Fly Paradigm Helmet - Solid Colors

What makes the perfect helmet? Is it safety? Comfort? Quiet? Light weight? FLY believes a helmet must have all of these. So they created the Paradigm helmet to meet D.O.T. and ECE 22/05, one of the world’s highest safety standards. Fly's high standards don’t stop on the exterior. Fly only use the highest quality materials for the interior that, while soft on your face, also offers excellent moisture wicking properties. Additionally, the interior was designed in coordination with the styro to create maximum airflow with minimum wind noise yet still allow you to hear the traffic around you. At around 3.5 lbs, the FLY Paradigm is a helmet that you can wear in comfort all day.

Supreme Value! Owned this helmet for about a year. It fits well (round) and is comfortable. The wind noise at speed is semi-loud at speed, but with earplugs its no big deal. Ventilation is adequate. The main selling point for me was the E.C.E. and Snell ratings at this price. Composite shell made from fiberglass and Kevlar and is safe, very durable and reassuring. Style of the helmet is slick, I added a mirrored face-shield, looks sharp! Removable liners are surprisingly high quality. Its as light as other much more expensive helmets. I would recommend this helmet. Bang for the buck!!! April 21, 2013
Good product for the price. This is a good all around helmet. I installed wireless intercom in the helmet which worked out ok. All the vents were ok. The wind shield could be a little tighter. Otherwise a nice helmet for the price. December 31, 2012
Great value for the money I have had the Matte Black version of this helmet for several months, and overall am pleased. This helmet fit me true to size and is quite comfortable. The airflow through the helmet is great, and I haven't had any issues with excessive heat, even in the Florida sun. There are a few things I dislike. The helmet is fairly noisy, and when I ride on the highway, earplugs or headphones are a must. The chin curtain started to fray after several weeks of use. This helmet doesn't like to be turned sideways for lane checks at high speed. Overall I am happy with the purchase. That being said, I will be purchasing a higher end helmet soon, and using this as my backup/passenger helmet. October 20, 2012
I love my helmet! I have had my helmet for about five months. I have installed a U-Clear headset inside. At regular highway speed it works rather well. But anything over 60 the wind noise is a bit loud. Not a big deal for me, but might be for some. It should also be said that the style and comfort of this helmet are second to none. The padding inside the helmet is as nice to look at as the outside. And I love the look of my helmet! I have a great shield selection at an even better price. I get several compliments on my helmet. If you don't have a ton to invest in a top of the line helmet, this is the way to go!!! August 27, 2012

Good Helmet I like the look of the helmet and it fits fine. However, it is definitely designed for 3/4 / tuck riding position. When riding tucked it isn't too loud, but when sitting in a more upright position moving at highway speed, there is a ton of airflow even with the vents closed. This also makes the helmet quite loud at highway speeds. This will be an excellent helmet in hot weather, but probably a little chilly in cool weather. The original face shield I received with this helmet only lasted a couple days before a film started bubbling on the face shield. It looked like little drips of water, but did not easily wipe off. I also noticed it started fogging up quite a bit after it started bubbling. I notified revzilla and I quickly received a replacement face shield. So far the replacement face shield is working just fine - no bubbling and anti-fog is working great. October 17, 2011

The tint on the shield is a slight brown smoke tint very slits, not sure if you can buy extra shields I would think so
