Almost perfect
Bought these in a 2X to replace the cheek pads in my medium Bell helmet because the stock pads pushed in too much on my cheeks. They fit almost perfect, snapped right in. Very comfortable. Shipping was insanely fast, Revzilla has made a lifelong customer out of me.

helped quiet my Bell
When I bought my Bell RS1, I bought at a store where I could try it on. I bought a large, even though a medium fit, because it was more comfortable, and the med. felt too snug. In retrospect, large was too loud because there were gaps in the padding. Purchasing these $20 replacement pads in the med size, I was able to change my helmet size back to a med, literally! Bell uses the same shell for both. Check the charts and tune your fit.

Good price and function
With a head circumference of 56.5 cm I am between a small and medium RS-1 Bell. I went with the medium and ordered the 5mm thicker cheekpads. Snapped in no problem and now I have a great fitting helmet.

Just what I needed!
Was having trouble finding a helmet that would fit me in the jaw/cheek area and was getting nervous I would have to order smaller cheek pads. So I went with the helmet I was eyeing for a while and got these cheek pads and I can tell you that they made the helmet fit like a glove. They were just what I needed to fix my problem!

Hello I purchased a RS1, medium size a month ago and it fits me nice and snug, a little too snug, not intolerable but I wish it could fit me a little less snug, I thought it was going to break in more and not fit so snug but after a month it still fits like new, I should have ordered a large, that would of been perfect. The helmet itself is great, highly recommended.
Anyways my question is, would replacing the cheekpads from a smaller helmet size make my helmet fit better?? or less snug on the cheeks??

I had the same problem with my new Revolver. I contacted the manufacturer and they got me a narrower set of pads. I have a medium helment and had to ask a lot of questions before I got them to send me a narrrower set from the the large helmet. I don't know why they don't list all pads for all helmet sizes, but they didn't. I found them to be helpful and nice. I additionally modified the pads by cutting through the plastic on the back and pulling out some foam so my glasses would slid in. If you don't like what you have, experiment.1 year, 4 months ago

It's a little counterintuitive, but makes sense if you think of it. A larger pad (in mm) is thicker, and therefore MORE snug. Bell's charts show the stock pad sizes and they confirm this. So buy thinner pads to give you more room. And watch the charts for which sizes share the same shells, in order to understand how the intermediate pad sizes could get you that perfect fit in between. A tight helmet will usually break in to fit comfortably, in a fews weeks of daily use (street)Age: 35-44

Bell sells cheekpads that are 5mm thinner than what comes standard in the RS-1. So you pick up 1cm in additional room cheek to cheek. At $15 for a pair you can't go wrong.7 months ago

If the helmet is very snug on the crown of your head (the top) then new cheek pads would not do much. But if the helmet feels tight on the face then new cheek pads will help a lot. Try taking your cheek pads out and put the helmet on, if it is still very snug on the top then you might of needed to go up one size. If it feels fine then new cheek pads should fix your problem.Age: 18-24
