Great upgrade from the piece of foam in my Cape Town Air jacket - it actually provides more airflow and gives MUCH better protection. I'll be putting one of these in every Alpinestars jacket I own.

I bike in hot weather. The Verona air, bionic chest protectors and back protector is what I use on every ride. Very comfortable and great airflow, even at slower city speeds.
There is no excuse for not using protection.

Bought this as an upgrade for my GP-R leather jacket thinking it would be bulky, but I have to admit I hardly notice it's there. With the increase in protection over the flimsy foam padding that came with the jacket and minimal increase in discomfort, this purchase is a must for any AStars jackets.

I have a A* Sniper Air flow size M jacket and used a size L back protector. The size M back protector is too small for M jacket. Great airflow and more comfortable than the RC.

I bought this along with the Bionic Chest Pads. The air flow is very good and it's lightweight. You are compromising a bit on safety, but it's a great alternative to the foam insert.

For what looks like a rather flimsy plastic back protector it is actualy quite sturdy for being like a piece of plastic honey comb, i was actualy surprised and if not for a good review of it i read from Revzilla i probably wouldnt have purchased it and spent more money on something that looked sturdier and likley wouldnt have had as good air flow. All in all a very good bang for your buck product over the piece of foam you get standard in the alpine star jackets.

Got this as an upgrade for RC Back Protector in Stunt Air jacket. What a difference! It is much slimmer and more comfortable. It is bit pricey though, something like 49.99 would've been perfect.

Got this for a replacement for the foam I had in my Frank Thomas mesh jacket. It is barley able to fit, I can't velcro the pocket together, but it's in there. Design is great and I believe it would do its job if needed. Still have a comfortable ride with it on.

This back protector, along with the standard Bio Armor protector are designed as a replacement for the RC back protector. Anything that advertises fitment with the RC Back Protector (like the Verona Air does) will also fit with the new Bio Armor protectors.For a MD jacket you would go with a MD protector. The main difference is that the LG size is a bit taller.

Yes this fits the Verona Air. I have a large size Verona and went with the Large protector. It fits perfectly. If you wear a medium, I would go with the medium protector.From what I understand, if your wear medium or smaller ( euro size 52 or less), go with the medium.
If you wear a large or bigger ( euro 54 or more), go with the large.
