This jacket in the Toxic color is very bright fits fine and is very light but still offers protection can’t wait for the near 100f degree days with 100% humidity that are the norm here in the Panhandle area. The only way you could attract more attention would be to add flashing Yellow lights. I get a lot of wear out of the waterproof jacket liners that are standard with the Olympia jackets, my nearly three year old Olympia airglide has been worn for just short of 38,000 miles little faded, the color is a little worn and stained some sure but the zippers and Velcro are still holding up. Revzilla has great service, sets the standard for speedy delivery while keeping their pricing near the lowest found anywhere.

I love the neon yellow color. Very fiew jackets I saw offered this color and the high visibility is great. The lining removes easily which makes it a jacket I can wear all year round - and I live in the South.
The only negative is the cell phone pocket is way too small for smart phones like my iPhone.

We purchased both the men's & women's version to replace our Tourmaster Flex 2 jackets, with the sole intent of using them for summer riding in the South. We purchased the Olympia AST2's for cool weather riding.
After several years of wearing the Flex 2, we wanted to move up to a better jacket. We were looking for something lighter, with better abrasion resistance. I started comparing the materials in various jackets and decided the Cordura used in these jackets was a better choice, so we purchased them.
We both like that the jacket is lighter than the Flex 2, comparing both to full mesh configurartion with no other liners/shells. This is a big plus in the summer time, in the South, when we use to dread putting on the Flex 2 when it was 95+ degrees. No matter how big the mesh is on a jacket, it still can be hot in the summer.
It advertises as having an inside, waterproof liner. We would use this to block the wind, however we carry rain coats for when it raining. The liner may protect your clothes, but the outside of the jacket will still get soaked. We just prefer to use a rain jacket to keep as dry as possible.
We both like the jackets very well. The only two things I would change is make the inside pocket larger for those who carry a smart phone. Also, just for me, I would prefer about 2 inches longer, so it would go below my belt when sitting.
In regards to sizing, both of us wore the same size in Olympia as we did in Tourmaster and we have a couple of each brands now.
It's a good quality jacket and would recommend them.

I bought this jack in March and have worn it through the spring and summer and am now heading into fall. I've worn it on cold, 40 degree mornings, through pounding spring rains, and on hot, 90+ degree summer days, all on a naked dualsport bike. This jacket has performed as-promised in all those situations. With the wind/rain and thermal liners in, I was toasty warm on those 40 degree morning rides to work. I was equally warm and dry through heavy rain. As spring gave way to summer, the flexibility of removing the liners allowed me to tailor the jacket to the day's weather. With both liners out, I was plenty cool riding in-town on a 95 degree day with just a t-shirt underneath - this jacket does indeed flow a ton of air.
I bought the Neon Yellow version, which is a sharp-looking piece that does get people's attention. On an all black bike, wearing a black helmet, I wanted a jacket that would stand out and this one does. I also love that in addition to the elbow and shoulder armor, it came with a full CE rated back armor.
Really, the only quips I could make about this jacket are minor: the cell phone pocket is too small for the type of phones most people carry today. Smart phones like iPhones and droids will not fit. The only this I would change it the velcro tab for the collar. When folded in on my yellow jacket, it gets very dirty from the skin oils on my neck. If it was black neoprene like the inside of the collar it would be perfect.

The jacket does size small so be sure to get at least the next size larger. When wearing it at 90 plus temps - once moving - it is almost like wearing nothing. I am pretty sure they can see me from space too :). As for the layers, they are great. The rain/wind breaker alone extend the season limits all by itself. Overall - I am VERY pleased with the purchase.

Jacket Size Guidelines
We suggest you use these size charts as a general guide. Variables in weight distribution and height may alter the appropriate size range indicated. As a general rule Olympia Jackets are designed in America, with an "American" body in mind. As such, you will find that Olympia tend to fit more generously then European brands (such as REV'IT, Dainese, Alpinestars and Spidi). If you are in between sizes, we recommend to you to err on the smaller side.
Pant Sizing Guidelines Olympia pants fit true to size. If you intend on using them as overpants, please go one size up.
