Bell Arrow Air Raid Helmet
Pretty great. Can't be beat for the price.
Leave it to Bell to make a great product at the bottom of the price range.

Good Passenger Helmet
I bought this helmet for my wife. I have a Bell RS-1 for myself, so I wanted to stay in the Bell family. The Arrow is definitely an entry level helmet. It is very basic. I find that it fits a little on the large side when compared to my RS-1. My RS-1 is a small, and the Arrow that I bought is an extra small and it still feels bigger than the small RS-1.
It's a good deal for the price. Decent protection for a good price. I definitely wouldn't choose it for my every day helmet, but it is good to have on hand for passengers.

Great first / passenger helmet
I basically got this helmet because it was my first and I didn't want to spend a lot of money without knowing what I needed. To get the real flow of air in this thing your really need to tilt that head down. I find that every time I stop, no matter the weather, I have to raise the sheild or it fogs up something horrid. The fit was great for about two weeks but now it's kinda of loose, I chalk it up to just wearing it. I think a small might have been a bit too tight. As for durable, the top peice that controls the top vents, snapped off after it brushed up against my jeans. The shield nicks up way to easy in my opinion but this is why I got a $100 helmet in the first place.
I now know that the next helmet I get needs better flow for upright seated riding, and that I need some kind of tint in the sheild. Hope this helps anyone looking into this helmet. Happy riding.

I am very satisfied with this product
Initially, when I looked at the price, I thought to myself, "There is no way a helmet for this price can be of good quality." When it arrived, I swallowed my own words. I ordered the helmet because although I love the feel of helmetless riding, I am much to young to die due to lack of protection. However, I wanted the helmet to be stylish. I ride a '97 Harley Sportster XL883, and the helmet is sporty and sleek and matches my bike perfectly. The air vents at the mouth and on the crown of the helmet provide plentiful air flow throughout, keeping my head cool even when it's 94 degrees fahrenheit with 80% humidity. The vision is wide enough for me to ride safely, although at times my peripheral vision is impaired when trying to look behind me. The helmet itself is light; I don't recall the advertised weight, but my neck never gets tired on long trips. I've never had an accident, so I do not know from experience what level of protection the helmet provides, but just from the feel of it, and especially for how light it is, it is very sturdy. The sound of my loud Harley is still loud when I wear it, but I can hear myself well, and my ears are never ringing from the wind/sound of my exhaust like they do when I ride without a helmet. Not to mention, I have gotten MANY compliments on this helmet. One person even asked why I went out and bought a 400 dollar helmet, when in actuality, I had spent only one hundred! Pro and Con-wise, here is how I'd go;
Maybe a little bit more peripheral vision would be much nicer
Quiet/Sound canceling--- this is listed as a pro, because of the great job it does of canceling out the wind sound and the sound of my exhaust, but it also makes it nearly impossible to hear people talking to me, or for people to hear me when I talk.
This helmet is one of the greater things I've bought so far, and I definitely recommend it.

This is a good helmet and like my Speed and Strength Helmet this one is very similar. The only thing that I noticed differently was 1, it had d rings and not speed strap. 2, the biggest thing, was that where your ears are when the helmet is on, it feels like there being bent inwards and I have to wiggle my head and finger in there to fix it. Other than that this is a good helmet.
