Best thing at about $100 Excellent mesh pants for around the $100 mark. At full price they would be just ok. Protection is decent. Hip pads would be almost useless in a down. Standing on the pegs or sitting and weaving through traffic they are comfortable and flow a lot of air. So far so good on durability. These get used 2-6 times a day. Sometimes they get taken off and just tossed into a pile with my jacket and backpack on concrete. No wear so far. All the fabric on the exterior is nice and durable feeling. Lining fabric feels cheap and like it will shred into bits if you do something wrong with it. Being careful taking them off and putting them on without snagging them is ideal. Reflective piping all over is nice. VERY bright to other motorists. Long in the leg as designed. I fold the bottom few inches inwards and that works well. Might have them tailored eventually, but isn't a must. These with the matching jacket in the black (jacket with red stripe) matches my Dorsoduro well. September 28, 2015
Great fit for a larger person. These pants fit well over jeans and run true to size. The air flow is meh, but the pants will seemingly provide more than adequate protection should the need arise. September 28, 2015
awesome pants for the price These pants just completed a cross. Country trip and held up great. No failures in stiches or zippers. Worked great on really hot days. I added armor to the hips as the foam wouldnt do anything. Didn't crash test them but feel they would be adequate. Im actually thinking about getting a second pair in black as the grey really shows the dirt and bugs but that is too be expected. Just get a pair of these pants well worth it. September 28, 2015
Long legged people only These pants are well made but not for people with shorter inseams. The knee pads become shin pads. Pads are adjustable but don't come up high enough. Distance between waist and knee area too long. I had my pants hemmed but knee pads still useless. Removed them from pants because they hung around my shins. My inseam is 32". Pants might be Great for someone with longer legs. Prefer other brands I own that fit much better. September 21, 2015
Great summer pants Breathable summer pants with good airflow. Very comfortable. I'm 6'4", 270 lbs, 40" waist. I bought a size 42 Renegade pants and they fit fine over jeans with a spare inch in the waist - it would be nice if there were adjustment straps on the sides of the waist to pull the waist snug. Love that there are full zippers on each pant leg; makes them easy to put on and take off. September 19, 2015
Excellent Purchased this on sale, and love them so far. They fit perfectly over my shorts, and getting them on and off while wearing boots is easy thanks to the zippers that go all the way up the leg. They feel perfect on average San Diego summer days once you are at speed. September 8, 2015
Great protection for the price Matches my TourMaster riding jacket perfectly, however lacks the airflow - keeps me a bit warmer that I would like. Armor is easy to position and seems to stay in place well - while they are a bit long (as advertised), I do not feel the need to have them hemmed up - the adjustable closures around the ankles keep the pant where it should be September 7, 2015
Great quality and fit. I would recommend to anyone. I bought with a 40% off deal from Revzilla and so the value to me was exceptional. I also bought the vented jacket at the same time with the same deal. It pays to consider last year's model or style. This is my second pair of vented pants from Olympia, but first of the Renegade design. So, I can recommend them having been wearing the first pair for 3 years now. They are still comfortable and wearing well. Great quality, fit and price. An unbeatable combination. August 17, 2015

Edward H: Price and summer riding pants for commuting. Have Olympia jacket and love it. Jul 21, 2015
Michael B: I needed overpants. Fact. I found these on closeout. The matching jacket as well, so I bought both for about the price of just overpants normally. Very nice indeed! Not a hard decision, even if I am replacing my current mesh only jacket. The pants have a style I like, and the protection I hopefully never need. The reviews are good, and people I know use and trust Olympia as well. And as always, the video reviews at ZLA are just fantastic. I believe I done good. :) Hope that helps! Jul 19, 2015
Danh B: I needed overpants that would fit over my jeans & mx boot for a short commute in Southern California. Jul 14, 2015
Zach P: Overpants for commuting that won't make me too warm. Jul 14, 2015
Timothy S: I have an Olympia Jacket, which is a three season garment. The Texas Summers are brutal so I need an over-pant that provides flow through ventilation. I am hopeful this will work. My local dealer will only carry multi-season gear. I know Olympia builds quality into their product, so I am betting sight unseen this will work Jul 13, 2015
Wayne B: Looked like a decent pair of matching summer over pant for the money. Jul 12, 2015
Tim A: Great price for Olympia pants. I've always been pleased with the quality of Olympia gear. Jul 10, 2015
Honghao Z: On Sale, over average comments. Jul 8, 2015
Andrew H: They match the jacket I just bought! Plus I'm hoping mesh over pants will be perfect over a pair of shorts in the Atlanta summer heat! Thanks for having reviews on your website. Because of the reviews of these pants I decided to order 1 size larger than I normally would wear (reviews suggested a larger size stating that the pants can be snugged up but don't really stretch if they are too small). Jul 2, 2015
WILLIAM S: Looks like a great value for the sale price Jul 2, 2015
Barry K: I thought it is the best deal for the money Jun 1, 2015
Eric F: I have a 32" waist and 32" inseam. I went with a 34" waist which is also a 34" inseam on these pants. I had a local seamstress remove 2" of length, so they fit perfect when riding. High quality construction and materials at a fraction of the price charged by Klim and other big names. May 8, 2015

A shopper asked: Wondering about whether these will go over my dirt boots. At the calf top they're 51 cm in circumference. Alternatively if the leg material is fairly low bulk could they go under? (Sizing: my waist is around 36"). Dec 17, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Robert D J: I am probably not the best resource on this since I don't wear dirt boots, but I have plenty of room over my Cruiserworks combat style boots. I would not think that they would be comfortable tucked into the boot. I do like the pant. I wear them as an overpant for my commute to work in an office. I know this is not definitive, but hope it helps. Take care! Ride on. Jan 7, 2015

Robert C: I think that they will go over the boots. Will not go inside. Dec 30, 2014

Jacket Size Guidelines
We suggest you use these size charts as a general guide. Variables in weight distribution and height may alter the appropriate size range indicated. As a general rule Olympia Jackets are designed in America, with an "American" body in mind. As such, you will find that Olympia tend to fit more generously than European brands (such as REV'IT!, Dainese, Alpinestars and Spidi). If you are in between sizes, we recommend to you to err on the smaller side.

Pant Sizing Guidelines
Olympia pants fit true to size. If you intend on using them as over pants, please go one size up.

Inseam Lengths
Olympia pants are cut with generous inseams to accommodate various riding positions. Olympia EZ hem bottoms (can be hemmed up to six inches) and adjustable knee armor help riders achieve a custom fit
