Dainese Women's Racing Leather Jacket

An aggressive, sporty look and unmistakably Dainese’s style join together in this cow leather jacket with a strong personality. A G type back protector can be integrated in the Racing Jacket for additional protection. Comfort, ergonomics, and practicality are ensured by elasticated inserts on the neck, sleeves and sides, and the jacket-pants fastening zipper. Air inlets on the sides and chest permit ideal inner temperature control.

This jacket has great airflow. I prefer a leaner fit at the waist/hips. Dainese makes women's jackets wider at the bottom which I don't like but great for women with more curves. April 22, 2013
My wife loves this jacket I purchased this jacket for my wife when she couldn't find anything that was higher quality, while still retaining all the safety/comfort features of my RS Taichi leather. Well, this jacket went above and beyond! She absolutely loves it. She loves the fit, the safety, and especially the styling, February 11, 2013
Chic! Great look, quality and protection! I also love the platinum shoulder protectors. I am 5.2", 110 lbs, I bought size 42 and happy with the look but I think size 40 would have been a better fit. But, it could have had easy-access internal pockets rather than a regular pocket. It is impossible to reach anything inside the internal pocket when you are fully geared up. Also, removable liner would be a perfect addition. August 22, 2012
LOVE THIS JACKET! For all you ladies out there who don't want to buy a jacket with all the extra bling on it... this is the perfect jacket to get! I am so glad I waiting until this jacket was in stock, it fits a little large but that can be easily adjusted with the straps on the sides. This jacket is beautifully tailored to hug your curves and make you look fantastic while wearing it. The armor in the elbows, shoulders and back don't hinder the airflow or the fit of the jacket whatsoever! It's a tad pricey, but worth every penny in my books :) June 24, 2012
Everything I hoped for... I waited and waited for this jacket to finally come in stock (in black)...and I'm glad that I did. It's absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. I'm 6'1" and about 190 lbs... was worried that the sleeves wouldn't be long enough for me. I bought the 52... and it fits very well. I ride a Ducati Monster now, so my arms are stretched out a bit more.. the sleeves are long enough (and I have very long arms) but just barely. It's a very sexy jacket... looks and feels great with the Gtype back protector too. June 18, 2012
This product has great protection and sexy features Bought the white in a 42 and it fits tight, which makes it sexy and safe. The kevlar padding is excellent and the jacket stretches slightly when it gets warm. I love this jacket June 18, 2012

Answer: 
Neither the Pony Leather Pants nor the Spartan 66 Leather Pants has exactly the same leather as the Racing Leather Jacket, but either will look fine with it. They're both the same leather, but the Pony has better armor than the Spartan, so it's really dependent on the type of riding you expect to do with them. Please give one of our Gear Geeks a call at 877.792.9455 and they can more thoroughly discuss the benefits of each.

The Dainese Women's Racing Leather Jacket has an attachment zipper and is able to be paired with the Dainese Women's Spartan 66 Leather Pants and the Dainese Women's SF Leather Pants.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
