We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We take a hybrid approach to our fulfillment. We own and operate two distribution centers, one in Las Vegas and one in Philadelphia. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if we do not already have it in stock or if their warehouse can get it to you faster than one of our warehouses. Please read the details below, as there are some exceptions where products might take a little bit longer to get to your door. Always feel free to drop us a line if you have a concern.
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 Hours." These products will ship same or next day from one of our distribution centers or one of our vendors' distribution centers. While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location! In these cases we will typically split the order and ship each package out to you individually. In some cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package.
Some items will be marked "Available - ships in 3-5 business days." These items will ship from either our Philadelphia or Las Vegas location after that processing time frame has elapsed. If you need an item sooner than that, give us a call and we will discuss possible options. If you select a shipping method other than UPS Ground, please note that this will not reduce the processing time before the order is shipped!
A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders placed before 3:00 p.m. your local time will be processed same day.
Orders placed via our free ground shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box; they will be required to ship out via USPS for a $9.95 flat rate. Items shipping out via USPS may require up to five days of additional processing time.
Typically orders will be shipped UPS, however RevZilla reserves the right to use an equivalent shipping method via FedEx, or OnTrac (for West Coast customers). If this is a problem, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
- Delivery typically in one to five business days.
- Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.
- Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
- Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next-Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our Free Shipping promotion and will be fulfilled from our Philadelphia or Las Vegas warehouse locations. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.
Alaska / Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via the United States Postal Service from Philadelphia or Las Vegas. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accommodate.
Orders shipped to Alaska / Hawaii do not qualify for our free ground shipping option and are charged a flat rate of $25

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. These items are subject to a $1 shipping surcharge. This fee will be clearly noted on the product page as well as on the shopping cart page.
We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous US 48 States. An additional $5 per tire ($10 for ATV or other heavy tires) fee will also be charged. This fee will be clearly noted on the product page as well as on the shopping cart page.
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Over-sized items include: ramps, fairings, race stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc. A $10 per item fee will be charged. Any of these items will clearly state on the product page as well as in the shopping cart that an oversize fee is required; again no surprises!
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.
RevZilla.com does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified. In the case an item is back-ordered, we will do our best to notify our customers as quickly as possible.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact RevZilla Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the carrier (typically UPS or FedEx), but RevZilla will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
