Features make this a great Helmet Overall a good helmet. The features really make this helmet one of the best to buy in this price range. The air bladder has not been deflating on me while riding which is a plus, and the sun visor does the job when the sun is not directly in your face. However, when the sun is, the sun visor is pretty much useless. I bought a mirrored shield for riding when it's very sunny and when I know I won't be riding at night. But other than that, the sun visor works fairly well. The shield is particularly hard to lift up from the completely down position, causing you to need two hands so your shield doesn't bring up your entire head. The design of the helmet gets a lot of compliments though, for both the aggressive look and the artwork. Wind noise is noticeable, but bearable. It isn't a problem when using earplugs, headphones or traveling at less than approx. 45mph.Very easy to remove liner for wash and dry. Overall a good helmet! May 9, 2013

I understand the inside visor and how it works, but does the original visor adjust? Can I slide it up?

Yes, the faceshield on this helmet is adjustable and can be moved up and down.

Answer: 
The AFX FX-120 Multi Helmet has an internal sunshield visor on the inside of the helmet that comes down via a switch on the left side of the helmet. The chin bar does not flip up.
