I recently bought the Scorpion EXO 100 helmet for myself. I love the zip-out neck liner/ear pads, retractable face shield and snap-off visor. My wife desperately needed a new helmet as well, so I got her the EXO 100 Lilly.
She loves it. The face shield is perfect for blocking light but still letting in a breeze. The neck liner and ear pads did a great job of keeping her warm on a very chilly, windy ride. She really likes the styling - funky and unique without being too "girly" (glad I didn't get the pink one). Sizing was accurate: the medium fit perfectly.
The only negative she mentioned is the weight. It is somewhat heavier than her old half helmet, and it took a while to get used to the difference. Not a deal breaker, just be aware of it.
