Alpinestars Roving Backpack
Great bag, thought it was a bit bigger
I wear this bag about 90% of the time I ride because of my commute to school and work. I love everything about the look, as well as how it fits. My only wish is that there was a little more give with the space. I realize it is only an 18-liter bag but for longer trips it feels like I need to really play with how I arrange things. Amazing comfort in the shoulder straps, and the lumbar/chest straps offer great support when riding with all those textbooks.. Nice product.

Love the bag, but it fell apart
I love this bag. But the first one I bought had seams, at the straps, that were just falling apart after 6 months. A* replaced it for me, and after about 7 months, the zipper separates. So, unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Looks good and functional
Laptop cargo area is great. Really like the waist clip and chest clip when riding. Does not bother when riding. Great vending on back.

Used it this past weekend. It was awesome. fits snug on my back with no discomfort. Great size for medium sized backpack. I thought I wanted a small bag but I happy with this one. It's roomy inside with the red interior it is true I can find things much easier.

Practical for everyday use...
This was a great purchase for the price. It fits great with and without my jacket on. It's carrying capacity is just right for me...laptop, books, etc. and I like the simple compartment features. Not to mention it matches my bike perfectly!

I go through backpacks quickly as I use them daily on my commute. Wasn't too thrilled about the waterproof windbreaker type material but after the first time getting caught in rain I realized it's essential. The backpack doesn't have tons of room but overall I'm really happy with the purchase.

It definitely look nice. That's why I got it. But it only lasted 3 months. It ripped around the zipper. I don't even use it that often, and I don't carry heavy stuff. My other backpack that cost $20 last longer than this.

Not the best but worth the money
I was previously using a hydration pack and removed the bladder for more room. It got old and tattered after a couple seasons so I decided to try this one out after reading the reviews. Its a nice backpack but it isn't better than the Fox to me. The material is the waterproof windbreaker type so its stiff and a bit odd. Storage is limited with just basic pockets inside so really everything just gets tossed in. My other packs have fleece lined side pockets for clear glasses or sunglasses but this one has two spots for what seems like water bottles. I dont really understand that but maybe I'm missing something.
Overall its a good bag and I'll use it until its worn out but I probably would have liked something else if I did it over again.
