Scorpion Passport Riding Suit
Nice features, but poor quality and fit
I bought this suit with high hopes, spent the big bucks, and have now become completely bummed. First, I find the features of the suit nice, with a nice neck closure, wrist closures, and the magnets. That's all fine.
The problem is that the suit is poorly made. Within weeks I had the waist strap pull right out of the stitching. I mean, I am a slender man, and there was no pressure on it, and it just pulled right out. I did the whole back and forth with Rev and Scorp and they finally agreed to fix it. Weeks later, I get it back. Fine.
Then the pant leg velcro just pulls off. I never even use that velcro, and the one time I do, it pulls right out at the threads. This is just poor quality.
To top it off, I have the XL, am only 6'2", and the pants are about 3 inches too short. They ride above my high ankle riding boots. This means that they the wind and rain fall right into your boot!
Rev won't take it back because it's no longer unused. But Scorp will only keep fixing it, and won't let me return it or swap it for some other model. So I am stuck with a bad suit with bad stitching and short legs.

Finally Found My Winter Gear
I live at the beach on the easy coast. It gets very quiet here off-season. This makes riding the many country roads a biking heaven. We have had a cool summer. A polar vortex now is much kinder than the one we had last winter. But I will be ready in case it gets bone chilling again this year.
After a couple of sizing misses & returns ( thank you Revzilla ), I finally have my winter gear. This very bright neon yellow, double lined Scorpion suit should work just fine.
I am 6' and 215 Lbs. I wear 38-30 pants but my "fat" waist measurement around my naval is 42". I am long bodied and short legged so most suits really ride up in a very uncomfortable way. The 3XL size fits me like it was tailored. I can wear a base layer under, though with the existing layers I may not need one. I obviously haven't ridden in it yet but sitting on my bike everything feels great. I will write again late in the year to update warmth, rain resistance, and comfort on long rides. But for fitment and quality feel out of the box, I am very pleased.

I had issues with the sizing on this suit. I'm 5'10", 150lbs. I wear 30/32 jeans. According to the Scorpion size chart a medium should have been perfect. Unfortunately, the legs were so short they didn't even cover the tops of my boots when sitting on the bike! I measured the inseam on the suit and it's only 30". I tried a large as well, and the inseam was perfect, but the non-adjustable knee pads became shin guards and the non-adjustable elbow armor became forearm protectors, so it didn't work out either. Too bad. Looks like a nice warm winter suit, which is what I've been looking for.

I just received this riding suit. The construction and fabric quality is nice, I feel protected and it fits well (5'11" 190lbs, I got a Large) The armor is good armor as well.
However, living in Portland where it rains nonstop, I needed a good waterproof suit. On my test ride today which was about an hour in mild rain, the crotch got soaked. From waist level down to the end of my pockets was drenched. Everywhere else was dry. This seems to be an issue with almost every riding suit so I'm not horribly surprised, just a bit disappointed.
On a good note, the suit is very warm and I know it will do well in cold conditions. I just can't say that I'd recommend it if you live in a rainy place or intend to be riding through rainy conditions.

Great riding suit
I bought this for the fall winter riding season. I have only ben able to wear it recently though it is VERY warm even without the liner I am also a naturally warm person so that might be it I have commuted to work with this in the mornings with an ambient temperature of approx. 25 degrees and could barely tell going down the road at 80 where the suit was covering. I did get a chance to wear it through a surprise rain storm and to my surprise completely dry period. The only issue I have really is the fit but then again I am 6' 2" 220 with an above average build. active military and workout on my own I even have a hard time finding normal clothes that fit but with that I got a XXL it's a snug fit with the liner I can only wear shorts and a T-shirt with the liner in and without I can wear light clothing I haven't tried to wear much with it I get too warm. But outside of my sizing issue I love it. Oh and the High Vis color IS high vis just have sunglasses ready if you order this color fresh out of the box it's almost painfully bright.

this is my first one piece suit and very impressed
I'm 5'10" and 190ish lbs. I got a size large and it was a bit tight but its starting to stretch out a bit now. Not a lot of room for base layers unless it's compression type gear with the liner in. I've rode in the low 30's F. During my commute and it was fine. I've rode in the high 30's for 45mins at 70mph got a little chilly in the zipper area and the lap area but wasn't bad. I haven't rode in any rain so I don't know how it will do. The only bad thing is it's hard to get it on and off with boots on. I take my shoes off and its a whole lot easier to get on and off. I got the hi viz option and it is BRIGHT. People will notice you.
