They are very nice tires with good grip and increase of confidence. Not really sure about wet riding or tread life but didn't want to mess with the overall customer review. These also came with free Smith Optics sunglasses, great value.

I only have about 200 miles on these tires so far, but these are the best tires I've ever had. After the installation, I could not believe how much smoother the ride was on my 2007 ZX6R. On the first ride, I rode for about 40 miles and pulled over with another group of riders for 20 minutes. When we were about to leave, I felt my tires and they were still very warm! After 20 minutes! Although I don't have a lot of miles on them so far, the grip is unbelievable and confidence inspiring. I highly recommend these tires.

I have @ 500 miles on these tires. Previously I was running on Metzeler Z6 and now I can say that I am much confident in riding my bike; Good grip in wet condition and they perform excellent on NYC's roads. My cornering speed improved since I have this tires on...I already passed the corny no.5 lean indicator and now I'm going after the elephant(don’t laugh at my chicken strips, I'm waiting for the dry season to take down the elephant) :D
Also they warm up pretty fast; and hold up good while breaking hard (w ABS).
I'm really happy with my purchase.

I've put just about 600 miles on my 1125CR with the M5's. Excellent dry grip and positive feed back in the twist's. I have ridden this down to 49F temps one morning commute. Warm-up was quick and painless and grip was immediate through the small back roads near my house. I have not ridden them in wet conditions yet, but I am pretty confident they'll hold up well. I read a few reviews here and other websites including a few magazines. My father always used Metzeler on his Harley's so I followed suit. I have nothing to compare to though, my stock Pirelli tires were getting close to going. The lean angle indicator is a nice touch! I'll report back in 2000 miles or so.

Tires give plenty of grip in wet and dry conditions. Different tension zones give a huge increase in control and stability at all lean angles. Really allows a rider to focus on their line and throttle control. Huge upgrade from the stock dunlops on my CBR 1000.

I just got these, but have already put 1000 plus miles on them.
I must say what a great tire, first time going with Metzeler, and definitely will not be the last.
These tires warm up quickly, have great traction dry and wet. Lean in feels great, nice and neutral, yet very confident in everything you throw at these tires. Tread life so far seems to be holding up very well, with a little over 1000 miles on these tires it is hard to say what they will do, but they are not showing any sign of wear thus far.
Also the wet traction on these is great, I was caught in a big rain storm going home from work and while I got soaked I never felt like my tires were going to cause me any problems. They felt just as good as they do on the dry
Definitely recommend these tires. Will be buying them again when the time comes.

Additionally, all motorcycle tires are normally marked with three or four digit code on their sidewalls, which represent the date of manufacture (the first two digits are the week of the year, the last digit is the year of the decade it was manufacturered in).
Can you post thet too.

Answer:
Thank you for your suggestion. We are currently looking into how we can provide more technical information on tires. It's very difficult for us to post all the information found on the side of each tire, since many ship directly from manufacturer and that specific information is not provided for each tire in an automated format.
