Oxford Aqua 25R Backpack 4.4 5 13 13
Great bag with huge capacity. I took this backpack 8,500 miles to the Arctic Circle and It held up amazing. The main compartment is huge and never leaked, even though it rained every day. It easily fits all my off bike clothing for weekend trips. It is made of very durable fabric. I have strapped this to my bike and also worn it as intended as a backpack. The straps are large and comfortable. I removed the waist strap because I prefer not to wear it that way. This bag has many pros and a few minor cons. It is wide so I can see it when I turn my head when changing lanes. This isn't terrible but it is slightly annoying. Also, when I use it for commuting to work I wish it has a place for my computer. It is just one big compartment. Over all, this is a fantastic bag. it looks good, it works GREAT. I would absolutely by it again. August 31, 2015
Does what I need it too. Keeps my stuff dry. Fits my laptop and lunch for work plus any random thing I need to throw in. My only issue is that the fabric along the big zipper frays a bit and I have to trim it up every once in a while. August 10, 2015
Exactly what I got it for Before I got this bag I was using just a regular School backpack. It did the job but then I always worried about my stuff in the rain and rightfully so, it would soak through in no time. So I got this bag and on the first day I rode with it I packed a ton of stuff in it. I’m in college and use it to commute, but was headed home from a week with my folks. So I packed 1 weeks worth of clothes, a thick book (5x8x4), motorcycle cover, 2 pair of shoes, and a rack of ribs in the front pocket, along with a few other items all of with filled every inch of my usual duffle bag. With all of this in there I still got the full 2 roll water tight seal. I got coaught in the rain for nearly 45min on my ride back from my folks and when I finally got home I may have had a number of missed calls from a nervous mother but my phone was perfectly dry as was the rest of my stuff :) I find it is the best pack I could find for the $$$ and does its job very well. Pretty good, only minor complaints I commute year round in Seattle so I needed a waterproof bag for my things. This totally fits the bill. It keeps everything perfectly dry and has even more room than I thought it would. I'm able to get my revit tornado pants with liner, spare pair of shoes, some misc work items and have room to spare. I was hoping that the back would be more rigid so items in the bag wouldn't poke me while I'm riding. I have a back protector in my jacket so it's not really an issue. I did add some reflective tape, however, because it seems only the lettering is reflective and not the large grey patches to either side. I wanted a little more. April 3, 2015
High quality but small opening for gear With the design of the bag (roll-top), there isn't a whole lot of room to get gear inside. Just fitting in the rolled up waterproof liner to my jacket was difficult even though there is plenty of space actually inside the bag. I'd also like the option to completely remove the lower secondary set of straps instead of just repositioning it with the velcro patch. The one outer pocket does provide plenty of room for my first aid kit and tire repair kit. I haven't tested the waterproof nature yet, but based off feel and other reviews I'm not worried. For the size and money, I'd recommend it and would buy it again. March 11, 2015
Straight Forward This product is straight forward. If you're looking for a waterproof ruck sack, you can't go wrong. The strapping are secure, a but bulky at times. The bag is air proof, so once closed, air can't escape. Pro: water proof cheap looks decent secure strapping spacious comfortable Cons: Bulky Air gets trapped Wish: They include a one-way air valve/hole where air can escape if you push it out once you seal the bag, similar to what they do for coffee bags. No regrets on that purchase I had this bag for about 3 months now, and I have to admit I have nothing bad to say about it! :) It's large: I can fit my 15" laptop, its plug, a couple of notebooks, a pair of shoes, a pair of pants, a shirt, my jacket and pants waterproof layers, my lunch, and still have room for a few things. Oh, and the front pocket can hold another more than decent amount of volume. The bag is overall very comfortable and does not feel heavy on my shoulder. It also seems very sturdy and 100% waterproof. Reymund D: My motorcycle is my only mode of transportation and I wanted to be sure my luggage arrive safely. Living in Hawaii, it rarely rains but when it does, it sucks. Also, the weather here is a bit unpredictable as it could be sunny on one side of the island and pouring on the other side. I also carry a lot of stuff with me as I'm out and about with me and 25L seems big enough for me. Jan 21, 2014
A shopper asked: Hi there.
I am looking for a high visibility backpack to carry my laptop to work (and the water resistance of this model is a plus for me).
I have 2 questions:
1. How suitable is this backpack for carrying a 15.6' laptop?
2. Is there a buckle to attach the 2 shoulder straps together in front of your chest?

Chad W: I live on the road ten months of the year, I carry a 15 inch MacBook Pro in its own cover and protective sleeve. I have in the past carried two of them comfortably and would even go as far as to say a third one would easily fit, all in separate compartments as well. I'm a huge fan of the organizational and spacial capabilities of this bag. They thought of everything and it does have very nice elastic and woven nylon chest straps that are on a super adjustable vertical rail system with a center buckle. It is pretty much the most comfortable, durable, well organized and practical bag I've yet to find. I'll surely be using and recommending this bag until I find something better. Feb 10, 2014

Joshua G: I commute 35 miles to work in South Louisiana where the weather is rather unpredictable, so the same features were important to me. Particularly to answer your questions:
1) I carry a 17 in. laptop in my briefcase and manage to fit it (the computer, IN the briefcase) in this bag - it will be more than capable of handling your laptop and a number of other things at the same time.
2) Yes, there is an adjustable buckle at the waist and another at the chest. The one at the waist is attached via velcro to the bag, and so is height adjustable depending on preference (and also does not create a potential leak path).

This is a phenomenal large dry bag.

A shopper asked: How high does it sit... will the back of my helmet catch on the top of the bag. Or will I have full range of motion? Jun 28, 2014

James T: It sits about between my shoulder blades. I've never hit it with my helmet and I get in full tuck in several parts of my daily ride. Also, the cut and shape of the straps keeps it very secure. Much more so than my old Targa computer backpack. Jul 9, 2014

matt n asked: Are there any compartments such as laptop sleeve inside the bag?? Jun 28, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Kirby C: Matt,

No, there are no compartments inside. The design necessitates getting creative with securing a laptop. Until I can find a suitable laptop sleeve that provides protection, I jury rigged a piece of bubble wrap to serve as a protective sleeve and can fairly easily slide my laptop into and out of it.. It works for now but I am looking for a more permanent solution.

Hope this helps, good luck.

"" ": No, the inside is just one huge space. No sleeves or partitions. It did fit my 15" laptop though and I just cushioned it with my rain gear. Jun 28, 2014

Stephen M: There is only 1 compartment, and it's way too small for a laptop. You can fit a laptop inside, but not in the side zipper pocket. Jun 28, 2014

A shopper asked: Are there chest or waist straps? May 12, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Harlin T: Yes, Both.

The first set of straps buckle around the collar bone, and
The second set buckles around the solar plexus.

Note: This bag carries high. When you're wearing, the bottom of the bag will ride just above your lower back. It distributes weight very effectively.
