Joe Rocket Speedmaster 2.0 Back Protector
pretty good product
I bought this with the intention of not having to wear my mesh or leather jacket in the hottest part of the summer, and still having some level of protection if I fall. im 5ft 9in I thought the large would suffice but its a tad bit too small for me. with the way the straps are at the shoulders it seems to ride up your body and not cover your tailbone/ lower back area. also if u think u are going to wear this under your jacket your wrong its a lil over an inch thick and even with my jackets back protector removed there is a very noticeable hump and a much tighter jacket.

Worth the Money for a piece of mind
I'm 5'11 I went with the large. It fits and the straps are adjustable but I have it fit to the smaller spectrum of what it covers. I would have been fine with a medium. Covers my whole back and is not uncomfortable or even noticeable when wearing my tracksuit. Makes putting the suit on a little more difficult but nothing you wouldn't expect with 2 straps on your shoulders.
I've been to the track twice so far (Thompson and Palmer). Luckily I have not had any incidents that required me testing this product. I gives me the extra piece of mind out on the track and makes me feel that much more comfortable.

I use this for my track days. Not as fancy as some other more expensive brands, but it seems that it provides adequate protection. It's comfortable under the suit and while riding you don't even know you have it on. Adjustable shoulder straps and waist makes it easy to fit your body type.

Cheapest insurance available. I hope I never need it but have piece of mind knowing that it's there if I do.

Good Back Protector
I cannot attest to it's protection and hope I never will be able to, but it seems sturdily built and is comfortable to wear. The shoulder straps are large, but the waist band is too small for anyone with a belly.Great price for what you get.

Great Function and Value
This is a great back protector, offering the higher class 2 CE protection in something that is comfortable, light weight, and a great price. I bought it for track use, but now use it every day. It is much more rigid that that I thought, but offers some protection against hyper-extension while allowing for a good range of motion while riding. Just be careful not to throw it around when tacking it off, protection is provided by the material crushing and is a one time thing. Treat it like your helmet and it will be fine.

comfortable, good value, restricts helmet in riding position
I purchased this for my first trackday. It fit under the leathers great- just as advertised. Comfortable, adjustable, good protection, but when I'm leaning down into the riding position I can't lift my head as high to look up, and so I'm not quite as low to the tank as I am without it. Maybe with some more adjustments I can get it to wear a little lower to correct the problem but I still consider it a good product for comfort and protection. You are only on the straight for a few seconds at a time so the flexibility in the turns is more important anyway. Also shipping was really fast and APO shipping is a plus.

Great value and good protection
This was one of the more inexpensive back protectors I looked at, but despite its lower price it still seems to be made of good quality. It is fairly light to wear and serves no discomfort when riding. It fits ok, as a female rider my options were limited however because this was one of the shorter length braces I tried it. At my petite stature of 5'5 it is a little on the long side for me and gives me a slight hunchback visually, Aside from that it seems to be a great brace, and a definite value item.
