Arai Signet-Q Helmet - Solid Videos

Arai Signet-Q Helmet - Solid Colors

The Signet-Q takes all the favorite features of the RX-Q and create a whole new series based on all the successes. On the outside, the Arai Signet-Q Helmet looks very similar to it's namesake, the RX-Q, but on the inside you can see and feel the difference. A longer shell shape on the Arai Signet-Q Helmet gives 5mm more space front to back allowing for a larger number of heads to fit comfortably. The shape of the Arai Signet-Q Helmet releases forehead pressures and eliminate hot spots for a more comfortable fit every time.  This shape works best for riders with a long oval headshape.

Additional Features of the Arai Signet-Q Helmet

  • Both the top vent set and side exhaust cowls are direct carryovers from the RX-Q
  • Brow vent ducting redirects to flow air across the temples
  • DDL-4 exhaust vent to the 10mm wider eye port (5mm on each side)
  • Long Oval Fit
  • SAI "MAX-Vision Brow Vent" shield
  • Clear Pinlock Max-Vision Brow Vent Pinlock lens included
  • Elongated shell adds 5mm from front to back
  • Long-Oval shape helps prevent “Hot-Spot”
  • Multi-Density Single piece EPS liner
  • Removable, replaceable, washable interior
  • Dry-Cool Surface material for rapid displacement of heat and moisture away from your head and into the ventilation airflow for added comfort while riding and a quick dry between rides
  • 5mm peel-away temple pads adds another level of customization, giving the helmet interior a little extra width when needed
  • Enhanced for customizable micro fitment interior without the need to purchase extra interior components
  • New FCS (Facial Contour Support) cheek pad design
  • Innovative and exclusive spring support adds just the right amount of pressure when needed while being worn
  • Meets or exceeds Snell and D.O.T. standards

Arai Signet-Q Helmet - Solid 4.8 5 226 226
Good, but with small complaints I have not had the helmet long, but have noticed a few things right off the bat. First of all, the helmet fits great. I used to wear a Scorpion EXO700, which would put pressure on the front of my head that would lead to a headache after a while. The Signet fits my head perfectly. I do have a couple complaints. First of all, right out of the box I noticed that the "Arai" decal on the front of the helmet is slightly crooked. Only slightly, but noticeable. A small nit, but for as much money as I paid for it, I expect little things like that to be perfect. Secondly, and more importantly, is the neck strap. It is not completely covered by soft material, so a good portion of the rough strap rubs against my neck and is very uncomfortable. My Scorpion helmet strap was perfect...covered nicely with soft material, and never caused me a moment of discomfort. With the Arai, I am going to have to figure out a good way to cover the chin strap because it would be unbearable on a long ride. Overall, I like the helmet, but the chin/neck strap issue needs to be fixed. October 18, 2014
Only brand that fits well This is the second one of these helmets I've purchased. I have a long head front to back, and the extra length of this helmet is the only thing out there that I can wear without creating pressure points on the top of my forehead. Changing out visors is a bit trickier than other brands, and it is one of the more expensive helmets out there, but worth it for the fit. Would definitely recommend this product if you've been having problems with a pressure point on the forehead. September 23, 2014
Perfect for riders with narrow heads The Arai Signet-Q is a great helmet if you have helmets that are always rubbing on your forehead making uncomfortable hot spots. The shape of this helmet will allow you to wear the proper helmet size and be comfortable. Pros: Long/Narrow design as promised. Double layered face shield to keep from fogging. Lots of airflow when all the vents are open. Padding removes easily for cleaning and adjusting. Snell 2015 rated. Cons: The slider pucks at the top of the face shield, although small, are annoying and don't allow for a full field of vision. It might seem like a nit pick, but it bugs me. September 22, 2014
Intermediate Oval Goodness Having worn many helmets throughout my time riding I can say I've worn many an ill fitting helmets. Some manufactures require me to wear a large or extra large. The Signet-Q is the first helmet to ever fit like a glove and has freed me from pressure headaches. The ventilation on this helmet is very flexible and on a hot day, with all the vents open, the helmet wicks away and evaporates sweat to keep me nice and cool. The anti-fog pin-lock system is superb for cold weather / early morning riding. (I did get a second silver mirror visor and that has only made this helmet better.) If it's really cold outside or raining the vents can be adjusted to find that right balance of airflow for maximum comfort. Others have reviewed this better than I ever could but the shape of this helmet is perfect for you intermediate oval shaped people out there. Can't stress that enough. September 22, 2014
Top of the line, but... The Arai Signet-Q is the best of the best for the long oval head crowd, as long as your long oval head doesn't have too tall a crown as well. I found the interior shape was perfect for my very pronounced long oval head, but the Signet-Q felt like it was sitting on my head. it just didn't have enough depth in the crown to come down on my head and settle; and my chin was wagging under the chin bar, even with the helmet tilted forward as much as possible. I got an Icon Airmada instead, problem solved; same large size, nearly the same long oval shape, almost as nicely made... returned the Arai, easy returns, thanks Revzilla! September 15, 2014
Superb fit and quality Strapping this hemet on is a pleasure. It is so comfortable and fits my long oval head so well, sometimes I kind of forget I have it on. It is quiet and does not create any headache or hotspots at all. Since I was a kid I guess I always had a poorly fitted helmet or was using one that was too big. After spending time and researching this product line and trying a few on, I quickly found that nothing compared. The look, comfort and fit is so spot on for me I cannot say enough. Thanks for delivering in such a timely fashion and to the help I received over the phone for other "options" After I tried the Signet Q helmet on, there were NO other options.. October 28, 2014
Comfortable, quiet & scoops air. What could be better??? This is an expensive helmet. What do you get for those extra dollars? Build quality! This thing is a solid lid with nice hardware. Comfort! The liner is tunable and made of quality material. The visor is nice and wide and absolutely no defect or waviness in the face shield. Air-flow! This thing shoves air in your face and circulates it all around your noggin. There are other helmets that vent well but this lid does it at all speeds. I even get a breeze when stopped. When I first wore it I reached to pull the visor down when ridding down my neighborhood street at 10mph because I thought it was up due to the air-flow. Yes, it's that good. Quiet! Not stealth mode movie effect quiet but quieter than any of my previous helmets. You hear slight wind noise but it doesn't overpower other sounds as my other helmets did. Warranty! 5 years. Enough said. If you are in the helmet hunt this one should be at the top of your list. I've tried them on in store before and been tempted but have always gone with a cheaper helmet. I'm glad I didn't this time as I could tell within the first mile that this was a keeper!!! Previous helmets: Nolan, Bell, Bilt & Icon September 13, 2014
It's an Arai and the fit and quality are the best. Pros- The fit is exactly as advertised and extremely comfortable. There are no hot spots with this helmet. Cons- The wind noise is quite high with the shield down; something I didn't expect with this helmet. I ride with polarized sunglasses and the face shield puts the glare back for some reason. Finally, the fog shield doesn't seem to work for me so I removed it and ride without it; it didn't work well with glasses adding glare from headlights. October 27, 2014

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Peter N: Fits me better than any other helmet. I'm L in every other helmet, pretty much XL in Schubert. Signet Q size M fits like it's been painted on. Oct 17, 2014
Michael L: I decided that the additional attention to detail, and the features, of the Aria will serve me better over the coming years than would any of the less expensive helmets I've checked out. Oct 9, 2014
S P: A longer oval shape is what i've been waiting for to replace my Quantum 2, which I had to buy in a large because it's so round. Now, I'm into my proper size (medium) with a lid that feels keyed-on to my head. Not to mention the improvements in air-flow, shield mechanics and removable everything. Oct 5, 2014
Tom S: I'm one of those men with oblong shaped head otherwise known as a long oval. With regularly shaped helmets I experienced "hot spots" (pressure) on both my forehead and the rear of my head but mostly on my forehead which caused headaches after a while of riding.

I chose the Aria not only for the fit (which fit perfectly) but also because it has a reputation as a top-notch helmet. I wasn't mistaken...great helmet.
Sep 9, 2014
Beth M: I tried one on at the Philly store and it was a perfect fit for my head. I was told I had a narrow head shape and this was the helmet for me. I tried this one on and another style on to see the difference. With the other helmet there was immense pressure on my forehead. The Signet Q fit perfectly. I love the venting options and changeable visor inserts also. Sep 4, 2014
Andrew M: Oval fit. Reputation of company Sep 3, 2014
Bruce B: This is my 3rd Arai Helmet. Nothing else comes close to the quality and fit for me... I have a long / oval head, and Arai is the only company that I know of that has a helmet that fits me as well. Arai helmets are so solid, compare any other helmet in person, side by side and you can feel and see the difference. Aug 14, 2014
John R: The only helmet that fits my long narrow head. Aug 2, 2014
Kim S: For the fitment on my head. Love the helmet. Jul 25, 2014
Philip G: a friend told me of this helmet, he likes his. And also, to use Revzilla Jul 19, 2014
Domingo W: Its all about reputation, fit, and style. Pretty simple. Jul 10, 2014
Michael P: To fit my OVAL head! Jul 2, 2014
L M: Similar to my 2006 Quantum II that I really like and obviously need to replace. Jun 28, 2014
Fred B: Because it FITS! Jun 23, 2014
Gregory H: I have the long oval shape head. My old helmet was an Arai Profile with a very comfortable fit. I wanted a modular helmet but no manufacturers give me a comfortable fit in this type of helmet. (I tried a Nolan N104; didn't work.) Jun 21, 2014
Travis R: because of the shape and fit of the helmet. Jun 18, 2014
Glen J: "Arai fits my head better than any other helmet I have tried. Had the factory reps at Americade for most of the other majors give up and tell me that I could not use their helmet. The Arai is perfect." Jun 16, 2014
Curtis C: I have a long narrow head. Additionally, I have previously owned an Arai helmet and it was great. Jun 13, 2014
Piper C: Great fit, very comfortable. Jun 9, 2014
Roy R: needed full face helmet for winter riding and always choose Arai. Signet Q fits my big head very well. Jun 3, 2014
Mikel H: I have a long oval head and this is one of the only helmets that actually fits my head correctly. Jun 3, 2014
Robert T: After reviewing the online videos I learned this was the helmet that meets my needs. May 29, 2014
Albert M: I have a 7 5/8" long long oval head. I got a 2nd hand Arai Corsair RX7 helmet 2 yrs and 40,000 miles ago. It was the first helmet in my 48 yrs of motorcycling that was actually comfortable. The venting truly worked. Something that is very important to those of us that have retired to Arizona.
At the motorcycle expo held in Phoenix a couple of months ago I tried on an Aria Siqnet Q in XL. The fit is even better and the venting is reported to be even better.
May 21, 2014
W Dow B: A friend recommended this helmet as superior in quality & function, revzilla video confirmed this. May 15, 2014
Doug P: Good Fit. May 13, 2014
Ronald D: I am replacing my Arai Signet-Q Helmet that did it's job in a recent crash. May 4, 2014
Thomas A: I started riding with a Signet GT, replaced it with a Lazer Kestel that never fit quite right, and now I'm back to Arai long-oval. If you have this head shape, there's no need to look anywhere else, the Signet is the only helmet that fits perfectly. May 2, 2014
ELROY O: I have owned other Arai helmets. I wanted one that matched my new bike. Apr 15, 2014
Guy R: Great quality. Excellent guidance from Anthony and the RevZilla team! Apr 4, 2014
Trevor M: Fits my football shaped head perfect Apr 3, 2014
Kevin M: Great fitting helmet if you're a long oval. Mar 20, 2014
Schuyler P: Good info with vids. On sizing!....thank you Mar 15, 2014
Timothy C: The shape/fit of this helmet suites me best and the safety features of the helmet/ Mar 2, 2014
Christopher R: I've worn the Arai Profile for several years. For my long oval head, it fits almost perfect. Well built, not too heavy, and fairly quiet.
The Signet Q is the successor to the Profile, so I hope it's an improvement on an already great helmet.
Feb 17, 2014
James G: I needed a better fitting helmet for my narrow shaped head. Reputation, quality and functionality. Jan 27, 2014
Jimmie C: This product is fits my head shape.
I like the quality and the style.
Jan 11, 2014
Jon D: This helmet offered a better fit option for my head shape. It proved to be true. It fits great. Other mfr's didn't offer the same option. Jan 5, 2014
Marvin O: Safety/comfort Dec 31, 2013
Juan T: It is the only helmet that fits my head, perfect for those long oval head shape out there Sep 18, 2013
Pamela T: no choice. Every other helmet hurts my forehead within the first 5 minutes of trying it on. I am HOPING this will fit my extremely long oval and tiny head. It didn't fit after all. It was too wide on the sides. I wish they made these in xxs. Sep 17, 2013
clinton h: elongated head. Sep 14, 2013
J I: Quality, safety, long oval design, close to color match for my 2012 diamond white Gold Wing. Sep 8, 2013
Tom B: Long oval Head shape(Lucky Me). Adjustable sizing due to your optional thickness head liners and cheek Pads. Well known through out the Racing community as one of the best helmets you can buy. Not cheap but still as good ,if not better, than more expensive helmets. My dad, who taught me to ride when I was 8, always said, " if you got a $50 head, put a $50 helmet on it." I knew what he meant. Aug 25, 2013
Kemar S: I got these helmets because the cheap helmet I had was noise while I ride. A good friend of my told me that when choosing a helmet I should should pay for an helmet I can afford and how much I think my head is worth. since I got this helmet I fell in love with it. much quitter compare to my last. Really light weight and near. Not to bulky like some other helmet I have look at. I would recommend this to someone else. Aug 21, 2013
Henrick V: best fit and best protection for my head. Aug 19, 2013
Craig T: From reviews and Revzilla video description this helmet will fit my head shape. I hope it fits. If it does then worth the cost because it's not an enjoyable nor safe ride when distracted by a hotspot. Aug 9, 2013
A shopper asked: In the video review, Anthony states that the fit of the Signet=Q is 5mm longer than the Profile, but Arai's website makes this comparison with the RX-Q instead. Also I have heard from other sources that the Signet-Q has more of an intermediate oval fit despite that Arai calls it long oval. Is this true? Jan 31, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
NoIfCustoms: The Signet is 5mm longer than the Profile. I tried on every model of Arai possible, and here are my thoughts. The RX-Q I felt an immediate pressure front and back of my head. The Corsair I could not get on, it was very round. The profile was comfortable, but still had a little of the front back pressure. The Signet, however, fit dead on off the shelf. The weird part is, since it doesn't crush your head, it almost feels loose. The Signet is definitely long oval.

Super quiet compared to my EXO-700. No boom from the air stacks, if I had to complain about anything it would be that my glasses fog up and since there is no direct eye blasting of air like most other helmets, I may need to contact it up or figure something out. This was only an issue at stops for more than 30 seconds on a 38* day too, so factor that in.

The pinlock insert works very well, does not fog even with direct breath trying to make it fog (just remember to pull the protective layer off the inseert or you will be pulling your shield off again ;)

Maybe I will just do a review heh

gavinc: The Signet Q from my experience is indeed 5 mm longer than the RX-Q, however as stated in many reviews, this helmet is a step away from the extreme long oval of the profile and towards a more generic middle of the road fit. Don't get me wrong, this is definitely still a long oval shape, but it is not as extreme as the profiles long oval.

Likely if the profile fit you well this will work for you. I found that the profile fit my head better than the signet q and that I could feel some pressure on my forehead with the signet q, but not the profile.

Unless a new helmet comes out I will likely go with this as my next purchase (just bought a 2011 profile before they ran out!)

DoofusDog: I just recently replaced my aging Arai Profile with a new Signet. Aside from having to go down a size (L to M) the fit is still a long oval. Bear in mind that you have the 'peel away' padding on the new Arai's which helps you dial things in if you need a bit more room. I took out the peel aways on the front and back and it a perfect match to my Profile. The check pads are far improved as well. Apr 29, 2013

CVOSG: I ordered one of each (Signet Q and RX-Q) to try on. The Signet fits my head so much better and provides a little extra space between my nose and the front of the helmet. The RX-Q just about made contact with my nose. I can say that it is longer front to back than the RX-Q. I can't comment about intermediate versus long oval specifically. May 25, 2012

RevZilla: The Arai Signet-Q is considered a long oval as it is a replacement for the famous Profile. Arai states that the Signet-Q is 5mm longer front to back than its predecessor. May 3, 2012

dsnyc: I was a happy Signet GT owner, and find the Signet Q fits just about identically on my long, narrow head. I would confidently call the Signet Q a "long oval". May 28, 2012

A shopper asked: Does the Signet-Q helmets have speaker pockets for installing say Sena blue tooth headsets? Sep 19, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Glen J: I own the Siqnet-Q with the Sena SMH10 intercom and have used them together for several years. I have been happy with both the helmet and the intercom. There is ample room to install the speakers without trimming or otherwise modifying the helmet liner. You can route the far-side speaker wire either around the back of the helmet or "over the top" running the wire across the top of the helmet over the liner and under the shell.

My bike is a BMW R 1200 GS so the windshield is small. As a result I get a lot of wind noise at highway speeds. Much of my riding is interstate to get somewhere. I use the Sena clamp that supports ear buds. This allows me to protect my ears and still use the intercom.

Christopher R: The helmet does not contain pockets, but there is plenty of room for a headset to be installed. Another consideration is that the space in the helmet where a headset would be installed contains parts that are meant to be removable by paramedics, so you may want to check out RevZilla's video reviews of the helmet to see how these parts work. Sep 24, 2013

silvio f: Yes, the Sena speakers can be installed in little cavities by the ear that will keep them out of the way when you put on and/or off your helmet. Wires can be nicely routed around the back of the helmet to the right side speaker and kept in place with no effort or tools needed. Sep 19, 2013

A s: Their are pockets where they will fit. I have the J&M headset installed on mine and the mini speakers fit very nicely in the 'pocket', attached with velcro. You just pull the liner cover off that area and you can access easily it.. Sep 19, 2013

Bruce B C asked: Is there a shaded visor available for this product? Mar 23, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael S: Yes. This helmet is equipped with the Pinlock visor system, which is a separate insert that fits inside the visor and prevents the inside of the visor from fogging. You can purchase visor inserts in various colors including both light and dark gray, as well as some other colors. I personally use a light gray insert. Hope this helps! Mar 23, 2014

Bruce B C: Did you read my question?
I am NOT interested in pin lock visor.
I want to know if there is a shaded visor that will fit properly. Mar 23, 2014
William H: You don't have to use the pin lock visor. I use a dark tinted visor from a vector 2 on my signet q. I don't like the pin lock because the insert scratches to easy. Mar 30, 2014

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Kristen N: My head measures 59 cm and I have a large. I got the extra padding for the cheeks and it now it fits really well. I have a narrow face but long forehead front-to-back. The medium was a little snug across the forehead for me. I hope this helps. I think it depends on the shape of your head as well as the measurement. If it doesn't feel comfortable, save all the wrapping and don't remove the stickers. RevZilla is good about accepting exchanges if you return it the way it arrived! Mar 6, 2014

Glen J: This is best answered by going to a store and trying it on. Call and talk to a real person -- I have had good luck with the staff. I'm a large so comparing sizes won't help. For me the big thing about the Signet-Q is the head shape. I'm an oval head and the 'Q fits. My Norton and other brands don't fit me nearly as well. Mar 7, 2014

James G: Just use the size chart and the recommendations on their site. It will fit snug at first and break in slowly to fit. Or you can quickly peel away pads to gain room. they recommend the next size fown if between sizes. Try them both Revzilla has v ustomer service. Mar 7, 2014

RevZilla: The Black Frost colorways is definitely not a traditional clearcoat finish. If anything, it's more of a Satin/Eggshell finish. Not Flat. Not Matte. Not quite Semi-Gloss, and definitely not Gloss.

It would probably take the paint department at your local home improvement store a solid 3 hours to try and replicate the Frost finish.

And always remember, Bugs can be sexy....if you're into that sorta thing.

jairjair26: I have the frost black, and it is matte finish (non reflective). As for the bugs!!! the matte finish is smooth and easy to clean, no worries at all mine still looks sexy Apr 13, 2013

A shopper asked: Some of the colors are "diamond" color... diamond white, diamond blue, etc. I can't tell the what the difference is between say, white and diamond white in the photos on the website. Is it a metal-flake type finish or something? I am trying to choose. Jan 25, 2013

RevZilla: The Diamond finish on Arai helmets indeed corresponds to a sparkly-flaky-pearly finish. The amount of shininess depends on the color of the helmet, and we know that the blue, and the white are definitely the most pearly. Jan 25, 2013

A shopper asked: The Signet-Q helmet I received in October-2012 was manufactured August-2011. Will the Mfg warranty cover the helmet for the full period from the purchase date, or from the Mfg date. If the latter, then my new helmet would be 15 months (1 1/4 yrs) old when I received it from RevZilla. Is there any way RevZilla can sell new Arai helmets closer to the MFG date (say within 2-4 months)? Oct 24, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: Arai's manufacturer's warranty covers the helmet 7 years from manufacture or 5 years from purchase. The reason there is a 2 year buffer is because there are so many factors that can effect how long it takes to get from the factory (in Japan, in this case) to the end user. International freight is fraught with so many incidentals and unknowns that it is impossible for us to demand that they get us the latest batch RIGHT NOW. We get them as quickly as they can get them to us. Oct 24, 2012

A shopper asked: I have a shoei rf-1100 with a cw-1 orange/dark smoke sheild and Im wondering if there is anything similar for this helmet? Apr 15, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Chicagodave: No orange, but yes dark smoke. I have the light smoke installed, and it's perfect for daytime riding. Dark smoke might be too dark for a cloudy day, but haven't tried it. There's a yellow for night use, haven't tried it. Jun 23, 2012

RevZilla: The Signet-Q will take any Arai SAI Face Shield. The SAI Max Vision Pinlock Ready Shield included with the Signet-Q will also take the various Arai SAI Max Vision Pinlock Inserts with Brow Vents. Apr 19, 2012

A shopper asked: Are there speaker pockets to accommodate a Cardo Scala Rider G4 or other Bluetooth comm setup? Nov 27, 2011

Chris K: Yes, there is a cutout for slim-line speakers. Cardo or Sena should fit without a problem. Dec 6, 2011

A shopper asked: Unless I overlooked something in the new Signet-Q color offerings, I do not see a high visibility Yellow. Please tell ARAI to include hi-viz yellow as a standard solid color for ALL their helmets, thanks. Sep 19, 2011
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
William R: I also wanted yellow, but after I wore the signet around the Revzilla showroom long enough I knew the comfort level was to great to pass up this helmet waiting for Yellow so I went with Diamond White.

White is right up there on the list of viability colors along with yellow.

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
William R: I picked one up in the Revzilla store last month. They had the size and color I wanted in stock.
Great helmet if your head shape is long oval. I never knew a helmet could be this comfortable.

A shopper asked: I was just fitted at a local store for a Profile. Then they told me it was going to be discontinued and replaced with the Signet Q. Will the fit be the same or will I need to start over again? Also, can you tell me what size pads come in a medium. I was fitted with 25mm and it was perfect. Can you specify different size pads when ordering? Thanks! Sep 11, 2011
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
William R: I was ready to buy the profile until I tried the Signet Q. The Signet Q feels like it has more room in front of my mouth and nose then the profile. No more hitting my nose on the rubber flap below the visor :)

Not sure about the pad sizes, but the Signet does have a removable pad system you can take a piece out to make the helmet fit better. I have not had my liner out yet, but I understand it is a (5mm?) pad you can remove one time. take it out and you can't put it back in.
also keep in mind the padding will "relax" in a short while and helmet will seem to loosen up.

NoIfCustoms: The fit is 5mm longer (if not, it sure feels like it) than the Profile. The Medium comes with 30mm pads which have the 5mm tear aways. Feb 20, 2012

A shopper asked: HI two questions regarding the Arai Signet Q. I have already been fitted by their reps and know what I want I just want to confirm before I plae the order that the "Frost Black" is a matt black finish? and I would like to know the part number for choosing a smoke tinted pinlock face shield as well. Thaks for your help Mar 12, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
John H: Hi there, It is a matt black finish as I understand it. It is not at all glossy. The surface is ever so slightly rough-ish? Not smooth like a gloss finish. It does have more shine than flat back though. I don't recall the part number for the face shield. When I ordered mine I did it over the phone and the Revit sales person filled the order for me. They are very helpful. Mar 14, 2014

A shopper asked: I have not read any literature on the Arai clear face shields to indicate that they provide sunburn (UV) protection for the rider. If someone could let me know the answer, it would be appreciated. Oct 20, 2012

RevZilla: The Signet-Q's SAI Max Vision Faceshield provides 95% +/- 1% UVA and UVB protection. Oct 23, 2012

Jamie C asked: My size head is 56.5 should i get a small or medium ? cheers

Cory T: I have a 56.5 head as well. I got sized up by the Arai helmet fitter at a bike show and he recommended Sm. I tried on the medium and small a couple times after but ended up going with the official recommendation and got a small. Love the fit. It's snug but I don't feel any discomfort even on long rides. I's go and try a few on for sure to see what fits you best. And if you have glasses or wear headphones, definitely try a couple on. Good luck. Mar 11, 2014

Patrick D: I am a 57 with a LO head. I have a small Corsair V and it creates a pressure point on the front of my forehead. I just tried on a small Signet at the RevZilla store and it fit great. Do Not get the medium. It will be too big. Anthony's advice was right. If you have a LO head and are between sizes, go down a size.

But, the best advice is to make the trip to the store and try a bunch on.

DON M: I consider a size 56 -57 a med., size 7 hat. I use to be that but now I wear small, 55-56. less hair now. If you measure 561/2, I would get a med. Mar 7, 2014

Daniel W: I would get the medium if you have a long oval head shape. If you don't I think a small would be ok. Mar 7, 2014
