Oxford Aqua 25R Backpack
Great WP bag
I bought this for my commute to work. Laptop, note books (the paper ones), spare gloves, sweat shirt, etc. Nothing major, but it all fits with plenty of spare room.
It's not something you would take on a long trip if it's your main bag, but would work for day trips, etc. It has a basic roll-top, so you can vertically until that point.
I have ridden in rain multiple times and never and issue with leaking, either the outer pocket or the main compartment. I've been using it daily for a couple of months straight, so I would say it's fairly durable.

Overall a great commuting backpack
This backpack is comfortable and has nice padded straps so even when loaded up doesn't hurt your shoulders. I commute to school everyday with the backpack and then walk around campus all day with it on my back. Everyday I carry my computer, books, lunch, an umbrella, and an extra set of clothes with me. I live in Florida so it rains everyday and this backpack is watertight. I trust riding through the worst rain with my laptop in the bag. Also, it has a removable waist strap which i appreciate. Two complaints are that there are some plastic threads sticking out around the front zipper and that since it is made of plastic whatever you put inside it for the first two weeks or so will smell like plastic.

Best value by far! I love it!
In thorough shopping on the Revzilla website (love the videos), I came up with these requirements:
- Waterproof - If you take trips, you WILL get wet.
- At least 25 liters - Has enough room for all of my liners and gloves for rain and cold, plus a whole lot more.
- Visibility - Reflective for nighttime and white for daytime.
- Carrying handle - Easy to manage at food stops.
- Waist strip - Keeps the bag in place at high speeds.
- Mesh back pad - Puts ventilation between your back and the pack.
- Outside pouch for frequently accessed items.
This bag meets all of my requirements at a far better price than the others. It is GREAT!
(Because I have not had it long enough to judge the durability, I gave only 4 starts for that.)

Great bag with huge capacity.
I took this backpack 8,500 miles to the Arctic Circle and It held up amazing. The main compartment is huge and never leaked, even though it rained every day. It easily fits all my off bike clothing for weekend trips. It is made of very durable fabric.
I have strapped this to my bike and also worn it as intended as a backpack. The straps are large and comfortable. I removed the waist strap because I prefer not to wear it that way.
This bag has many pros and a few minor cons. It is wide so I can see it when I turn my head when changing lanes. This isn't terrible but it is slightly annoying. Also, when I use it for commuting to work I wish it has a place for my computer. It is just one big compartment.
Over all, this is a fantastic bag. it looks good, it works GREAT. I would absolutely by it again.

Does what I need it too.
Keeps my stuff dry.
Fits my laptop and lunch for work plus any random thing I need to throw in.
My only issue is that the fabric along the big zipper frays a bit and I have to trim it up every once in a while.

Exactly what I got it for
Before I got this bag I was using just a regular School backpack. It did the job but then I always worried about my stuff in the rain and rightfully so, it would soak through in no time. So I got this bag and on the first day I rode with it I packed a ton of stuff in it. I’m in college and use it to commute, but was headed home from a week with my folks. So I packed 1 weeks worth of clothes, a thick book (5x8x4), motorcycle cover, 2 pair of shoes, and a rack of ribs in the front pocket, along with a few other items all of with filled every inch of my usual duffle bag. With all of this in there I still got the full 2 roll water tight seal. I got coaught in the rain for nearly 45min on my ride back from my folks and when I finally got home I may have had a number of missed calls from a nervous mother but my phone was perfectly dry as was the rest of my stuff :) I find it is the best pack I could find for the $$$ and does its job very well.

Pretty good, only minor complaints
I commute year round in Seattle so I needed a waterproof bag for my things. This totally fits the bill. It keeps everything perfectly dry and has even more room than I thought it would. I'm able to get my revit tornado pants with liner, spare pair of shoes, some misc work items and have room to spare.
I was hoping that the back would be more rigid so items in the bag wouldn't poke me while I'm riding. I have a back protector in my jacket so it's not really an issue. I did add some reflective tape, however, because it seems only the lettering is reflective and not the large grey patches to either side. I wanted a little more.

High quality but small opening for gear
With the design of the bag (roll-top), there isn't a whole lot of room to get gear inside. Just fitting in the rolled up waterproof liner to my jacket was difficult even though there is plenty of space actually inside the bag. I'd also like the option to completely remove the lower secondary set of straps instead of just repositioning it with the velcro patch. The one outer pocket does provide plenty of room for my first aid kit and tire repair kit.
I haven't tested the waterproof nature yet, but based off feel and other reviews I'm not worried. For the size and money, I'd recommend it and would buy it again.
