Nice looking, Bad fitting
What can i say, bought this suit for looks and price, probably should have waited and got something else. I wear size 42 in 1pc suits and they fit perfectly so went with 42 in this as well. It kinda fits in some places but my complaints are the same as others, bulky suit, i cant even imagine wearing this on track because i cant even move right in this suit! Knee protectors are huge, didn't feel right trying to lean in corners-almost made me feel like i was going to crash because suit, really long, tight in weird places, lose in weird places and when wearing jacket by its self feels like its riding up your back. Maybe it well get better after broke in but as for now -pretty disappointed!

I bought this suit as a versatile track/street suit. Used the sizing chart and tried on a Joe Rocket one piece 6.0 to establish I was a size 42. It fits, but its rather large and bulky for my liking. Also, not the most flexible/comfortable thing to wear on the track.

A great entry level two-piece available in "big boy" sizes!
First and foremost, let me point out that I am a bigger guy. 6'2 / 275lb. I'm a tad round around the mid section, so finding gear that fits is utterly a nightmare. After some research I found Joe Rocket is sizes for the American audience, with larger sizes available. Great! I wanted a two-piece since I am primarily sport-touring, with an emphasis on sport. This was shown as a pre-order, and the other option was the Speedmaster 5.0 suit which had been out a while.
I measured, hee-hawed about which one to get, and finally chose this one the day it was actually available for order. I went with the 54 after much internal debate, and am glad I did. The pants do not like to be worn without the jacket zipped to them, which is fine enough as the zipper to affix them is large, study, and easy to use.
The leather feels good, with adequate thickness to stave off rash in a street down. The included armor is good, though the back armor feels a bit thin and you may want to upgrade to a CE or CE2 spec pad at some stage. If you plan to ride 150mph+ on the track every weekend, you may want to look towards a higher-end suit with thicker leather and better features. If you are primarily a street / canyon rider, this is a good option for an entry set of leathers that won't break the bank, but should keep your hide on you where it belongs.
The suit is has some venting on the jacket, though I'm not sure how well it would do past 80F. I rode in 55F weather today and wasn't too cold.. so that concerns me that it may not like warmer temps so much. Black leather can get hot? What a news flash!
Overall, for an entry level set, I feel it's a great value and a solid piece of gear. If you are a larger gentlemen like myself, this definitely fills the void for decent two-piece leathers without having to get anything custom made.
