Icon Citadel Jacket (Size XL Only)
Good sale price
A lot of features for the price. I wish the jacket had some sort of straps to keep the armor in place. I'm 5'9, small build, but the mediums fit is not too bad.

Great jacket, excellent fit.
The CS at Revzilla was awesome. I asked a question regarding this jacket in comparison to another one. The response was awesome from the perspective of product knowledge and practical/personal hands on riding experience. That response helped me make a choice with this jacket. I am 5'10" with a 48 chest and 34 waist, and large in the arms. This jacket fits me the best over most and is very well built. The only grip is in the elbow armor slides and shifts when putting it on and is a small annoyance when i have to readjust them each time. Its a small issue and i still would buy it again.

Well made, great features!
Recently crashed in a low-side, the gear held up incredibly well! Other than some rather superficial scarring, no tears or structural damage was discovered. I owe this jacket for saving me from a trip to the hospital.
Fit is accurate to the chart and recommendations of the video.
The jacket has a very wide collar. I'll admit it was a little uncomfortable at first but it grew on my very quickly and helps with the overall airflow of the jacket to not have a raised collar.
The soft D3O armor is comfortable and works great! It's not adjustable, but doesn't seem like it needs to be as it was a perfect fit for me and the elbow pads are long enough to cover a wide enough area that adjustment isn't really necessary.
The jacket has large panels of small gauge mesh and solid textile so the airflow isn't as good as a full mesh jacket. On very hot days a wicking base layer might be desirable, but for the average summer day it does just fine.
The vest liner is a good idea. It isn't as warm as a full liner, but is fast! No fishing the sleeves through or uncomfortable twists in the arms if you are in a hurry, just pull over, jacket off, liner on, jacket on, zip together, zip up, kick her down and clutch out!
With the liner installed I can run this jacket to the low 60s without getting too cold, and I can stretch it into the mid-high 50s but I get chilly and shiver on the interstate. Does best in the 70s through the low 90s, if you ask me. Late spring through early fall.
Pockets are good. Typical "hand warmer" pockets on front are adequate for wallet/phone/etc, there is a more secure internal chest pocket, and the vest liner has it's own pockets as well.
The one gripe I have is the cuffs. There are adjustments on the cuff but I don't think it's necessary at all. For one thing, I can't get the jacket off while I am wearing my gloves (Icon Justice) because the knuckle armor is too big. I can just barely get the jacket on over my gloves. If I could get the jacket on/off with my gloves on I would see the need for an adjustable cuff I could cinch down but as is I think it's unnecessary.
The attachment method between the jacket and matching pants isn't standard. It's a series of elastic loops with snaps that basically grab onto provided loops of the pants, it's simple but it works.
You know what else is simple and works? A zippered connection...
It's not like you couldn't add a zippered connection if you wanted to, a tailor could do it for relatively cheap or anyone confident with a machine could do it themselves, but it just seems cheap, which is odd considering the jacket/pants aren't exactly budget level in regards to cost.
Considering this, though, I have only used the attachment loops once and didn't notice a difference in the way the pants carried. I guess it's a method of suspenders in case the pants are baggy, but they fit me perfectly so I never had an issue here.
Great jacket, highly recommended, and on closeout has a great price! Get it while the getting is good!

Good jacket for warmer weather
The only complaint that i have with this jacket is the neck. The low cut neck does very little to protect your neck from debris coming up off the road. Also the tag on the zipper tends to flap around in the wind and hit your neck which doesn't feel all that great. I could get around the whole low cut neck thing but the one thing i wish they added on this jacket is some sort of Velcro tie down for the zipper to prevent it from moving around. Other than those minor things this is an excellent jacket. I live in south Texas so summer heat is brutal, but this jacket moves a lot of air through it.

A little bigger than expected
What sold me on this jacket was the style and D3O armor. However, the jacket is slightly bigger compared to the size chart provided. I am 6'1, 195 lbs. with a 42' chest. I ordered a large and it's a little loose around the chest and mid section, though the sleeve length is perfect. But what I hate most about the jacket is how loose the inner mesh is. Also the mesh pockets for the elbow pads are way to big, the D3O armor seems to float around way to much in my opinion.

Best Commuter jacket ever
Great item! Ideal for warm countries as Brazil...
It's inner mesh vest adds an extra confort for night rides while the outer liner offers great air flow during the warm hours.
Best buy for city use and commute.

Icon quality as expected
Great looking jacket. I ordered the Charcoal/HiViz in XL. The video is a bit outdated since the top of the sleeves are no longer HiViz, they are charcoal, which I think looks better. Keeping HiViz clean is a chore. I love the fact that the liner is a VEST, no more having to fish the sleeves in and play 'find the snaps'. I primarily chose this for warm weather riding.
I'm 6'2", 207 lbs with a 42" chest and long arms so I bought the XL to get the sleeve length. There is a LOT of room in the jacket, the armor did not quite sit right on my shoulders so I going to exchange it for a Large.
