Great product, well made, right features
These keep the water out while still being breathable and comfortable. One tip - throw a plastic shopping bag over you boot before sliding your leg through, it could avoid tearing the material if any part of your boot gets caught or snagged on the inside of the pant.

Great for the price, no complaints
A simple over pant rain pant, great for the price. They have pockets slits, may see some leakage there in heavy rain, but for the price and ease of packing (through into saddlebags), recommended.

Passed the first test
So just like the matching jacket, the Road Toad Rain Pants performed admirably on the first ride. Despite moderate rain and wind, these pants kept me dry, even at highway speeds. They are a very generous fit, trust the sizing guide. I wear XL gear but the fit guide said large Frogg Toggs stuff was for me, and it is. I don't know how the long term wear will be, but if these hold up for at least a few seasons, and my first impressions are that they will, then I will definitely buy another set.

Did the job
Great protection for the price. They run a bit long, but I guess that's much better than being too short. Rode for 6 hours in the rain and didn't get wet at all.

priced right
The best thing I can say about these pants is that they don't cost much. Of course, you get what you pay for. The material is almost like wax coated paper... seems like they are disposable. The "reach thru" pockets on the sides close with a simple plastic snap... so it seems likely water will get in there. They also fit like a potato sack.
They are cheap... I throw them in my bags and if it rains I throw 'em on.... but if I know I'll be hitting rain I wear my high end pants with a water proof liner... which are pricey... so there you have it... the two extremes. If you are looking for cheap, emergency rain protection... these fit the bill. If you want to be completely dry and have a high quality product... look elsewhere.

Dry as can be
When these pants came in we had nothing but dry and sunny days forcasted for the next 10 days so I did the next best thing and put them on along with the matching high-viz jacket and had my wife spray me with the house.
I stayed perfectly dry and didn't overheat in the material is wonderful. It feels almost like paper but I get the impression it will hold up well and a buddy of mine with the same suit has had his for two seasons and it has seen plenty of wet and still looks good.
Two weeks later I had an opportunity to ride through a medium soak on the way home and my legs stayed perfectly dry and the breath-ability
I have been stalking the Frogg Togg suits for a while and they always seem to be out of stock in my size when I stumbled upon the fact that they sell the pants and jackets separately and I snapped them up.
I've been riding with a "rain" liner for my jacket tucked away nicely in my trunk for a while but every-time I use it, I get wet. It is usually the water running down the back of my neck and eventually soaking into me that way and I never really minded getting my pants wet until it happened on my way to work one day and I had a miserable day in the office because of it...

Frogg Togg Road Toad Rain Pants
These pants are just what I expected. Size runs pretty true to the label. Haven't needed to try them out yet ( it hardly ever rains in southern California). I bought them based on a recommendation from a fellow rider. They roll up with the jacket into a fairly small roll. Unfortunately, there was no bag to store them, as there is when buying them in a complete set.

It's basic raingear
For the price these aren't a bad value, though I've not had the occasion to use them, yet. They run very large in the legs. I ordered an XL to use them over other pants, and I looked like a clown. I'm 6", 200, btw.
The L's are better, but still are a little baggy and a little short in the leg. Overall, they pack fairly small and aren't bad for the price.
