Great look, some engineering problems
I wore this jacket less than a dozen times yet, so I can’t comment on long term durability. So in terms of initial impressions: the jacket looks great, and airflow is fantastic, I’m giving top score to this jacket on both. I regret not buying this or similar jacket years ago. This mesh cloth is really awesome. It gives me sense of security as I have a fully covered torso and arms and some armor in key places, but otherwise it’s totally transparent to the wind. Really great clothing for those 80+ days when one may be tempted to ride in t-shirt (do not!). I bought the gray/yellow colors and I think it looks like a $1000. I’m getting tons if compliments on the look, and the yellow reflective lines really stand out at night. The only reason I didn’t rate this jacket as 5/5 on protection is because by nature of the mesh design it can’t be as sturdy as denier 600 polyester. This a totally expected compromise. In terms of engineering I really liked the adjustable waist and torso. I have a somewhat tapered shape and it’s always a hassle to find top cloth that fits me without constraining the shoulders or hanging like a sail on the belly. This jacket has adjustable torso buttons that really helped me to “tune” it to my shape. So 5/5 on this feature. But I’m not a big fan of the Velcro strap at the bottom of the zipper that I have to close every time, I never had it on any of my prior jackets and I don’t understand the purpose of it. To me it’s just a hassle, extra move I have to make with no clear benefit. And the Velcros on the cuffs – they do the job, but I really wish they were may be an inch longer. Because they have cute rubberized ends it’s easy to pull them out, but my gauntlet gloves catch them too when I pull the gloves on. I would really like to see the Velcro longer and rubber ends smaller. But that’s a minor nuance.
My only one big real complain is the top (neck) Velcro. Absolutely disastrous design: unusable and abrasive. This is a simple strap of cloth with a Velcro on it, and another piece of Velcro on the INSIDE of the cuff, so you can either close the neck, or have it opened, and have the strap wrapped and attached to the inside position. Perhaps it’s my neck, may be something special about it, but I can’t close that Velcro, it suffocates me. And if I close it then the Velcro cuts into my neck like a sandpaper! So obvious solution is to wrap the strap inside. Which is what I did. But here is the catch: the outmost Velcro piece croses the middle of the bend line, so the strap obviously doesn’t want to fold. I finally managed it to stick to itself and stay that way, but it is such a bad design. The strap needs to be at least an inch or may be two longer to give a good quality hookup. And the Velcro piece on the strap should be positioned at the very end of the strap so it does not turn into saw cutting into your neck.
My conclusion: would I buy this jacket again: YES. I love how it looks, the air going through, and the fit, and I’m willing to either put up with or pay extra and get custom fixes for all it weird design shortcoming. Your fit may be different, and perhaps those Velcro issues wouldn’t bother you as much as me. So I would definitely recommend at least trying this jacket.

Love this jaket
Fit is great. Lot's of adjustability. Protection were i need it with lot's of durable venting to keep me cool. Stows away well with my matching pants in my saddlebag.

Short in the back
Good product, great style and very visible.I am 6 ft 3 inches with a 32 inch inseam weigh 200. So the fit is fine , but a very short back, so it rides up when you ride a sport bike, Ninja 14r for example. No matter how I adjust it rides up my back and I think a larger size would be to big in the waist and shoulders. Thats why I didnt send it back for a larger size. If you also bought their matching pants you could zipper it to the pants and woud be okay.

Jacket Size Guidelines
We suggest you use these size charts as a general guide. Variables in weight distribution and height may alter the appropriate size range indicated. As a general rule Olympia Jackets are designed in America, with an "American" body in mind. As such, you will find that Olympia tend to fit more generously then European brands (such as REV'IT!, Dainese, Alpinestars and Spidi). If you are in between sizes, we recommend to you to err on the smaller side.
Pant Sizing Guidelines
Olympia pants fit true to size. If you intend on using them as over pants, please go one size up.
Inseam Lengths
Olympia pants are cut with generous inseams to accommodate various riding positions. Olympia EZ hem bottoms (can be hemmed up to six inches) and adjustable knee armor help riders achieve a custom fit
