Alpinestars' Bionic Jacket provides unrivaled impact protection to the upper body and has been specifically designed to combine with Alpinestars' state-of-the-art Bionic Neck Support (BNS).
Unlike other jacket protectors on the market, the Bionic Jacket's bespoke design enables integration with the BNS so that it performs to its maximum potential in all riding conditions.
- GP elbow and shoulder protectors.
- Ventilated, molded PU and PE chest pads and removable Bionic Race Back Protector.
- CE certified (Elbow and Shoulder conform to EN1621-1 / Back protector conforms to EN 1621-2 Level 1).
- Removable bionic back protector redesigned to accept most neck brace systems.
- Ergonomic 5 plate construction contours to follow the natural curve of the back with plates which lock to lessen overextension of the back.
- Improved bio-foam materials on bionic back protector increase breathability and ventilation.
- 3 panel sleeve eliminates the need for extra straps on elbow pads.
- 100% lycra collar trim.
- Wider hip straps on the integrated kidney belt eliminate bunching around waist.
- Longer overall length keeps the jacket from riding up.

I am 6´4" / 200 pounds and usually wear 2XL in REVIT jackets. For that reason ordered the Alpinestars BNS Bionic Jacket size 2XL. I am happy because it fits really snug and a smaller size would have been too tight.
I feel protected and as it is very flexible I can move my shoulders and elbows with no restrictions. Great item for the adventure/off road driver.
I also use the alpinestar bionic neck support and it is great to know that the jacket was designed to use with the neck brace. Good Joob Apinestars!!!
