Poor Held Customer Service

I bought this jacket from Revzilla in September. Used it first in November on a vacation ride. On day 2 the zipper pull on the front right pocket came off. Not a big deal, but the zipper was inoperable. I contacted Revzilla when I returned in early December and they put me in touch with Held USA. It is now almost three months later and I still have broken zipper. Held's answer has been to send me a DIY zipper repair kit. The first was the wrong size, I am waiting on the second DIY kit. I asked twice for Held to send me a new jacket and that hasn't happened. They insist on the DIY repair. In my view this is substandard service for a premium-priced product. Great gear, but horrible service.
