This is a great helmet, it looks amazing, it's comfy, it does fit a tad small, but after the foam breaks in I'm sure that'll change. The vents work great but can be a bit difficult to operate with a gloved hand, also keep in mind if you get the tinted visors there is a bit of a milky film(ish) feeling to them nothing that's disruptive however. The noise level is about average nothing too crazy, but what I loved is how light and stable the helmet felt at speed. One gripe however and this is more personal preference is that the chin curtain is really tough to remove and because of the way my chin is shaped it always rubbed up against it during my rides so I finally managed to remove it but with some effort AGV glued the tip in so I managed to get it out but at the cost of ruining the chin curtain, which to me wasn't a big deal cause I'm not going to use it, but for those of you with slightly longer pronounced chins be aware of that minor detail, other than that this helmet is great.

This helmet is very light and confortable, the fit and the liner are excellent. Also it is very stable helmet when you ride at high speeds over 120Mph.
The AVG K4 Evo has a average wind noise control, at lower part it is quite ok, but it is a little bit noisy, specially on the upper vents that produces a whistle sound.

I dont know how to rate this helmet as far as fit goes. I tried on a K3 to get a feel for sizing before buying the new K4 online at my local store (as the store did not have the new k4). The K3 in a size medium felt great, it was tight and almost too tight (but would fit perfectly after break-in) so i ordered the newer version K4 in a medium. When it arrived it felt like a full on Large! Everything felt off about the helmet! The sizing charts for both the K3 and K4 are exactly the same for all sizes.
If u want to buy this helmet i fully suggest sizing this helmet physically before u purchase. Now i have to deal with return/exchanging and waiting....

This is my first AGV helmet. First off It feels light when I picked it up from the box. I've been using Icon which is OK with me but the cheek pads always pop off from the tabs which was annoying me and felt a little heavy. The AGV k4 feels great around my face and the padding is excellent. Even thought this is my first AGV. I know that I just just spent my moneys worth and it was a great price. light and feels great just like the other better brands out there. I tried my friends helmets like ARAI and SHOEI. I think this K4 comes pretty close to them for less money. This isn't a cheap helmet, Just because it doesn't cost around the same as the big brand names doesn't mean isn't good. I would buy another one too in another color!!

The Icon and AGV size charts reference a 24-24 3/8" for the XL size, however, it is always best to take an accurate head measurement and contact customer service at 877.792.7955 or cs@revzilla.com with any fitment questions or concerns.

My head is 56 cm and as per AGV charts I should buy a small.
I did buy a 2012 K4 Explorer (white), small. There are two snaps right on the forehead that bothers a little too much because the helmet fits small. I had give this one to my wife and she loved It, her head is 54,5 cm. Airflow is awesome!
