Shipments To the Contiguous 48 US States

We understand that when you make an order you want your gear as quickly as possible and will do our best to make that happen!  Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.  Please read the details below as there are some exceptions where products might take a little bit longer to get to your door.  Always feel free to drop us a line if you have a concern.

Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page and this availability status will also be shown the shopping cart page. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 Hours". These products will ship same or next day from one of our distribution centers across the country.  While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location!

Some items will be marked "Available - ships in 3-5 business days" or more. These items will ship from our Philadelphia location once that time frame has elapsed. If you need an item sooner then that, give us a call and we will discuss possible options.  If you select a shipping method other then UPS Ground, please note that this will not reduce the processing time before the order is shipped!

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent out the morning after an item has shipped.  For example if you place an order Monday night, and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information on Wednesday morning.

Most orders placed before 3:00PM your local time will be processed same day.

Orders placed via our free ground shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box (contact us if this is an issue and special arrangements can be made)

Typically orders will be shipped UPS, however RevZilla reserves the right to use an equivalent shipping method via FedEx, or OnTrac (for West Coast customers) if this is a problem please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Method Explanation 

Ground

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days

Three Day

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday it would arrive on Monday of the following week.  

Second Day

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday. 

Next Day

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped.  An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday.  An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Saturday Delivery

  • Guaranteed delivery by end of day Saturday for shipments picked up on Thursday, based on destination. Call if you have questions about whether we can get it to you or not. Typically your order will have to be in before 11AM Thursday in order to make it to the warehouse and ship out in time for it to be delivered on Saturday.

Alaska / Hawaii / APO

These orders will ship via the United States Postal Service from Philadelphia. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accomodate.

Orders shipped outside the continental 48 states do not qualify for our free ground shipping option.

International Orders

These orders will ship via the United States Postal Service from Philadelphia. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. See full details on our International Order Form / Policy Page

Hazardous Items

Items designated as Hazardous, (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the continental 48 states. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. These items are subject to a $1 shipping surcharge.  This fee will be clearly noted on the product page as well as on the shopping cart page.

Tires

Currently Ground Shipping / 48 States only. An additional $5 per tire (10$ for ATV or other heavy tires) fee will also be charged.  This fee will be clearly noted on the product page as well as on the shopping cart page.

Oversize Items

Ground Shipping / 48 States only. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Over-sized items include: Ramps, Fairings, Race Stands, Fenders, Street and Dirt Bike Stands, Exhaust Systems, Street and Cruiser Handle Bars, Rims, Seats, Etc. A $10.00 per item fee will be charged.  Any of these items will clearly state on the product page as well as in the shopping cart that an oversize fee is required, again no surprises!

Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments.  If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

Backorders

RevZilla.com does not typically take backorders, however items in which a backorder or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.  In the case an item is backordered we will do our best to notify our customers as quickly as possible.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged please contact RevZilla Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the carrier (typically UPS or FedEx) but RevZilla will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
