These are great pants.
My only negative comment is that the stretch parts lets the cold though more than the rest of the pants. So i get small cold spots just above my knees when riding in really cold weather.
The comfort is great, and they keep me 100% dry.
Small note on sizing:
I'm wide and bulky built, 6"tall. And have rather short legs.
A Rukka size 50 jacket gives me more than enough room for layers underneath. But when i got these, i needed a 52 to be comfortable around the thighs with anything more than boxers under. (To many squats? :# )
A size 52 short fits me perfectly snug, but comfortable.
Seems to me that Rukkas pant sizes are comparable to Alpinestars, while jackets are bigger. #I have a Alpinestars set in 52/52, and those pants are just a hint tighter than my Rukkas.)
Expensive yes, but some of the best you can get, and surely worth it for us that ride in the cold and wet.

Just got these to go with my Rukka jacket. They fit great, are extremely comfortable and I love having the zippers on the legs so I can vent if I need to. I also like that to get the knee pads out for washing they are accessible from the outside which makes it easy for removal for cleaning. Glad a good dealer like Revzilla finally started to carry Rukka in the USA!

Steve B: Reputation of the product (Rukka) and past experience with Revzilla.Nov 5, 2014
A. David B: They're waterproof. The quality is apparently pretty high. There are no zippers on the side which was important to me and of course, they appear to be very nice.Jan 15, 2014
Juan Carlos V asked:Normal i wear a jeans 31 inseam I'm looking at the size chart and I m having problems choosing the right one I measured my out seam and I would be around 83 cm and my waist would be around 104 so I would be around a size 56 but the outseam on that size would be to big would That be the correct size or would they be to long?Dec 21, 2014
A. David B:I wish I could be of assistance to you, but I have to be honest and tell you that I am not qualified to answer that question with any degree of accuracy.
I have a 31 inch inseam and a bit of a pot belly. I wear size 33 inch waist in my blue jeans and I bought the size 50 pants and they seem pretty darned good. If you're thinking size 56 pants, I would imagine that you're gonna want to get the short ones.
I don't know if that's of any value to you or not....
Don L:I'm 6'1" 180 lbs and ordered the size 48 long, too tight and too long. I then ordered a regular size 50, still too tight. I can barely squat down. So now I'm going to try the size 52. Rezilla's suggestion on sizing is not correct. The quality is very good. IMHO, far better than Klim.
Joseph, the hip armor is included. I don't know about fitting over the Sidi Crossfires. But the bottoms seem fairly wide.Apr 3, 2015
Joseph F asked:Can anyone confirm there's no hip armor? It's not listed in the info, but it seems kind of crazy Rukka wouldn't put hip armor in their "adv" style riding pants. I'd like to replace my Armas pants to go along with the Cosmic Jacket I have, but no hip protection is a deal breaker for me. Also, can anyone confirm if these pants will zip closed over boots like Sidi Crossfires? I can't zip the Armas pant over them... Thanks!Jan 23, 2015
Tom B:There is hip armor in the Cosmic pants. RE sizing questions, I advise you to watch very carefully the videos Revzilla has posted. The sizing is pretty close to what they are saying, BUT if you're a bicyclist with massive quads... Forget it as the legs are meant to fit in a somewhat trim manner.
But In terms of length, remember that your legs are going to be bent while on a bike. If there's a question better to err on the long side vs the short side, IN MY OPINION. FWIW I'm only about 5'-8" or 5-9, but wear my regular trousers in a longish length- usually about a 32 inseam. I had a pair of Armaxions in a short length and felt they were too short when riding. The "regular" Rukka length is going to be suitable, most likely for anyone my height or maybe even slightly shorter. AFAIK there's a big difference between "short", "regular", and "long" sizes, maybe 3-4-5 inches between lengths? That's a total guess BUT the "short" length I felt was too short for me.Apr 28, 2015
