I am overall very happy with the product. The built in shade is allows me to not have to try and fit my sunglasses between my head and the helmet. The flip up piece is a little stiff since it is new, but I am sure it will loosen up over time. Airflow is excellent, but it can be a little noisy at higher speeds.

Took my time and read a lot of reviews for helmets. I decided to go with the IS-MAX BT Raptor, I did not want something really outrageous on style and colors and this matched my bike perfectly. I was a little nervous about sizing, since I did not try one on first but it fits perfectly. It is a little noisy but I wear ear plugs anyway. Overall very happy with selection and you can't beat the price.

In searching for a helmet, I was limited because of size...I needed a 3XL! How delighted I was to find a great looking helmet with the features I wanted(the internal sun shield) that was also made in a big enough size for me! It is very comfortable. The only thing I wish it had is a quick release chin strap...not that big of a deal though, still a great helmet.

I usually have to modify new helmets to fit my 7 7/8 head, but this XXL is a perfect fit. It's relatively quiet for a modular helmet. The internal sunshield is a great feature, love these things. The helmet is well ventilated, when you can feel cold air coming in the vents you know it's going to work in the summer. I have 2 minor gripes - the sunshield is spring loaded and only has two detents, it should be friction controlled. And there is no wind curtain to keep the air from buffeting up your face. This can cause a cold chin. Minor issues, and these should not keep you from seriously considering this helmet. From placing the order to delivery (PA to CO) took 6 days, not bad at all, especially since shipping was free.
