Sena SMH-10 Helmet Clamp Kit For Speakers And Earbuds With Attachable Boom Microphone Wired Microphone
One every helmet
I have this on everyone of my helmets. It makes swapping the module easy.
Protip - get some acoustic concert earplugs. You can hear everything on the sena speakers better, and lose all the road and wind noise.

Use of earbugs (with sound reduction) make highway travel a breeze!
My wife and I have used the sena smh10 units to communicate between bikes for several years. Great product. However, the speakers are just ok sound wise and you really have to use max volume to hear at freeway speeds (75-85 mph here in Texas).
Using earbuds with built in earplug is great for cycling. Cuts enough windnoise that freeway speeds aren't taxing and you can still hear voice communications or music well.
These units made our recent long trip much more enjoyable!

Good product with some flaws..
I have the Sena SMH-10 system on two helmets currently. It was recommended by a friend. Overall I've been happy with the product especially with its ease of use. It only takes a little while to install on your helmet and a few minutes to figure out its functions and off you go.
The sound is as good as you would expect through the speakers. Meaning you can hear everything you need to above wind noise but if you want HiFi you need buds. This makes the option to swap very good.
The biggest problem I have with Sena is their reliance on cheap parts. On my previous sets (and why I replaced them with this one) the wires are EASILY frayed and start to cut out. They have re-designed the wiring to keep it from bending so much but I can already tell the wires are made from the same cheap plastic/rubber and will break again, probably sooner than later. Others have complained about this as well, so I know I'm not the only one with this concern. Dang Sena, step it up...you are so close to a great product. Spend some money on better material!
I do recommend this product but only with the caveat that you can expect to replace the clamp kit.

I like the product except...
Overall, the Sena helmet clamp is what I expected with one exception. I bought this clamp to put on a Modular helmet. The one that came with my Sena SMH 10 that I bought a while ago did not have a microphone boom that would fit in my Modular. Everything is great except I do not understand why the connection to the ear-buds isn't the standard 3.5 mm. It comes with an adapter, so I can use it, but there is about 4 inches of wire sticking out the bottom of the clamp which is a bit odd, but not any real problem. I do love my Sena SMH 10 though...

Installed on Nolan N44/ AWESOME!!!
This is way louder than my original Sena SMH10 unit. The versitility is great. LOVE THIS THING.
Put in on an Nolan N44 with the sticky mount just behind the Nolan comm. mount on the left side. Works great.

Not what I would expect from Sena and once opened you cannot return
I got this as a second for a modular. My 1st that came with my unit is awesome and based on the description, I figured would go with a separate mic rather than attached boom as well as the ability to change to aftermarket speakers. The speakers sound awful and the glue comes off the backing so the mic does not stay and with a modular you can only use the boom mic. Save the extra $20 and go with the attached mic and speakers. Now I am out $50

Now I Have Bluetooth On Both Helmets!
First off I have to mention Revzilla's amazing customer service. Somehow with free shipping I received this the following day and this was from Philly to Phoenix!
More importantly is the product. I was worried I'd have to either get a cheaper bluetooth or bite the bullet and pay another $160+ for an SMH10 so I could have one on my RF1100. I found this kit though and for less than $60 I am now easily able to switch my entertainment/voice guided GPS between my Neotec and RF1100. This kit is literally everything but the bluetooth receiver so speakers, mount and a few different microphone options are included. I decided on the wired mic that sticks on the inside vs the goofy looking boom mic that I have trouble getting to fit in my Neotec. Call quality is much better although I rarely use this for making calls.
I gave a 4 for durability as I haven't had this for long and 4 for ease of install because I have a little bit of wire sticking out, otherwise it's pretty easy to put on.
