Givi EA104 Easy Range Backpack
My Commuter Backpack
I mainly use the Givi Easy Range Backpack to commute to/from work. For the price, this is the best bag you can buy. I don't need to transport a laptop, so the fact that it doesn't have a laptop sleeve doesn't bother me at all. I keep a change of clothes for the office and haven't had any issues with it fitting a pair of shoes, pants, dress shirt, and tie in addition to a water bottle and my lunch.
The zippers and straps seem well made and the stitching is definitely quality work. The pack fits comfortably and the lumbar/waist straps are a plus. I was blown away at how the rain cover and helmet carrier are seamlessly integrated into the bag.
I only have two complaints. 1) It's hard to put on and take off the pack when I have my riding jacket on (ease of install, I guess?). The shoulder armor in my Dainese Paved textile jacket really limits how far I can swing my arm back. I don't know if that's just how the pack is, or if it's a unique situation with my jacket and the pack. Either way, it's not a deal-breaker. I just have to loosen the second shoulder strap all the way in order to get my arm through the strap. 2) I wish it had a smaller, easy-to-access compartment. I found the small zipper pocket on the waist support is too small to be of any use to me.

This backpack is great, I was originally looking at the OGIO Mach series, but ended up going with this one because it of the rain cover. Like one of the other reviewers mentions, it doesn't have a place to put a laptop in, sure you could probably get a sleeve and throw a 13 inch in there. Personally I probably wouldn't do it, but overall this backpack is great, comfy straps, chest buckle, inner 2 pockets, + it's expandable. I haven't used the helmet carrier pouch, but that will come in time. It looks like you are wearing a parachute since it sits very slim to your body. I can easily fit my work clothes, a bottle of water, an old sandwich, some beef jerky, and my 9mm. Overall great backpack, and I look forward to using it for years to come.

Great option for style, durability - but no laptops
This is a very good pack in terms of overall fit, finish, and durability. The rain cover is a great feature as well -- all motorcycle packs should have this!
I ended up returning this however because it's useless for carrying laptops -- there's no inner sleeve or suitable padding around the base. You could buy a separate laptop sleeve and make use of it, but there are better options IMO.
The expansion feature is also very well designed -- just a zipper on the bottom to get more capacity.
The pack is very streamlined and I imagine would be comfortable riding.

This is an excellent bag at a great price. The finish quiality is second to none. I like the "helmet storage" pouch.

This product seems well made
I was just looking for a pack to use when i commute to work. It carries a spare set of clothes, lunch, and coffee thermos very comfortably. It seems very well made and the zippers are impressive with their ease of use. I haven't tried the helmet holder yet. The pack seems to ride low enough on my back that I actually forget that it is there. The carrying handle is a nice feature. The two small pockets inside are convenient for a cell phone and i-pod. Only thing that would be more convenient would be an outside mug or water bottle holder. I would recommend this pack.
