Roland Sands Mission Gloves
Great Design. Problems in the beginning though...
I love riding in these gloves. However, when I first got them, they were really uncomfortable. The stitching on the inside of the glove was rubbing on my knuckles and really irritating me. So I removed a lot of the stitching and fixed it myself. I have to say, RSD uses great materials but they aren't put together that well. A lot of the stitching is unravelling and wearing out.
The gloves could also use a little more beefing up on the heels of the palms. The rivets might help in place of sliders but if you go down wearing these, your hands will probably get tore up.
Great feel on the controls though. And they look really cool.

Its a well made glove
The glove by RSD is an excellent made product. It fits nice, wears well and is of better quality than the stock Harley gloves.

Always stoked on RSD products
I received the gloves with a missing button. It's no big deal though, they work without.. Plus I'm lazy and don't want to send em back. I am yet to be disappointed in any RSD products. These gloves are super comfy and look sweet! Revzilla has amazing customer support and are insanely fast at shipping. I recommend to anyone.

looks great, manufacturing shoddy
I received these gloves a head of the scheduled delivery time, which so far is the norm with revzilla, opened the packaging and was blasted with the overpowering smell of diesel. I assume this is a byproduct of the manufacturing. Everytime i wear them my hands smell like diesel for several hours afterwards. The gloves LOOK great! However after putting them on the tips of each finger were sown together with balled up extra bits of fabric/leather that pressed into the underside of your nailbed/fingertip causing much discomfort. It is easily fixed by turning inside out and using leather sheers and trimming the excess off, which probably should have been done in the manufacturing process for this price point. Other than those two issues, the gloves are great. The airflow is excellent. I would not wear these gloves for any length of time in weather below 50 degrees. The leather is nice and supple which allows for maximum amount of hand dexterity.

A product that is stylish and functional
These RSD Mission gloves really are functional and at the same time very stylish. The attention to detail makes them stand out from the crowd.
Not sure how they will fare over time but my initial thoughts are they should stand up well to the day to day trials of motorcycle gloves.
In my humble opinion, another great product from RSD!

Great quality. Sweet style
Really comfortable glove. Add a glove liner for cooler weather. Because it flows air well, 50-55ºF and under can get a bit chilly if you're riding further than 10-15 minutes. I live in texas and have dealt with plenty of 100ºF plus days and they keep my hands from getting sweaty whether I'm on the highway or stuck in traffic. The quality has definitely made me a return customer for the brand.

Great style - that's why you buy this glove
I'll be the first to admit, I bought the RSD Mission glove because of the style - it's a cool design - different than the vast majority of gloves out there, particularly in the Sand color. There are other gloves available which are technically superior, so if you are seeking the best protection in a glove, you might want to check out something else. It is a great addition to my collection of gloves - ones that I wear when I'm riding old-school and want to be wearing something that few others are wearing. Make no doubt, what you are paying for is the design/style - but the RSD stuff is kick a.

Form over function
I knew when I bought these that they were not a technical riding glove, but for a sunny afternoon cruise down the highway they are perfect. They do have some practical features however, and it is clear that they are a motorcycle glove. If I felt I would face any serious odds off taking a slide I would definitely wear something more substantial. For a leather glove, and fairly thick leather at that, they breath quite well and subsequently I would not recommend them for cooler weather. I bought these mainly because I bought the RSD Ronin jacket and really wanted to stay close to the same style and colour scheme. They work well for that, but you should know that the smoke colour jacket is a much lighter colour than the accent on the glove. All in all I am pleased with these gloves and they look and feel as though they will serve me well for the next few 1000 miles.
