Frogg Toggs Road Toad Rain Pant
Good Value Rain Wear
This will basically be a mirrored review that I put out there for the rain jacket.
I would say Frogg Toggs offers good value in rain wear. I’ve only used the jacket/pant set a couple of times but would say they did the job and performed as expected.
Something to note, for storage, you can fold this gear but I don’t think it necessarily compresses well or packs tight. If you’re looking for compact, you probably should consider looking toward another product.

For Sure keeps your Undies DRY
Best dry pants for that cost, they are not very fashionable but does its job properly.
I can see little wear and tear but i think it can survive one more rainy season.
ps - they do run a size large.

not a good rain gear product
I bought this product for my first long mile trip before I really thought I liked long distance riding.
cheap in price
great over layer to help on cold days to keep the wind out
easy to put on and take off
mostly water repellant
you will be soaked in actual rain (anything more than a sprinkle) especially in seat and ankles
a little bulky when packing
bottom line: spend a little more to get nylon or something more waterproof.

More breathable than a polyurethane suit, but nowhere near gore tex
Invest in gore tex or something more technical than this if you have the means or necessity. For my tour, I picked these up to go over my regular wear gear. They go over boots easily enough with ample length side zips, pack small (1 frogg togg stuff sack will accommodate top and bottom), and will breathe ok. They kept the water out which is the most important thing.

Overall a great product!
Great product but not for heavy rain while driving.

Didn't last 30 minutes
Bought these pants last year so that I'd be prepared on the few days that I get caught commuting in the rain in sunny Phoenix, AZ.
Today was that day. So I happily put the pants on and road 30 minutes to work in mild-moderate rain.
Got to work and was all wet in the crotch. Disappointing! Called Frogg Toggs and was told "these are fabric and not waterproof - only water repellant and not designed for sitting in pool of water for prolonged time". What? Really? Darn... in the trash they went... Don't waste your time or money on these for riding. They won't do you any good.

This Pants are a very cheap and a good solution.
Hi for someone who does not want to get wet this pants are the choice because they look pretty well and they are very well build and also cheap, but if you want a very nice piece of clothes this are not your solution neither your best choice, but for me they did the job i have them in my bike just in case i need it at any time, very veeeery light but they dont look much shock resistance so when you wear it you got to be carefull.
Also you should notice that this pants go over your clothes so they fit very baggy. I hope this review is helpfull for someone.

Can't complain for the price
5'10" 170lbs, medium fits great over my pants. Little baggy, but that's okay. They pack pretty small and are easy to toss into my bag in case they're needed. They fit over my boots pretty easily. They seem to allow air through, which could be good or bad. At first I thought they were leaking, but then realized I was dry, it was just cold from the rain.
They're a bit short, so they don't cover my boots and come up a bit when I'm riding. Wet socks are annoying, but something I can deal with. In heavy rain, they'll soak through in places where water can pool, like right behind the gas tank, which is an unfortunate place to get your pants wet.
They're a cheap pair of rain pants that are easier to pack than my massive waterproof overpants. They don't do a great job, but it's better than nothing. For the price, I'd recommend them.
