Answer: 
The Givi T463 Easy Range Tankbag comes standard as a magnetic mount for use with metal gas tanks. They do also offer a strap mount kit (Givi-t460b) as an additional option to mount to plastic covered tanks. Please contact cs at 877.792.9455 for product availability.

Answer: 
It's all there. It has one strap that loops through/around your triple clamp, or wherever, and two that tie it down to your frame, etc. It's very straightforward.
