sizing is not good
pants are a good durable quality. however fitment it terrible. i ordered the same size as my normal every day carpenter style jeans. the waste was correct but the legs and crotch area is extremely tight. the legs barely fit over boots. i was hoping that after a wash and some saddle time that they would loosen up. they didn't. i'm 5'9 195lbs. be careful of the sizing.

Tiny jeans for tiny people?
I ordered the same exact size I have in other jeans and when these arrived I could barely get my legs in. I am not sure how Joe Rocket arrives at the sizing but buyer beware - these run extremely small. The quality, thickness and style all seem to be great. But I will be returning these as the fit is made for someone with twigs for legs.

Great Fit Well Built perfect Motorcycle Jean
These fit relaxed and I ordered a short length and fit me perfectly being about a 30" inseam. Ordered D3O knee armor they fit in perfectly. The stretch panels by the thigh are perfect for the sport riding position. They are on the heavy side so walking around they are gonna drag down but on the bike you can't ask for more comfort. They provide decent protection and are well built.

Comfy and just right for my height.
Being a short person with a little extra around the waist, it is not always easy to find things that fit well. My Joe Rocket Accelerator riding jeans hit all the key areas well. The waist has the room and the give I need, the knees bend at the right location and the length works well with my riding boots. I would say forget my height challenges, if you have a 30 inch of less inseam these may the right fit riding jean for you. Side note: These are true riding jean with all the support and protection you would want. This protection adds weight, so be prepared to get use to the feel, these are not lightweight designers from the mall.

Good relaxed fit. Well sewn seams and easy to fit in knee armour.
Pleasantly surprised with the comfortable fit - a relaxed versus skin hugging style. Quality of the material appears to be higher than I expected at this price point. Was able to use knee armour from a pair of riding over pants I already own. Very pleased with this purchase.

Finally, "normal" fitting riding jeans...
I am a relatively tall/slim guy (6'1" and 180 lbs) and have found it very difficult to get a good fit from many different brands of riding jeans. I ordered a 32, which is the same size I wear in Levi's 505 or 514 jeans and they fit exactly the same. The only difference I notice is that the waist sits a bit higher - but they aren't grandpa pants by any stretch.
The denim is very thick and the construction is the quality you would expect for the price (and maybe even more). The finish of the Kevlar areas is well done and covered with cotton lining so it should be comfortable for all day rides. The front pockets are nice and deep too.
I have a set of Knox armor from a pair of Revit pants and it fits perfectly in the knee pockets.

Scott P:These run true to size. I normally wear a 32 waist in a pair of Levi's and the 32 Accelerators fit just fine. They have a bit higher waist than regular jeans but overall it is a straight fit. I am 6'1 and about 180 and the legs are close fitting but not tight at all. I can also easily get the pant legs over my Daytona Roadstar boots.Apr 1, 2015
Jim M:True to size means generally true to size - they are just a little tight. So, go larger if you are between sizes. Then again, you may not like the look if you do this as they're a bit baggy (to make room for the knee pads. Bottom line, generally true to size.Apr 23, 2015
Daniel J:I personally bought the ICON D30 kneepads. I haven't been in an accident with them, but when sitting or in riding position they fit over the knees well. When standing they seem to droop though.May 15, 2015
