face most of the time. The first thing I noticed is a scratch on the tinted visor in the middle. It's like something is scratching the visor as it's retracted inside or slid down. Then today on my ride the little knob that retracts and slides it down came of. So now I either leave it in the down position or slide it up and can't use it anymore. Hence the Cons as flimsy. Over all the helmet is well built.
Pros Fashionable, Comfortable
Cons Flimsy
Yes, I recommend this product.

Answer:
Yes, as the G4 Unit can also be mounted via double-sided 3M tape. The unit will have to be mounted behind the flip face portion, which means that the boom will sit towards the side of your mouth instead of in front. We have plenty of customers who use the G4 in this way with no problems, however, don't forget we also have the SharkTooth system that is designed specifically for this helmet!

Answer:
If you're specifically asking if the clamp mount for the Scala G4 Rider will work, the answer to that is "No", for the very reason you mentioned. I don't have the ST, but I do have the Evoline 2, and I had to use the included glue pad to permanently mount the Scala to my helmet. A couple notes.

1. The glue pad seems very durable, and is meant to be permanent. I feel confident it won't just fall off.

2. While the glue pad itself is permanent, it screws into the scala headset just like clamp mount, so the headset can be removed with no damage to it. However, you will need to get another glue pad from the Cardo peeps in order to mount it to another helmet.

Your second question is will you have room for a boom mic. I have room in my Evoline 2, but just barely. My gotee touches the foam cover of the boom mic, but I've gotten used to it. Obviously, the wired mic kit would work less well, since the chin of this helmet rotates up and around. For some people, the boom might be too close to the face. I think it's fine, and when a buddy tried on my helmet, he said it wasn't bad at all. You should use the more flattened boom mic cover when you use this helmet, of course.

Hi, I'm looking at the Shark Evoline 2 ST Moovit. How is this different from the solid colored models, if at all? I noticed that you added the following note: Note: the only difference between the "Absolute", "Wayer", and "Solid color" Evoline helmets is the color scheme. However, Moovit was not included.

Thanks,
