Fly Paradigm Helmet - Solid Colors

What makes the perfect helmet? Is it safety? Comfort? Quiet? Light weight? FLY believes a helmet must have all of these. So they created the Paradigm helmet to meet D.O.T. and ECE 22/05, one of the world’s highest safety standards. Fly's high standards don’t stop on the exterior. Fly only use the highest quality materials for the interior that, while soft on your face, also offers excellent moisture wicking properties. Additionally, the interior was designed in coordination with the styro to create maximum airflow with minimum wind noise yet still allow you to hear the traffic around you. At around 3.5 lbs, the FLY Paradigm is a helmet that you can wear in comfort all day.

Features and Material Attributes:

  • D.O.T. and ECE - Meets and exceeds all the toughest world standards. Built to protect, built to last.
  • Easy open/close vents - Made to perform with your gloves on
  • Quick change anti-fog shield - Quickly swap out different shields from clear to tinted in a few minutes Optional tinted, mirrored, or colored shields are sold separately
  • Composite construction shell - Built with Fiberglass, Kevlar® and Carbon fiber
  • Dual density EPS liner - Designed to help reduce the shock of impact by creating a more progressive impact absorption
  • Flow through EPS and Comfort liner air system - EPS and comfort liner align to maximize airflow
  • "Comfort Liner" with Quick-Snap - Comfort liner removes easily for washing
  • Multi port air induction cooling system - 3 large adjustable open/close intake vents coupled with 6 exhaust vents circulate mass amounts of air to keep your head cool even in the hottest of conditions

Great helmet for the price The price was very reasonable, so I picked this up to have as an extra helmet if I ever needed one. Now I find myself wearing it more often than I thought I would. It's very comfortable, light weight, and has great visibility. Also, the airflow is very good. My only gripe so far would be that the shield no longer closes evenly. When I close it with one finger, the opposite side leaves a noticeable crack at the bottom. It's also a very small helmet, and the tip of my nose touches the nose guard. October 21, 2014
great style for less $$$ very good fit and cool design, very comfortable and looks like the $500 plus helmets on the market for a fraction of the cost. Built with kevlar and carbon fiber you cant go wrong. Some people say there noisy but what helmet isn't gonna be doing 75 MPH or more, I have wore the $500 plus helmets and they seem no different to me. surprised I was looking for a helmet that would reduce the noise level from my piprs. I was more than pleased with my purchase. Great price point. July 28, 2014
SON1C Synopsis Riding Gear Review I picked up this Fly Paradigm helmet because I liked the styling, price point, and finish on the helmet. It's not snell certified and as an auto xer this is a bit annoying -- I was told (not by Revzilla) that it was snell certified. That is one of my two gripes with the product, my second is the noise. The noise is not terrible but definitely room for improvement there. Solution to the noise? I simply ride with ear buds in and I love it. But enough about the Con's lets talk about the positives. . Helmet is light weight, great styling, awesome finish, I'm a fan of Fly and even their logo. Visor was a defect from the factory, I contacted Revzilla and they had me taken care of --- Revzilla is top notch and I only buy through them now, but don't just take my word for it! Place an order with them yourself. Weight - Light Fit - Slightly round Great bang for buck Great styling Top notch customer service from revzilla Thumbs up! August 28, 2013
Saweet I got this after buying a pair of FOX touring boots. I like them and they have been more than expected. I hadn't heard of the brand before this, so for the introduction. I have a lightbulbish shape head and am very hard to fit. It gets warm where I live so venting and comfort are a must, especially when spending multiple hours in the saddle. Comfortable from the box, venting, well, a little on the sparse side but I ride behind a windshield and fairing. this may sum up some of the quiet I get. Very quiet for a MC helmet. No problems with my glasses either, what a treat. Nice finish, great fit, good vision, and so far no complaints. I have had it since Spring and 5-6K of riding. Rain, hot, and not so hot, this one is a keeper. I wear ear plugs on every ride and also have a bluetooth device for intercom and music. Works great with them. August 10, 2013
Could be better I've had this helmet for a few months and I must say that though its not the worst, its not the best either. The helmet is comfortable, stylish, and not too overly expensive. At the time of purchase I spent $250(not at RevZilla). I thought that wasn't a bad price until I started really researching helmets and the features that come with. My issues with the helmet is that there is no locking feature for when the faceshield is closed. You have to push down on the top of the faceshield to ensure a proper seal or else there's a space for a good amount of air flow to get in. I've actually had a bug find its way thru it and fly around inside the helmet. Shortly after purchase, the nose insert began falling apart. My last gripe with the helmet is that it's pretty loud on the inside. Though I am not looking for a complete noise cancellation helmet, I do expect one that won't cause me to blow out my speakers to drown out the excessive noise. August 9, 2013
Stylish helmet for the buck! Nice helmet that forfills you expectations. Mine was just a bit to tight in the forehead but after some usage it now fits great. May 20, 2013
Supreme Value! Owned this helmet for about a year. It fits well (round) and is comfortable. The wind noise at speed is semi-loud at speed, but with earplugs its no big deal. Ventilation is adequate. The main selling point for me was the E.C.E. and Snell ratings at this price. Composite shell made from fiberglass and Kevlar and is safe, very durable and reassuring. Style of the helmet is slick, I added a mirrored face-shield, looks sharp! Removable liners are surprisingly high quality. Its as light as other much more expensive helmets. I would recommend this helmet. Bang for the buck!!! April 21, 2013

A shopper asked: the fly racing paradigm is the shell on size? but uses different thickness for the comfort liner and cheek pads? Sep 4, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jeremy V: Yes so get what size you normally order...I'm pretty certain they don't have different sized cheek pads available in this brand/model. It's a very light helmet, great for warmer weather but I wouldn't use it when it starts to get colder. Sep 5, 2014
